I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I have been used these guys for two of my gifts to send from US website in India. On BOTH occasions they have disappointed me by delivering completely different item. Basically they will show you the best thing and will deliver the cheapest item available in that local market! Guys don't waste your money here.
Worst site... don't order anything it's waste of your time... recently on July 21st 2017 my sister in law ordered Rakhi to my hubby. She got a mail stating that it was delivered yesterday i. E, on Aug 6th 2017 but it was not delivered. Stupid fellows, people are grabbing from normal people like these... these sites has to be banned and should report to police...

Received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday and half the roses were dead. It is as though they sent 2 week old flowers. I tried to contact them repeatedly to show them how pathetic it was but their help line was just not answered. Absolutely disappointed and rather disgusted that they think they can get away with delivering rotten old stock.

Ferns N Petals are the worse company I have ever encountered. My order arrived almost a week later from the date I gave despite me paying for the order almost 2 weeks in advance. Customer service is a joke. They send copy - paste e-mails without even properly answering your questions.
You fooled me once, but you will not fool me twice! Never again I want to have anything to do with this company. And not just me, also my friends after I tell them about my experience.

I have always had a perfect experience with Ferns and petals in the past, but this time, things didn't go pretty well.
When I walked to the FNP outlet located in the Brookfield Mall, Bangalore; the keepers were least interested in selling or showing stuff. When asked for a cake, they didn't offer a menu or any list of cakes which were available, even after asking for the same multiple times. Behaviour of the staffs were not amiable neither appreciable. This has absolutely deterred me from doing any purchase at the shop.
I used to be a huge fan of FnP earlier but need to reconsider the stats now.

I ordered a cake for my father's birthday which was on the following day. Even after 5 days now the cake remains undelivered. Ferns and petals is the most unprofessional service provider I have come across. They will neither refund the money nor deliver the cake. Their customer services executives are rude and unhelpful. I placed an order for a chocolate bouquet to be delivered at a corporate address, and Ferns n Petals didn't deliver it on the original date. While the order was still being placed, I must have received at least 3 phone calls from them confirming that I was going to place the order. Once the order was placed, they messed up the dates, and ended up attempting delivery on a day when the recipient was not there. After that, they never bothered re-attempting, kept my money, and keep sending me generic 'it's our policy' template emails. Worst service ever! I can't imagine that any company could be so blatant about keeping someone's money without having delivered any product/service in exchange for it. Shockingly disappointing! It's theft-plain and simple.

Prompt delivery, and good communication throughout your purchase, but quality of the products is questionable. Chocolates are small even the Rakhi delivered is not the one shown on their website, it's a cheap product. Honestly speaking, no INDIAN site is honest and sincere.
