I ordered a set of air purifier plants as birthday gift to my relative. I loved the entire process. The selection of item, range of choices and clarity on delivery timeline made my decision quicker. Then it delivered in jaipur on time and receiver is happy too as these plants are healthy and were nicely wrapped. Pots are cute too. Thanks.

I ordered the photo cake for my friend's birthday celebration & I have received the damaged cake shown in the picture. I trusted ferns & petals and believed that you deliver the cake properly. Customers trust that you will deliver the product properly. It's your duty to make sure that you deliver the product without any damage. Disappointed with the order that we received. I also raised a couple of tickets to FNP but still no reply from them

I recently made orders through ferns n petals and i was extremely happy with the products and moreover the remarkable service. They just add an extra dose of happiness to the gifts by delivering it so perfectly. I must appreciate the pleasing behavior of delivery boys and their thoughtfulness to wish the receiver in person. I would strongly recommend ferns n petals for an absolutely flawfree gifting experience.

Ferns N Petals are giving excellent services. I don't have to chase them for my order and even to make a changes in order is very easy with out any hassle I send my bouquet and chocolates on time. And the customer services are excellent I can say It's a prompt and professional service

I have ordered from this site a few times to send cakes on various occasions to my Mom. I am very pleased by their choices and the items delivered are exactly what is represented on their site. So no surprises in what is delivered.

Myself being in a small village of Kerala and my dear ones being in UAE, I never imagined of gifting them on their Special days or occasions. It's like a wish come true for me, with variety choices of gifts that too very apt to the occasion

Using there services for last three years. For two years order was delivered on time. This year I send rakhi to same address and they kept saying address is wrong. They were delivering order at same address for last two years. I am calling them from last 10 days. Can't talk to manager other staff keep promising that they will contact me and matter will be resolved in 24 hrs. No call no email from them. I think they just want to keep the money. That was my last time I used their service. Will add it on Facebook as well to notify my family and friends about their services so they'll not get stuck like me! One suggestion I would like to make that if you are providing international service maintain their standard as well.

This company is a fraud. They will collect your money and not deliver your order. When asked they will make an excuse up.

Total fraudulent organization, unbelievable they are still in business. Modern day dacoits.

They delivered spoilt and broken ladoos and the customer service was pathetic. I have treated like fools by them, there was none of deliveries on time and good quality. I recommend not using this site

We had placed an order of designer Rakhee. When the product was delivered it was of some other design and low price.
When we logged a ticket, executive forcibly asked us to accept what has been delivered and refused to replace or refund full amount. Most pathetic service and they cheat customers by displaying some other image. First image is on website and second image is the one we received.

Wanted to send a birthday gift to a friend currently working in Abu Dhabi.
Spoiled for choice for the gift.

Thought of trying something different and as always found an interesting vase with silver roses and to add to the already beautiful looking bouquet was a natural sunflower which made the overall bouquet look all the more wonderful. Made their day on their 30th Anniversary. Mission accomplished. Happy us and made their day special. Thanks Ferns n Petals

The order was placed and the estimated time was 6 AM to 9 PM. Upon chatting with the representative, they said they will call and reach home before 4 pm. they called 3 times a day delaying the order by 3 hours -12,3 and 6... Its 7 pm in India and she(my mom) has not received it yet... She was waiting for for this the whole day on Sunday. Finally they sent an email that they tried delivering and recipient was not at home - which was not true! Really! So easy to shop but so difficult to get the service.

The cake we got was nothing like the cake I ordered. Also, it arrived damaged. See the photos. When I complained about it they said I was too late to complain so pound sand. Don't ever order from them.

Yesterday I sent 2 bouquets to my sister in law in hyderabad, the flowers were so bad in shape. She sent me photos amd when I informed the fnp team they closed my query saying their delivery partner sent photo before delivering( am damn sure they never gt any picture before deliver) even when I sent my photo on same day they said they didnt received my email.
These people are fraud

I booked flowers for my parents for their anniversary. But the flowers were stale and when I complained they didn't respond to my complaint. It's been almost a week from the date I made complaint. I will not recommend this website at all. Unnecessary they send so many promotion emails but when it comes to customer service they don't even have courtesy to at least apologise. Thousands time I have unsubscribe their email but every time I get email with different ID.

I ordered a bunch of lilies worth around 1400/- and what was delivered was a bunch of roses (might be worth a few hundred). This is completely unacceptable. I complained to their support, and they responded once syaing that they will get back to me. But still have not got back to me. They are no even posting feedback honestly. My review on the product is not appearing. So no use giving feedback also.

I ordered a champagne and chocolate hamper for my brothers birthday. Was totally disappointed in the packaging considering the amount of money I paid for it.
Plus the message that I requested for the card was not even there. Totally disappointed and would never order or recommend. My 10 year old could have done a better job with the packaging.

It was a wedding gift but couldnt arrive in time although i placed order 1 week earlier. Very poor communication. I recommend not to order if you are in hurry or wants to be delivered your product on time.

I had orfered few products for my friend's daughter Birthday, I have received mail of order getting delivered. My friend received one order and other order he didn't receive though it shows me delivered. When I called customer service, they have registered wrong number under my order though address was correct and person told me that person will get back to me in 48 hours about my order which is very disappointing as wanted products to get delivered on same day of Birthday. Not happy with customer service this time, as I am regular customer of fern and petal and my previous experience was good.

Its my second time placing a order with ferns and petals and it is always been a very good experience. The flowers r always fresh, the packaging is top notch and the service is pretty good. There was an issue and they solved it in secs. Super happy:)

Delivery was on time and product quality is good. But not all the items are available to deliver for the required address. Also Website details to be maintained correctly - shows different delivery dates before and after opening the products.

After reading so many bad reviews, I don't think that I will completing the order. Seems like jar of rotten pickles.
I wonder what kind of people are running this thing because even after replying to the review that they take customer service seriously to almost each and every one of bad review, they have almost 200 bad reviews. I am guessing its just the words game for them and running the business a giant paradox.
