The team is very committed and delivers on time what they promise. I ordered cake for my mom on mother's day and it was delivered well in time during lockdown in 2020. The service is really good and worth the price they charge. My family loved the cake and pillow. The truffle cake was full of taste. I loved the idea of personalized pillow. It was worth every penny. My niece loved the pillow.

Safe delivery and on the said date it was delivered without any damage. The flowers are very fresh n beautiful. The cake was very delicious n tasty. The couple who received it was very happy n impressed.

These people are rubbish. They send my brother cheap rakhi replacement saying the ones I order was out of now. I spent Rs5000 on Rakhi, and what I got is cheap rakhis. If raised tens of complaint and even message the CEO of the company as well on Linkedin. He didn't do anything. They are just making fool of the people. I would suggest anyone to order anything at all through this website.

I have a great experience with this app. I have order number of times with this app and they only disappointed with one order but that's okay they tried hard. But it's a wonderful app. They make our day more special.

Ferns amd petals is the Worst site ever! One should never order from ferns and petals. First ferns and petals receive your order and then reject it last minute. Ferns and petals never complete your order on time.

I had ordered a plan from your online site for my sister and it seemed pretty decent in terms of size in the picture but as it turns out, it was a palm-sized plant and didnt look anything ike the picture you had.

I am shocked with what I have heard from my friend (to whom these flowers were delivered). I have been using ferns and petals powai for some time now and never have had problems. But this time I got them to deliver to a Juhu address for a friend and the flowers delivered were nowhere close to the image I was shown while booking. The roses are almost dead and won't last even for a day. There were absolutely no fillers or green used along with the flowers or any effort to make it look pretty. There was a sick blue cellophane used which looked ugly and pathetic! I am so so shocked with the quality of the bouquet!

Unfortunately I had given very high ratings to their service already. Based on the past experience and also on the ease of making payments etc. But seems like their service lasted only till they took the money and obviously did a pathetic job with the flowers!

So so upset that a beautiful surprise was ruined!

I had ordered a plant on 1st July 2020 for my friend's bday. At 8pm, i get an email saying it cannot be delivered as the plant is not available. Like seriously the entire day was not enough to figure that the plant is not available. When i requested for refund, i got an email saying it will be done in 7-10 working days. Its been more than a month now, i still havent received the refund amount. This is the service you offer... Pathetic

Cake was of third quality, icing bad and bread was also not soft. Even the pineapple placed on the cake were not fresh and were smelling bad. It seems the cake delivered was not freshly made.
Since they are charging good amount atleast the quality of the product sent should be maintained.
They should change the vendor from which they have purchased the cake and please do not deliver this type of cake to anybody else.

I will give zero rating for the cake.

Ferns and petals promised to deliver a complimentary gift of bunch of red roses and chocolates along with an apology letter to be delivered on 24.05.2021.

But, they didnt deliver the same and closed my complaint itself on 21.05.2021.

They have consequently failed to deliver on their promises and service delivery.

Worst service ever! We were told that our onlin order will get delivered in the morning 10 am. we placed it and this is 7th time we are chasing them and order is not yet delivered.
Never Trust them... they are the worst service provider. I cant believe that they have spoiled our surprise so badly... never come to them

That's an awesome experience getting service from FNP. You can trust them(FNP team) blindly. Great product, perfect timing of delivery. And yes, there was 100% smile on HER face. Keep it up guys, appreciate your efforts.

Delivery timeslot promised as 8am to 2 pm. Cake not delivered till 7pm. We relied on them. That was the biggest mistake. All guests waiting, cant even purchase another one since we have already ordered in FNP. 0% recommendation. Customer care always responses - "Delivery Partners are unreachable". Function got spoilt. My first and last experience with FNP.

I ordered on 19th June with delivery to be done on 26th June and on 28th when I am calling they say sorry we can't deliver,
I have called them 4-5 times in this time period and they always said please have patience... now no gift to give to anyone...
They ditch you at the last moment...
Never ever trust this app. As money also they may deduct and then refund little
100 rs per client makes to 1 lakh if they cater 1000 ppl... so they are earning by fraud

Couple of points to justify my feedback why FnP is doing a fantastic job
1. Customer friendly e-shopping
2. Products are fairly priced
3. On time delivery of the ordered products during covid situation is truly commendable, which other ecommerce gaints have failed
4. Providing resolution to customer issues within quick turnaround time

I must agree that I made a mistake by choosing fnp for rakhi delivery. Since I placed my order i am in pain. I am sick and tired of logging complaint and they keep closing it.
Charged me 629rs x 2 for lumba rakhi which was not delivered and when I asked for refund they say they cant as they believe its delivered. I dont care why they think so or where in their system the flaw is, all i know is that the lumba rakhi was not delivered and I want my money back.
They are the biggest cheat, never ever order from them, your order will not be delivered and they will never refund as they always believe that you parcel was delivered. I got cheated big time and dont want anyone else to suffer.
These kind of sites should be banned and reported to police.

Didn't reach the recipient. I dont know like this how many people they are deceiving daily.
Please dont fall into their trap. Because of this trap I lost money (1000), time.
Daily I need to call them and they open a ticket and close the ticket without resolution.
If we call they ask us about order and then they make us to wait until we dissconnect.
1. No delivery done.
2. No re-delivery attempt made.
3. Very rude on the call (wait time more than 30 min)
4. No full/partial refund given.
5. No ownership taken by anyone.
