When you order from this company you have a 50/50 chance: you either get what you ordered or they send you whatever they have in stock that's not selling (because it smells awful) and then you have to deal with the process of having to return the crap you never ordered to begin with just so you can get your money back.

I ordered two Clarins perfumes that I cannot find anywhere due to being stationed in a remote location with my military husband. What I got what some Gucci perfume TESTERS (not even the real thing) that smells like something your grandma would want to receive for Christmas in 1995: ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I'm 39 and I'm not about to smell like Mrs. Doubfire.

Anyway, to make matters worse, I'm undergoing surgery in a few hours and won't have a chance to make that return, which I should not be responsible for in the first place since I didn't make the mistake, until 3 weeks from now.

When I contacted them and explained the situation, to include pictures of what they had sent me, they basically said: oh well, get our grandma's perfume back or you don't get your money. I'd be glad to make a return, but where I live, we don't have USPS pickup services because it is a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific ocean. I would think they'd have some respect just for the facts I provided them, but evidently they could care less about their customer and are money driven instead.

Also be aware that they only allow positive reviews on their website and filter the "less positive" ones, an entirely unethical practice in handling business. I submitted a review twice days ago; however, it is nowhere to be found.

I will NEVER, EVER use this company again and neither should you, if you care where your money goes.

I ordered "Caron pour un homme", a flagrance I use for 40 years. They shipped a countefeit product. Customer servoce does not acknowledge my concern.

Fake parfume.

They are the worst. They sent a fake parfume tha sented terrible. It has nothing to do with the original one. Avoid them like the plague.

Dissatisfied customer

I'm so upset about how I was treated. I order some perfume jan21 this year. I called them and told them I haven't received my order I gave them the information but they say that they couldn't find that I ordering anything but that's a LIE!. Because the customer service agent told that I need to go to the bank and tell them what happened I did and they called them but they kept transferring her to this person and to that person. So they gave me a print out of the purchase and it had fragrance.com taken $74.08 out of my account. I have proof of it and I'm going to do something about it I try to be nice but ya'll thought I was a fool I have proof that you guy's took $74.08 out of my account just give the perfume that i ordered that's all I want. You took my money so we're is my perfume I'm so upset right know just send me my perfume you shouldn't treat your customers like this I work hard for my money just let people know that u have good attention I don't like doing this but I don't have a choice I been calling you and telling you what's going on but y'all just don't LISTEN! PAY CLOSE ATTENTION! I WILL TALK TOO someone in higher AUTHORITY.

I have tried giving thos company the benefit of doubt and every time is the same out come, I place an order on 8/20/2023, I understand it was a Sunday but that means my order should have been processed Monday, I paid for 2-3 day delivery my order was not processed until 8/23/2023 at 10am and this is after calling this "GREAT"customer service that people are lying about and emailing them because customer service could not help me the only thing they can tell me was that my order was being processed, so they emailed me back and said my order shipped this was on 8/23/2023 5pm and they send me a tracking info that I went to and it said I could not see my tracking for 24 to 48 hours so I try again on 8/24/2023 in the morning and it said the sender has not sent the package over too the shipping company they just created a label, so I wait until 4pm and I check again and it said the same thing I received an alert from the shipping company that said they received the package at 8:05pm on 8/24/2023 and that I should receive my package on 8/27/2023 and as we all know they don't work on Sundays so it would likely be 0n 8/28/2023 over 1 week from the day I ordered my stuff and 5 days later than what I paid for and all they can say is the package was shipped. Again I tried this company multiple time and alway the same result don't fall for their lies the money you think your saving buying from this company you can get it from another company that stand behind their products and service. Those good reviews are from people they paid to do the review.they are liars... take you business elsewhere... If you don't believe look at the evidence. I have no need to lie. I call it like it is...
