I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. Horrible experience with fnp. They charged us extra money. They didn't deliver on the expected date. They accepted the order without knowing whether they'd deliver to the specified address or not. And they were not ready to refund the amount. Never had such disastrous experience. Such misleading sites should be closed if they are not able to fulfill their customer's expectations.
Fnp delivered a gift to my sister on her anniversary without any packing n gift message. When contacted their team with the complaint they said they'll send a cadbury celebration box with apology note to my sister but again didn't send anything like that to her. Very unprofessional... I recommend not to use fnp for any gift delivery... they spoil it

Ordered a birthday cake and a gift item to be delivered at mid night(which cost Rs. 250 extra charges) of the birthday. The cake was delivered a week before the date. And the gift item was delivered after the specified date. These people are nuts. And they tried compensating me by giving a discount voucher of 20% discount on their product even after said I do not want it. Why would they think I'd every trust them with their services. Never-ever try to take services from them...

Highly Disappointed with the service of ferns and petals. They failed to deliver my gift on the mentioned date. It was Highly embarrassing situation for me. Very bad experience ordering my mothers birthday cake through fnp. The product delivered is nothing as shown on site. First they denied that I made the payment, didnt do the delivery on the day (it was a birthday cake), then after lot of following up they deliver this horrible thing all messed up.

Just to update my last review about FnP. I got contacted by the company immediately and was processed with the refund within the next 10 days. Although this situation hampered my dad's bday, but I guess the immediate response from the company convinced me to give them a second chance. And I ordered my parent's anniversary cake again. So far, the order went through, hope they would get the cake this time.
I hope this situation doesn't repeat in the future otherwise, the company would loose customers like me for sure.

Tried booking a cake for my dad from Canada to India for his birthday. I tried making the payment with my credit card but it keeps processing for 2-3 hrs. When I tried contacting customer service via chat (obviously there was no other way as I can't make international calls), they gave me a link for payment and said that the booking will be confirmed immediately upon payment completion. I got multiple links from FNP from which I choose to pay via papal which worked. The payment was made and got the confirmation. But the payment never appeared on my order and I keep getting the same emails saying that my order is still pending. They raised the ticket again with the screenshot of the payment confirmation but they said the tech team will look into it I waited for 6hrs again nothing happened. I asked them to cancel my order and they said that someone from the team will call me to cancel the order. It's been 10hrs already, there is still no response from the company. Well, I didn't expect this service from a company which is so reputed.
Very disappointing! I don't think I would ever going to use fnp ever again.
I am a customer of FNP for more than a year. But this is really made me more upset. I ordered a personalized pillow and the package done is very worst. Even the cellotape is not properly pasted. Please consider in the upcoming packages. Thank you!

I ordered rakhi and sweets for my Brother who lives in US. I got a mail 2 days back stating that the same has been delivered to him. But he has never received it! When i called them they insist that it was delivered. LIARS! When i asked for refund, the customer care guy says they are not sure of refund! I paid 2.5K just to ruin my festival. Hi Viewers, I placed a birthday cake and some gifts on 15 Nov to be delivered on 17 Nov in Firozabad. First of all, there is no midnight delivery option (not even with extra charge). Secondly, I had to call customer care centre couple to times just to know the status of the order and they said will call you back in 10 mins after confirming but I never got call from there side. The standard delivery is scheduled from 9 am to 9 pm. And there is no time-slot option. It's almost 4 pm now and they said it will take couple of hours more to delivery the order. My family doesn't eat after sunset so the cake n other gifts is of no use now as the day is about to finish. So 'FERNS N PETALS' is bull$#*!. I have wasted my money and time. Please check the services for your location.

We booked online on 7 th Aug for delivery on 12 th Aug... Tomorrow is rakhi and still no sign of delivery... Everyday I am calling the customer care and I hear tomorrow by 12 will be delivered and nobody connects me to the supervisors for complaining.

It is the third time where Ferns N Petals(FNP) has proved that it will turn my best wishes to bad wishes.
I have ordered a birthday cake for my brother and was supposed to be delivered in his office. For this I have taken a special care that, cake should be the most simple Black forest half kg, otherwise FNP would surely mess up.
I did that, and to my instinct it happened to be the same. My brother received the cake in office in front of all colleagues in the most pathetic ever condition. It has let me down.

Order ID #******* Not delivered. The company writes blatantly incorrect status like attempted delivery and no one at home during COVID-19 Lockdown. When ticket raised online. They promptly reply to the ticket that we have dispatched the goods so the ticket closed. They do not take responsibility for orders delivered or not. They close your ticket if they replied to your email. Beware of pathetic customer service and stay away from this company if you can.

In December 2018, my uncle passed away in Goa, India. I placed an order for a sympathy bouquet to be sent for the funeral. My family in Goa did not receive the bouquet. I reached out to the company and they kept saying the person delivering the bouquet could not find the address or no one was picking the phone, which was a lie. All other bouquets that were sent via other family members and by using other flower companies reached but the one from FnP for some reason, they could not find the house. I asked the company to refund my money. They say they do not refund people's money back. No fault of mine. Their delivery person was not doing a great job. I cannot believe such a huge company is refusing to pay back my money. How do these people do business? If the bouquet was not delivered at no fault of mine, I should have been reimbursed. The worst company and I will never work with this company. Also, customer service is so poor. I am still hoping they will return by money.
