I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I have ordered 3 products from fnp which was committed to br delivered by 5th july. Instead I got only one product delivered and there is no update for the other 2. On calling the customer care, they would repeat the same thing as in the delivery would be done one day before or later. But such kind of things are never mentioned while placing the order. Also the courier company has been sending message that the order would be delivered by 8th july which is way ahead of the committed date by fnp.
I really ask the concerned department why such incompetence. Order number is *******

Whenever I have to order a cake I can't think of anything but fnp.com. The taste of the cake is perfectly balanced. Not too sweet. Great going ferns and petals.

Two comments:
1) I called the customer service number 3 times at different timings of the day to make an adjustment on the order before it was released but I haven't managed to reach them. The worst part is that they don't call back although you call them at a mobile number so they see who has called.
2) Once they finally picked up, they don't even acknowledge that its a mistake that they don't pick up.
3) Obviously my order has been dispatched without the adjustment as they haven't picked up the phone.

Although i was very disappointed initially as the product I ordered wasn't delivered nor i could get a refund as the customer service was very poor but after writing my review they contacted me very promptly and have initiated the process for refund.
Hence i wanna take this opportunity to mention though the last experience of ordering through them was not that great but i have ordered through fnp in the past and they had delivered as promised.

I ordered my Valentine combo from them well in advance to ensure timely delivery. But the service is too pathetic that till next day also they didn't deliver and said we have already delivered. No one responded from customer care. Called atlease 80 to 100 calls but they picked only once also rudely they disconnected without justification. I raised multiple query but they closed all of them with no justification. Never ever order from them.

So... I ordered a gift for my fiance on Feb 7th. I specifically requested for the order to be delivered on 14 Feb. But today is 23rd Feb as I am writing this review and there is no sign of the delivery. And, guess what? In their website it says its already delivered. I have been calling them everyday, begging for the order. Every time they just say it will be delivered by tomorrow. Horribly company. No integrity. Only cares about stealing money from customers.

I had placed an order for my friends birthday paid extra for same day delivery the pin code got accepted on their website but the parcel was not delivered when i enquired i got email saying they tried reaching out and my phone was unavailable (not true) asked for another day to deliver and yet again dint make it happen Stating they do not deliver to location mentioned... 5 then why take the order? When i asked for refund they said will be initiated in5-7 working days horrible service and customer care numbers no one answers

If you want to ruin your surprise or plan for someone yo want to deliver then order from this site. I got vry bad experience. They themselves only change the timing slot and they take extra money while booking saying earlier time slot. And top of that if you call customer support they said their delivery team is not picking their call only. Such a shame... after requesting 5 times also they didnt deliver my order from morning to till evening 6 pm and ruin my surprise. Dont fall for their false commitment

I had recommended my brother to use services by Ferns and Petals for surprising his Fiancee for their special day.
It turned out to be a major disappointment for us.
To begin with the team firstly delivered the wrong flowers ruining all the surprise, then did not deliver the cake.
Moreover, adding to the let down the team irresponsibly said they couldn't contact the receiver, which was wrong.
This has been such a bad experience for us as we had a lot of expectations to make someone's occasion more special rather than ruining it all.

Hello people, Before I start my review, do not pay for midnight delivery. It's waste of your money (250 bucks at the time of writing) honesty after talking to multiple people and my own experience.
My order number is *******. I ordered flowers and cake for my to be wife(gfrn today).:)
The cake and flowers both were fresh and as shown on website. However, the delivery guys called my gfrn around 10 pm and ruined entire surprise. I wanted to be on call while the delivery happens. I called at 11 pm, planned to be on call for the entire hour but she already knew that guy is on the way. I won't pay for mid night delivery ever again and would recommend everyone else as well. Go with regular free or Rs 49 shipping instead. Not worth paying 250 bucks extra for it.

I had ordered Cake and rose bouquet from this brand for my sister's silver wedding anniversary...a person called from FN P and told me that the order selected by me can be customized but would require me to pay more. I agreed and paid on the link sent by him and order was placed.
Guess what the cake looked horrible as if a child had created it not at all similar or close to the pic shown while selecting.
Bouquet with chocolates were supposed to be 25roses +25chocolates while what they sent was 20 each.
When I complained guess what they said...they would offer 20% discount on next order placed...not at all bothered about the silver anniversary occasion spoilt by them despite the fact that they charged me a bomb for it.
This brand cannot be trusted and is not a brand that helps make memorable moments.

So I placed two orders for different location. One got cancelled due to CoVid restrictions which was totally acceptable. The second order was still being shown in progress at 8 in night, when I called up to inquire about it, the customer support executive then informs me the order cannot be delivered due to technical issues. No remorse, overall the day was wasted and plans went for toss.
