I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. Never order from Ferns and Petals. I have ordered Fudge Brownie cake which was supposed to deliver at 2pm. He delivered at 5pm and low quality cake on 17th November 2020. I cancelled and since then I am following with them for my refund but still havent received yet. Customer service people are so casual behaviuor
Horrible worst experience 07/09/20. Flower Aura much better. Just namesake ferns and petals. For my anniversary I bought lucky bamboo plant with flamingo 899₹+200₹+19 delivery and received different pot worth rs 300. And rose with glass vase fully dry roses no smell petals falling down in Bilaspur chhattisgarh. Ferrero rocher 200gm 949₹ have no cover nothing. Delivery boy gives it in hand no wrapping no cover. Please don't buy from here after spoling my day and 3000₹+ they offered me 100₹ gift voucher. Cheaters shame on you ferns and petals.

On the occasion of fathers days I have ordered cake for my father well in advance. Even paid 100/- for delivery, didnt opted for free delivery. SO that they deliver cake on time and I could make my father happy.
As he is stuck alone due to lockdown.
This stupid site didnt delivered cake yet marked it as delivered ( while the slot was 6:00 AM to 15:00). There is no customer care service. One lady who picked by the call pretended she cant hear me only when start telling my complaint, otherwise she was able to hear. And cut the call. This site spoiled my fathers day. I will make sure I inform everyone i know about their unprofessional behavior. Will encourage people never to use fernsn petals

I sent two rakhi with chocolate and msg card to my brother in USA. First instead of msg card its only a paper where address is mentioned and msg is side of paper(very bad) Also msg preview was different and most importantly they changed my wording what I wrote. How could you guys do that and rakhis also cheaper quality. About Delivery, it was supposed to deliver on friday 9august but after sending so many queries they deliver one day before Rakshabandhan. Without solving query they close according the concern ticket.

I have ordered flowers from. F&P Riyadh on 2 occasions. The first occasion transaction went well. The only thing I was disappointed in was the flowers wilted very fast. I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered a much larger order for Valentine's Day. I was given a text that my order was being shipped. It never got there. They couldn't find the same address they had divered to 2 weeks earlier. But I was not informed of it for 11 hours. Trying to communicate wit F&P is almost impossible. All you seem to be able to get are bots. I finally canceled my order and plan to never use F&P ever again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a florist.

Recently I have ordered 4 plants in multicolored self watering pots (ref no: *******). During booking and payment, the delivery date is mentioned as 3rd June (for gifting occasion). But they have delivered on 5th June, gave their apology saying their delivery partner delayed. This is highly unprofessional. Secondly, the package was worst and pathetic for a live plants, out of 4 plants, two plants is almost half dead condition. I' m not sure, it will survive or not. The quality of soil used in the pot is very poor (it is full clay). For indoor plants, they should use loose soil with cocopit & vermicompost as a mixture. Over all the whole experience with FNP is highly disheartened.
Tip for consumers:
Live plants need to be packaged with extra care and on time delivery.
Due to late delivery plants might die. There is no value for our money.

So I ordered choc& teddy from India and to Aus(ferns &petals) my order no. ******* was of express shipping of 3days but not got delivered and after 5days a parcel pick up card was dropped outside by the "wrong name" so basically he could no even collect from the center as the customer name was wrongly put. I have been raising queries and calling on the customer care ever since that fcking day they say " we are working on your complaint we will revert soon". They say that the order was of perishable nature so the refund is also not possible. These guys are "FRAUD", please beware!

Service is pathetic. I ordered rakhi for my brother overseas. They failed to deliver saying that the address is incorrect. I confirmed tge address which was absolutely correct and provided the exact location with landmark. Still they didnt respond. Kept calling so many times to give the address for their local centre so that receiver can pick up but no response. I dont feel like giving even 1 star but have no choice as cant give review with out that. Beaware before using this site.

Worst service ever, if I could give zero stars to them. I ordered my rakhi on July 21 to Gurgaon, Haryana. The delivery address is just 1 km away from Huda city center metro station, still, my rakhi gift is undelivered. When I contacted them I got this response:
"Please be informed that the order is returned and we cannot make the redelivery before rakhi as it is 21st today. Please let us know if we can arrange the delivery.

They provide cheap packaging style. There's a lot of difference between actual cake and the cake you have selected on site. Never ever order cake from FNP. They even not responding and doesn't coperates. I want my rufund asap. I have already share the photos of cake box and cake. I ordered on 5th June, order was placed successfully, expected deliver should be 11th June.
I was waiting for the delivery to be sent on 11th June, however, when I saw the status it says the order held and I raised 2 tickets to confirm the expected delivery date and it was reflected as 16th June which is useless. Due to so many follow-ups, we got the expected date on 11th June. I don't know what the employees in this company will do, as per my knowledge they are chilling and they don't understand our emotional feelings here and this company should know about the emotional feelings. We trusted this website and fooled us. I strongly say don't go to this website for orders and they will play with our emotional feels. This is my request to everyone!

Very poor service and lack of commitment. I placed an order of a bouquet for my friend's bday a week before the scheduled delivery date and to my shock on the bday date I am told that delivery is not possible in that region. On asking to connect me to the desicion making authority, I am promised a call back which does not happen and instead I get a mail saying they could oblige me by adjusting my amount in my further orders. Extremely disgusted with the way service is being taken for granted.
Such a waste of time, money and they'll definitely ruin your special day. I ordered from FNP online from australia. I ordered 5 products. Among those, 1 was not delivered whereas they say it is delivered. 1 was delivered with a completely different product and it looked so cheap. Probably would've costed them 50rs but charged 750rs. 1 is due to delivery tomorrow and it shows a on hold. When asked about the status they're saying it is out of stock. F*****g hell. Never order from these $#*!heads.

For anyone who wants to make a day special please block Ferns N Petals website from all your browsers. It was a nightmare and waste of $100 for me. They don't even give a proper reply. I have lost my special day because of their stupidity and they literally cheated on the products. The product delivered was very cheap. The pictures shown in the website is not what i got. Delivery person gave cake to security person and didn't tell him anything. When I came to collect my cake it was full of aunts, and aunts are very small, when I call first time on there customer care one lady told me she will reorder my cake, when I called 2 nd time to check when will I received my order that person told me I saw the picture which you sent and I have not seen any problem on that cake, how can u see small aunt, really pathetic delivery and customer team

I have ordered the cake to be delivered in Canada prior to one day of the delivery time on 13th April, however, my order has not yet delivered and its not yet delivered. This was ordered for my husband's birthday but these guyss totally spoiled it. I was chasing customer care to get it delivered but of no no use, they just send copy pasted automated responses. It was heavely priced too.when do you guys realise the importance of such thing. FNP has made my Love's Birthday special.
Actually, I wanted to make his birthday special, so I booked my walnut truffle cake on 19th July which was to be delivered in the midnight of 6th Aug 2019.
He was fully surprised to have this lovely cake. Even he cut that cake on the same day in the evening but the cake taste was just amazing and yummy.
