I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I have used the service a couple of times including personalised gifts twice and the outcome has been awesome. Yesterday i ordered something for my daughter on her birthday and she was very happy to see the quality and so was I. The service and product made my day and all the more because my 16 year old daughter loved it.
Amidst lockdown challenges fnp delivered my order for my parents's 50th anniversary promptly. Customer follow up was excellent. They reassured me ahead that the order will be executed. Their response to my queries was very fast. Hats off to the team. Thank you Ferns N Petals team.

I was to get order delivered by 24 may but didn't get it. Why you guys claim if you cant process your order. That's is very unprofessional on your teams part. Why are we paying extra charges if you guys cant deliver. Things on time?

I place an order for flowers and cake to be sent to my mother for Mother's day in India. My mother had been sick for a few months and this mother's day was important as this could have been her last mother's day! When I called to wish mom she said that no delivery was made. I received a message from FNP they did not deliver as they could not find address! My sisters and I have ordered from the website for a few years with no problem with the address. Needless to say I was not happy & spoke to a dipstick in India who argued with me endlessly and said that they would not refund my money. He agreed to deliver the next day which he failed to do again. I had to contact paypal and file a complaint & got my money back.
The sad part was that it was my mother's last mother's day as she passed away soon after. Every time I think of this incident I regret using FNP. If I could give this site a 0 rating I would!

First it was an international delivery which was supposed to be delivered on 6th and after checking the cake was not delivered and when I called customer service they didn't have any update at all... So pathetic customer service they will never have anwsers to ur Questions... I ordered a flowers and guitarist combo from ferns and petals for my mother's 50th birthday which was a very special occasion. There was supposed to be a guitar performance for 15 mins. I also paid 500 rupees extra for delivery at a specific time as I wanted the guitarist to be there when my mom was cutting her cake.
They only delivered the flowers and there was no sign of guitarist. When we called them we were told guitarist couldn't come due to an emergency. Who the $#*! is supposed to inform us about it?
I'm so upset and angry. They ruined the surprise and there's nothing they can do to fix it now. It's shameful. I've asked for a full refund for ruining the occasion as well as my time and money.
I don't want the flowers. Would never ever recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the so-called "Magic Of Love Floral Arrangement" from Fnp " for INR 1249. They didn't have the flowers as how it was displayed in the image. Customer care contacted and politely asked me if they can go with while flowers since the red/pink were not in stock. This was the only time customer care of FNP was polite. I agreed. The bokeh came with broken flowers. I took an image and raised the complaint. The response was it was delivered in good condition and they closed the ticket. These guys are cheaters and don't buy any product of theirs. Stay away from FNP

I had ordered "Choco Lady Designer Cake 1 Kg" and had it delivered to my cousin's house for her birthday. What was delivered was not even worth 1 star. You can search for the cake on the website, I am attaching the one that my cousin received. The cake that I had ordered had roses, pearls and a pretty face drawn. The cake that my cousin received had really small weird flowers, no pearls at all and a horrifying face.

I have ordered rakhi for international location. First of all they have not delivered on time, second after many follow ups they have just delivered 1 rakhi instead of my package of 2 rakhi. My package cost was 1099, and when I raised a compliant they were giving me only 199 as refund and with no shame for their bad service. Later when I was not agreed they have proposed 200 rs like I am doing some kind of bargaining with them... This is really pathetic and unprofessional behavior. They don't bother to read your complain fully just provide scripted reply. I am very disappointed with their unprofessional behavior and in-spite of so much follow up from my side my case is still open and not yet resolved. 1 word on the address was misspelled which I immediately corrected hence the cake was delivered but not the flowers. There were 2 telephone numbers given for the delivery person to call so in case there is an issue but nobody called those numbers! I asked the company why they did not contact the recipient but I got the generic response! I contacted the company again but this time to request for a credit and again, I got the same generic response.
It was not only a waste of money but also spoiled a birthday surprise for my daughter.

Ordered flowers and cake for my dads bday from USA. The delivery guy called up to confirm the address but never showed up. They did not respond to any of our calls and for the whole time my parents were stuck at home. They haven't refunded the money as well. Very bad service.
I ordered rakhi nd sweets. It delivered open box of sweets. Not at all trustworthy. On complaining, they replied we only entertain complain within 48 hrs of delivery. I had lodged the complaint as soon as the product was delivered. However it did not respond to it.
I made an order 3 days in advance and just got am email saying the delivery failed. I never got a call, neither did the recepient. I called their line so many times but no response and the chat app made me wait more than 30 minutes after which i closed the website.

I ordered a rakhi and card for my brother in Singapore for which FNP took Rs 1499 as payment. I got a message that delivery was attempted but not successful as recipient was not available! I tried to contact them many times to leave the packet outside the flat door like all other companies do or leave with the doorman but have seen no resolution. They keep closing the ticket that I open. They call the rakhi a perishable item! At this point, I even told them that I am not expecting them to tie the rakhi on my brother,
but merely deliver it in time for Rakhi Day! But FNP has not heard my complaints or tried to resolve them. Its a very shoddy company. I will not ever use it aqain! It was ordered 10 days before Rakhi Day!

Poor customer service, if you order a combo product only one product gets delivered and the second product will not get delivered when reported " not delivered" they come up with lame excuses like " it was raining very heavily" the goods were perishable but the order was not a perishable item.
This company will never refund so it's like buy it on your own risk, if not delivered than they won't refund and they come up with silly excuses

Ferns and petals is the worst site to order anything. I ordered a gift item which was to be delivered on particular day. I got a confirmation for the delivery on the same as well I call to ferns and petals and confirmed again for the delivery. They assured that the item will be delivered. But by the end of the day same was not delivered. I called them again and they just change their statement saying today is holiday in the courier company and it will delivered tomorrow. Service is pathetic. Customers care just do fake promises and make the special day into miserable one by spoiling the plan. I would never recommend anyone to go with ferns and petals.
