I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I ordered one kg fondent cake for my kids first birthday but a cream cake in bad condition was delivered. There was no help from customer care team too. I ended up spending 2k for a bad cake and spoiling my one year old baby's birth day which was very important to us.

I had placed order initially accepted and denied the last day, and second time it was delivered on time, neither did they call and ask about the address whereabout nor did they mail. Upon inquiring said the address mentioned is wrong, which is not true. Please don`t rely on these people, if they cannot search the location in motibagh, we cannot expect them to deliver in colonies at all. I have received deliveries as well and the quality of cakes received is really poor with regards to the pricing.

One ordered today two combo of rakhi and chocolate for two brothers at different addresses. First order *******301) combo costed me Rs. 250, however while placing 2nd order *******401) the prices were increased to Rs. 400 (increased by Rs. 150 i. E. 60%), I could not believe this and was highly disappointed with. You cannot exaggerate prices to this extend just because there is a demand. There should be atleast some fixed MRP for the products.

This review is for ferns and petals.Having heard so much i ordered a cake for my daughter for the first time when she was going out to celebrate. But the cake was totally different from the picture and an embarrassment after complaining all they said was every chef is different and that they were sorry and will give a 250 ₹ credit. I asked for a replacement with a smaller cake for the same evening but they denied. Absolutely unhappy as they ruined everyones mood sharing pic of the cake ordered vs cake recd. Even the chocolate strips on the side were soo soo uneven done by an amateur CHEF

Very pathetic service. I had sent Rakhi and chocolates through Rediff.com. Ferns N Petals are the vendors for Rediff. After calling 2-3 times to deliver timely they just delivered the chocolates in hand without any packaging and Rakhi was missing. I tried to call the concerned person Ms Sheetal Gaur *******2680) whose number was given in the email receipt but her number was out of reach. So I mailed them and got an automated response that they will get back soon. But till date I haven't got response from them.
I ordered rakhi. Reached on time but one rakhi out of 3 is undelivered. Spolud totally my festival.

I ordered a money plant for christmas!
What I received was nowhere close to the description that they mentioned on the website!
They mentioned jute wrapping while the plant came packed in a hideous paper
Mentioned some green thread and all! And a cheap ribbon was tied around the plant
Even the vase was of the quality that I can easily get for INR 50-60 outside! While i paid close to 600 for this one!
Really disappointing service! Didn't expect such poor quality product! Just spoilt the festive feel!

I have ordered one air purifier plant set for my sister in law's Anniversary. It should be delivered on 10th March and these people are calling me since 10 March and saying that bcz of some reason it will delivered to next day but last night they have called me up and said we will not delivered your gift. I had ordered flowers for my mom birthday. The delivered flowers were old and wilting. My mom asked the delivery boy to return them and get new ones, cause it was a gift from me and she wanted the flowers to remember me. Imagine sending someone a flowers as gift and the other person receiving old & not fresh ones! What is the benefit of this service.

The claim made by fnp regarding midnight delivery is completely fake they don't deliver it even after 30 minutes of the scheduled time do not ever opt the midnight delivery option they charge high and don't deliver the product. Completely dissatisfied.

I ordered a Beer cake a day prior to be delivered in Trivandrum. The kind of cake that was promised and was charged worth Rs 4000 was not delivered and the quality of cake was also poor. Later on trying to contact the customer support centre their were no reverts and no help from customer services. These guys are a perfect example of fraud and cheats and people who know nothing about customer service when they claim to make days special. Plz improve and assist your customers.

I booked Father's Day gifts for my grandfather and my father. It was supposed to be delivered today. As it was getting late in the day and I had received no news of the delivery, I called customer services; And they lied saying they they had attempted delivery yesterday (even though the delivery day is today) and no one was there at home, when the truth is that 4 people were at home the entire day. The gifts are still not delivered at 9pm. Now I have asked for a refund, and they are making up some rubbish excuse about refund! Rubbish service!

I had placed an order (*******) through Ferns N Petals(13th of Feb17) but my order was never delivered. I got a message saying an attempt was made which is absolutely false because there was none. Post raising a concern got a reply that since they were not able to locate my address(what happened to google maps) my order stands delivered and I wont have a refund. They are simply cheating customers and would request one and all not to order from them. Please raise the awareness and if possible raise your concern at customer forum so that the company is penalized legally.
