Very disappointing that there is no direct number to call when there is an issue with your order. You have to chat with someone online who isn't helpful and can care less. We ordered so many arrangements from this place and when we didn't get one delivered, we didn't get a refund or redelivery. Never using them again and I encourage you to do the same.
I purchased flowers, cheesecake bites, and a fruit tray from fruit bouquets. I received the flowers and cheesecake bites and never received the fruit tray and it was a gift for a company and that was so embarrassing on my behalf that nothing ever showed. Will not give another chance to be embarrassed again. Yes they bother to give me a refund wow that was the least they could do. They should have said hey look I'll give you the refund plus try to get you that tray still but no did the least they could possibly do. Now I know how this company actually works. Would not use ever again. It's a shame that you allow your business to not even show up on a holiday such as Valentine's day. This wasn't no just regular day this was a very very populated holiday and you should be ashamed
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
