I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I ordered plant for my wife birthday, expected date of delivery is almost 7 days after my order date. Even after 10 days also its not delivered. After 12 days i got mail saying its delivered. But its not delivered. I contacted their worst customer care. They continuously telling that its delivered and sent non working tracking link. Finally after 2 days called them asked about it once again, this time they are arguing that they delivered a person who is at address as per order. After tell him no one received in that address, finally accepted that its not delivered, and telling that because of technical reasons it is showing delivered. This is pathetic service. Kindly avoid this website.
What was received looked nothing like the picture shown! Strings replaced the ribbons and the entire arrangement looked like a cluster! I was forgiven cos the recipient was none other than my hubby.
I hope the next delivery doesn't ruin everything. If anybody can look into it now, I may have some face saving!

My wife sent a rakhi to Dubai. It was not delivered on the scheduled day even though we placed the order like two weeks in advance and scheduled the delivery 3 weeks before Rakhi to avoid peak time issues with delivery and procurement. They did not deliver it on scheduled date, and when I queried they simply refused to give me a clear date. The customer service was extremely slow and vague. Never ever using this website again

Great service! From placing the order to being notified of the delivery - faultless! Customer Support are also lightning fast when it comes to responding to queries, despite the time difference of some of the customers (I'm based in the UK, raised a ticket quite late in the evening and received a reply within minutes despite it being the dead of the night in India). The only slight dissatisfaction was with a call being made to the recipient of the flowers as it spoiled the surprise. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will be using FNP again.

I had a very bad experience with ferns and petals. Had ordered a photo frame, with order no #******* the frame came broken. I had asked for refund but the company said they won't since I replied back after 48 hours of delivery. The problem is with their delivery and they are not refunding. They charged me for the frame and the delivery. Yet this is the case very bad experience….

I had ordered a personalized bottle of perfume for my husband's birthday and they completely ruined his birthday by delivering AN EMPTY package!
I immediately clicked a photo and uploaded it on the FNP mobile app.
The worse part is after making a written complaint, and after speaking to the customer service agent did nothing.
After 2 hours, after hearing nothing, I called back to ask for a status update. The agent knew nothing about the order history! He was very unhelpful, and informed me that nothing had been done. He thought that the order had already been delivered.

Ruins happy occasion for loved ones. I called the customer care twice to confirm that the order will be delivered and they said it's on it's way. In the last minute, near the end of the day they said "Sorry, but the item cannot be delivered today or even the next day". Will never use this awful service again.

Hi, I have received an email from Ferns regarding an incomplete order. So I went ahead and completed the Oder on their website. To my surprise the cost varied in the email and what they actually charged. It was MUCH higher. They do cheat customers like this: so pls be vary. Their customer service denies Any wrong doing even though I have in b&w. Also, they close your complain ticket once they have replied hence taking away the chance for you to communicate. POOR SERVICE

Don't deliver on said date
If you want your special occasion to be ruined, please go ahead as my parcel delivered date was of today, and tracking I'd also said it will be delivered today, but it didn't got delivered and they say we are not authorize for delivery as it is done by third party.

Third class service, I am receiving a message that order delivered, but the concern person who is supposed to receive have not got the order. After complaining they are giving excuse that mobile no was not reachable and the delivery person wrongly pressed deliver. After a day of delivery.

FnP is eager to charge a premium in the name of 'specific time slot' delivery, and then at their own discretion decide to reschedule! The customer service rep could only mouth scripted apologies rather than try to understand the issue and resolve. It is worst online delivery system, playing with the sentiments of people. I ordered cake for my relative, it was worth 1000/-, they delivered the flowers but not cake. If flowers can reach then how can you update that you could not find the address. It is their irresponsibility and they wont give refund.
You should never choose online payment with them, as they are not legitimate. Beware.

I live shopping at ferns n petals as they are reliable n quick. I have so positive experience from last two years that my family in India have also started to use same website to send Rakhi overseas.
I like their reasonable deals n love their quick service.
I had booked cake for my daughter's birthday 2 days earlier and they committed for delivery at 6 pm on birthday date. I had organized accordingly, everything was ready but all of us were waiting for the cake. After lot of conversations with customer support, they finally delivered at 8.30 PM. It was embarrassing to keep waiting for the cake. Better to avoid ordering cake from here. Cake quality was ok/ not that bad.

To be honest I was really worried about all the negative reviews for fnp. But I must say, my order was delivered on the promised date and it was amazing! It was an international order + I made a small mistake with the address but the delivery person was professional enough to call the recipient and get the adress right.
