Pathetic service and pathetic customer service... They deducted money from my account but did not place the order. It was birthday gift which could not reach the person. I paid for it and and money didn't get refunded. WORST WORST WORST company to do business with!

They have employed all frauds and cheaters.
Please don't do business with them

Yesterday on the occasion of my mother's birthday(she lives in a different city0, I decided to send a cake through Ferns n petals. But since I planned just late in the afternoon I was not sure if I will be able to select my desired cake and whether the cake will reach in time! But to my pleasant surprise not only I got to book the cake I planned to gift but also the cake was delivered even before scheduled time and was perfect in all respects just as shown on the website. Earlier also on two occasions I have good experience of gifting cakes to my relatives in different cities. So I am happy to recommend Ferns n petals to all who wish to gift cakes to near and dear ones on various occasions

Ferns n Petals team ensured to deliver my gift on time. Since the person was not available on first attempt and the product being a perishable item, they could have just said sorry we are unable to deliver it again. But the team was kind enough to call both the sender and receiver and fix an alternate time and deliver promptly. Thank you team for bringing smile on both the sender and receiver. Love you all for your great work.

FNP as always delivered the right quality and in time. They just need to improve on the way the greeting card and the paper with order details are sent with the gift. It has to go in a 'sealed' envelope and not the way it is sent now-open for everyone to see. Hope they change this system acrosss cities.

The Bouquet delivered for was not as shown on the website.it was different and not worth it. The colour of the flowers was different. Also the msg was written on paper no card was used.

Thou I should say the good thing is it was delivered on time.

The cake was very tasty. The packing of the cake box needs to be improved more as it was not packed properly and also message on the cake was not written even after filling the details of what has to be written on the cake. Overall good experience thank you ferns and petals.

FNP cheated payment made first and asked pay again saying that it was declined and would get credited to my paytm wallet. They asked me to make second payment with discount and that was taken for my order. However they have cheated the first payment and not responding to my calls and emails in spite of sharing proof of payment from my wallet. They also delivered some simple cake totally different than what was ordered based on image in their app. Don't use FernsNPetal as you will have a bad experience and cheated.

I have ordered more than 5-6 times from this site. Every time the delivery was on time. Because of ferns and petals, I am able to send cakes and flowers to my home on all special occasions. I would recommend this to everyone.

Ordering steps were friendly and easy. Cake reached at exact time. Quality, freshness and taste was excellent. As it was surprised from me to my sister, notifications help me to track it. Overall excellent service. Thank u very much. U made my day

The guitarist I had with my order was very professional. Best service I could ever imagine of. They were very very very kind and made the video for us... so thoughtful of the delivery boys. Kept our emotions fulfilled. My regards to them.

I ordered a Pineapple cake for my brother's birthday. He stays in Bhubaneswar and I placed the order from Chennai, just a day before. The delivery was really fast and smooth. Cake was awesome and fresh, same as shown in pic. Thanks FnP for making the occasion special

Order no ******* it was supposed to delivered on 23 August for Rakhi and I ordered on 7 August but it did not reach I had complained so many times in your site but no use. Very much dissatisfied with service

Recently I have requested for "Guitarist on Video Call 10-15 Mins", and heard there were multiple attempts made but no calls were made. Raised a ticket too and got to know that number is non contactable and money is non refundable.

Contacted them the day after placing the order as I realized the person I sent the gift to was out of the country. The order was just confirmed when I sent the request. I hear nothing back then I follow up after a couple days and am told they can't do anything about it because it's too late and AFTER that I get the notification of it being delivered. Extremely disappointed and would NEVER use them again. The person for whom the flowers were for will come back to see a dead bouquet on their doorsteps 2 weeks after. Worst service I've ever experienced.

I ordered funny personalized whiskey glasses for my husband. I loved the selection and the ideas. Only hard part was writing the message for the glasses. It wasn't clear how to let FNP know how I wanted the message on the glasses to look. It still looks fun but didn't get it exactly right. Otherwise, great delivery, on time and follow up was great! I would definitely order from them again.

They have very poor response for the delivery of online orders. They didn't do any delivery of order for flowers which I placed through online. No response from customer service. Rating should be least. Less than one.

It was very disappointing that I paid for a Red Velvet cake but a different flavor cake was delivered. Also, they also make last-minute changes in the color of the flowers that you can't do anything about.

I ordered cake for my mother's birthday and choose mid night delivery, first their executives say yes to my delivery address but I doubt so I again confirm and he said yes it's confirmed then I done payment but in evening at 6 they called me and said that your delivery is not possible and at other location your ordered cake is not available. I cancelled my order and I need my money should be refunded asap

I have been ordering cakes, bouquets and gifts to my parents on their birthdays/anniversary etc. using Ferns and Petals and it has helped in making their day special everytime due to good quality of their products and on time delivery.

They delivered the flowers after 3 days, and gave a gift card for 250 Rs citing reason that it was already delivered. If you cannot ensure the timely delivery for cakes and flowers, you are in the wrong business.

The product was wonderful and appreciated greatly by those who received it. They were out at the time of delivery but the delivery boy called them and waited for them to hand over the parcel

Disgusting people and service! I ordered a present for mom back in india and it never got delivered. Called them sooo many times to get it sorted out. Never did. No refund nothing. F%^king disgusting! Called my bank to file a complaint. They are horrible
