I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. The service and quality is wonderful. I can't wish any better than this. Easy process. Once, I was having a difficulty during the payment process, this site's people actually called and guide me through till end. I was so shocked as I live in US, so didn't expect that they'll help me through this. But I am pretty impressed with ferns and petals. And I would highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for ways to make someone feel special while being away. This is my go to site to send any cake or gift to my loved ones. I have ordered a gift for the First time from Ferns & Petals and had an awful experience.
It's just a simple snack bouquet which you cannot deliver. All items can be easily available in market. Also intimated the things late via Email.
Cannot even replace things which can satisfy the customer.
We are ordering the gifts for some SPL person on SPL occasion. What's the use if you are not delivering items as per customers requirement.
Shut down Ferns & Petals.
It's better if we go on our own & buy the gifts.

I wish I had a negative star to rate this company.
I raised concern towards one of the order i places in high priority still these ppl haven't delivered it today and I was highly disappointed with their false update on telling that the order has been delivered but actually it wasn't. There is no proof from them saying it's has been delivered also. They promised me to deliver the product by today but they dint. I was sick and tired of calling them for several times. I will make sure I won't order any products from fnp here. People please be aware of such kind of false update and stop ordering from fnp. Worst customer services ever. Liars that's also I can say. Never ever buy from this site and they won't give any resolution back for such stealing issues. As you can see there is no sign from the recipients in the photo proof.

I ordered expensive Orchid as a gift, They delivered all old flowers and also they have put artificial scent over it to feel like fresh and nice smell. So just the day after the delivery, the flowers got almost died.
I would recommend very careful if you give flower order here, There service is like a cheat. I am talking about Bangalore service, Not sure about other cities. But Bangalore service is totally cheating.

Hi, I choose two product to get delivered 2 days before Rakhi, not only they delivered it 9 days before but also delivered wrong product completely awful. Talking to customer care they refunded me 1/4th of my total order after multiples emails. Ruined my plan for my brother. If would like to get cheap product I can select by myself.
Ordered a premium fruit basket hamper ($125) as a gift to only deliver a low quality product with missing fruits listed on site (e.g. Persimmons, in season now). Basket quality looks cheap, fruits looked terrible and old and presentation/wrapping looks amateur. Definitely nowhere close to being a "leading online florist and gifting brand" as its website claims. Customer service offered a useless 10% discount which I would not recommend using their products and service.

They do not deliver complete order, and response team is not big of a help either. I still haven't received my order and it's been a week when it was supposed to be same day delivery. And they haven't refunded me. Very poor service.

Ordered cake for my sister in Mumbai (Order no. *******). Delivery was as promised. Taste was ok but icing / decoration on the cake was as if a kindergarten kid tried his hand on it. See attached photos. Delivered Vs. photo on website. Pathetic! What's more shocking is that I see no way of writing a review on their site and against my order which was collected by my sister, they show 5 stars by default! Untrustworthy. Never ordering again!

Reading the reviews off the web really made me nervous whether or not I should order a bouquet from this site.
However, I had a pleasant experience with them. The customer service was super helpful and prompt.
I even received a discount! They also periodically informed me through email when the item is out for delivery and included pictures of the finished item after it was delivered.
The bouquet itself though, it was... okay. It wasn't exactly as what's shown on the site but still acceptable.
I have been using ferns n petals app since a year, n trust me guys these people have never disappointed me! I really love the way they bring up new n innovative ideas through which you can express your love to your dear ones.

I had ordered a fruit cake on 22nd Nov 2020, it was given on time but the cake received no where matches the picture showed in their site. They put big chunks of fruits and the apples were turning brown and no glaze and lot of gaps.No one will buy this for that price if they see it in person before buying it. The funniest part is when I gave the same review to them they are defending that each chef have their own style of baking and design. I don't want to comment on taste as it was ordered as gift.

I had experienced pathetic service for the order to be delivered in Vasco da gama Goa. I had placed the order one day before the delivery given only one time slot. On the day of delivery it was all about calling on their help line numbers receiving repetitive same replies no actions had been taken to deliver the order. Also it was very convenient for them to give excuses of pin code and difficulty in delivery.

Don't fall for their tall claims of midnight delivery. They charge extra for delivery between a specified time and then do not honour their commitment. They give false reasons that no one was available at the place of delivery. I strongly recommend not to rely on this portal. Customer care is particularly unhelpful and rude. All in all very poor customer experience.

Been ordering from a while never had complaints but yesterday i ordered cake for my mother' s birthday which was not delivered and the excuse was incorrect address! I had been customer for more then one year now and never changed my address! I replied to the email filled query form also provided contact number. Customer Service is excellent but product shown in website and actual product is different. Bouquet is not value for money. Better to order bouquet locally in cheaper rate. You will save lot of money. Also ensure if product is available with FNP after ordering.
I had ordered 2 products last month. 1 product was out of stock which came to know at very last minute. Could not make alternate plan due to short time. Also delivered bouquet was too small than expected and flowers quality was not good. After escalation, FNP customer service team arranged another bouquet free of charge which was better than previous one.

Order couple of gifts for colleague during Christmas but these ferns and petal guys brilliantly spoiled all the fun, and it was damn embarrassing. The product i ordered on 22-Dec'15 and as per the notification it was supposed to get delivered by 24-Dec'15 but this stupid irresponsible customer service executive informed after repeated calls and request that it might get delivered by 26-Dec. I had ordered a vase of flowers cost S$180.00 and it indicated in their web site with the quantity of 50 pcs of different types of flowers. I was shocked and loss of words when it was delivered, the vase of flowers which my friend received had less than 20 pcs of flowers which may be cost less than S$60.00 if I order from other florist shops. I called them for an explanation but they refused to recognize their problem and insisted that is the product i have ordered. The company is dishonest!

Please dont trust their brand for plants and other goods other than flowers. They can really mess up. Either the plants do not get delivered or they are generally not in good condition as they come as a courier. They outsource these deliveries to other local vendors with whom there is no accountability. They conveniently update the delivery status inspire of failed deliveries. A very unpleasant experience.
