Total waste of $96. The arrangements look nothing like what I ordered. The fruits were old. Really ruined my birthday gift to my mother

The service sucks, I ordered a father's day arrangement and without me knowing the company changed my order to some crappy box of strawberries that have nothing to do with father's day. I decided to give this company a shot, and that was my mistake. First, the order was supposed to be delivered today. The company put a replacement order in for the 21st. Oh and a replacement order THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FATHER'S DAY. Also cancelling my order took about 40 minutes. The agents idea of solving the problem was to change the recipient, when the recipient is my dad and the whole point of this gift is for father's day. What kind of a solution is that. Also, this was the second agent I spoke with because the first one did not even answer any of my questions and passed me off to another agent. The lack of professionalism and care at this company blows my mind. I will never ever place an order here again and I will be telling all friends and family to do the same. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, THEY CAN NOT COMMUNICATE NOR DO THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I ordered it as a gift. They were in aw of it. Fast to order and deliver amazing service even with automated! Deff will order from them again!

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my Dad's birthday. The order was placed on a Friday, with the shipping date to be delivered on Monday. Well, Monday came and went, and nothing arrived. Tuesday came and went... still no order delivered. Wednesday... Well, I think you are catching my drift here. By the 4th day of not shipping, I finally called expecting great customer service and an explanation as to why I paid for expedited shipping, only to have my order showing as 'received' for the 4th day in a row (this was Thursday evening so that means 5 days after the set ship date). I received a customer service team that was so incompetent and rude, and all together useless. The customer service was AWFUL. They wouldn't give full names or ID #'s of who I was speaking to, could not provide a WHY as it was going on 5 days after the order was set to arrive, or give me any option other than "reorder it" or cancel all together. I asked to speak to a manager twice, and finally I got to a manager who was just as awful as the first person. Both were rude and unhelpful, kept putting me on hold, and one of them laughed after I explained why I needed it there on Monday (which I will explain below).
To give you more insight as to why this was so upsetting; my father went in on Tuesday afternoon for a Stem Cell Transplant surgery. It was his birthday Monday and I wanted to send him something nice so he could enjoy it before a traumatic and painful surgery for his cancer. To reorder it at this point was silly, as he was not going to return home until the following week (which at that point he couldn't even eat anyway due to the surgery).
I loved Shari's Berries and assumed Fruit Bouquets, since they are among the same businesses, would be the same. Well, because of this company alone, I'll never order from them or any of their partner companies again. I've told everyone I know, posted it on social media, because people need to know not to invest money in goods or companies that treat people in this way.
I ordered for same day delivery and my grandson was very surprised and really Happy I will definitely do it for his lil Sissy in November. Great job!
According to the site the item should've been received by noon at our business. It showed up at 4pm and my boss was already gone for the weekend.
From ordering to the final deliver the communication was amazing. I totally recommend using this process.

This was delivered via a personal car, with beads of sweat on inside of the packaging, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
I ordered an additional balloon and when I questioned the delivery person, he said " no speak English," I pointed to the balloon and said "dos!" He then shrugged and said "manana?" Then, the ballon showed in the picture was NOT what was delivered. I got a pink balloon that said "princess" on it. Again, not what i thought I was ordering or paying for!
I am VERY unhappy with what I paid and the level of service received. Not to mention, your web site showed my arrangement delivered hours ago. I called customer service and they said that is was being processes and that I would receive an email when out for delivery. This also NEVER occurred.
I will NEVER use this company again OR recommend to family and friends!

Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
