I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. One of the suborder got delivered promptly which i am happy about. But i cannot digest the cheating done on the second sub order to chennai. The site said Delivered but my mom never received the cake. Also, i think FNP should check and hire the delivery boys. Please consider that.

I was excited to order using FNP, however on my mom's birthday they said delivery would be 4 days late and did not refund or order alternative gift neigher gave any store credit. Bery upset with the service. They sid not let me talk to the supervisor either and the agent rudely disconnected the chat

I am a regular customer of fnp... but this time... i got totally disappointed by the quality of product they delivered. I ordered a mixed flower bunch which costed Rs. 699 for my closed one on her birthday. And they delivered bad quality flowers with wrapping material torned.It totally ruined the occasion. They also delivered dairy milk chocolates instead of kitkat as i had ordered. I am attaching the photographs.

My product had to be delivered on 9th may still it is not delivered. Very bad service. Even other product whatever i had ordered from it that was also not up to mark, Simply taking more money from customers and not dealing with product quality and delivery and providing wrong expectations. And if i make call to customer care they are not responding properly. If i want to cancel the order there is no option and the customer care representative also not possible. Worst Service-Read below to understand.
If you expect to surprise someone please be aware that it may fireback so badly like did with me.They just don't care if it's delivered or not.I chose the most expensive charges for the delivery option and told them I can pay more, no issue. Most important is to surprise and make the person happy. But they never care.Also can't place a complain.wow.
2 attempts and thats it.2nd attempt wasn't even a surprise.Person was already waiting for over an hour but driver didn't come.
Lost surprise & money.they didn't care to ask or follow. Tough luck! No where to complain. No one to listen.
I'm stunned to see people rating over 1 star. Guess they didn't face yet to speak to their customer service!

I booked a bouquet on 13 th feb, they didn't inform me on 14th, the whole day phone was busy that is so called customer care,
Track your order feature in website was not working.
They have live chat feature in which support team can not track your order.
Finally valentines gone but product didn't deliver.
I wrote mail regarding status they didn't reply till 48 hrs, still awaited.
I don't know they will refund my money or not because nobody is in direct picture.
Please be aware to purchase anything from them.
They are cheaters and frauds.

I ordered something for my sister in Chandigarh and I choose a specific time delivery which was 8 AM to 12PM and I paid extra for that. You know they delivered it at 2:11 PM.

I had taken a midnight delivery for which they charged extra money. The person was not able to find a location. The delivery was not done on the scheduled time. And the Ferns and Petals team does not even bothered to inform.
One person name "Deepa" she called next day morning and told me if you have any problem about the delivery contact Ferns and Petals and no need to call me.

I used your service 3 times and i am totally unsatisfied each and every time.
Once I ordered a midnight delivery and the cake was delivered at 08:30pm coz the delivery wants to sleep early or what?
Second time they didn't even had the flavour of the cake and after all the chaose of choosing another one they delivered late as usual.
Now, the third one... No gift in 2 days. When we are far away from our loved ones, it is important for us (customers) that our gifts reach them on the mentioned date and time. But these guys always fail. So pathetic!

First experience with FNP. Placed two prepaid orders on 07 Oct 20. One was to be delivered by 3:00 pm same day. No delivery/message till 9:00 pm. When I called up I was informed that the order has been cancelled at their end and they have sent an email at 2:27pm, half an hour before the deadline, about that. So in case u order with FNP, hope like hell that they dont cancel the confirmed order at the last moment after accepting money as well. Also be glued to ur email so that u come to know that the order has been cancelled. Order confirmation is given by SMS but not cancellation. Poor state of affairs.
Second order delivered on 09 oct. Thank god for that. But I couldnt use it as a gift (which was intended) because 2-3 leaves of the plant were broken.
LESSON LEARNT - STAY AWAY FROM FNP. Better to patronise ur local florist/nursery. At least u wiil be sure of what u r getting.
