Horrible business. Please do not waste your money. They are a scam and do bad business. I had placed an order then didn't need it anymore. I canceled right away and reach out to them so they can cancel the order. They processed to say they would. Ultimately they did not they lied and even lied about it getting delivered. Stay far away from this business.
This company doesn't provide quality service, nor stand by their word. I have actually never had a majorly bad experience with customer service when ordering a gift to be delivered because I am usually so happy to get the gift for the recipient; but in this cause these guys has not only managed to provide awful service but also manage to spoil a beautiful birthday moment. I am utterly disappointed and would never use them again nor offer them as a referral to my biggest enemy. Don't do it. #utterlyhonest

I ordered pink not white and they were very sloppy. The chocolate was melted together. There was a supposedl coupon added and free delivery. I was charged a $20.00 service fee. The 12 strawberries were definitely not worth the $84
Can we please have a 0 star over hear. Look, I am not one of those guys who believes in Valentines. But when I go out of my way to plan something special for my wife, how I decided to order from this site was a big mistake. Note I made an order for an edible arrangement for my wife for Valentines day on February 9th. This is 5 days early, In the hopes she would have a smile on her face when she saw it. Well, it never showed up. I called 3 times to check the status of the delivery, and all they mentioned is it should be there by 8PM on February 14th. If you are ever looking for any items that involve boquets, edible arrangements, flowers, roses, or any products this website may have, do yourself a favor and turn the other way, or just drive up to a store and get the product in person. I will never consider ordering from this site again. They ruined my day and my surprise for my wife.
After delivering my Easter gift 3 days after the stated delivery date that was stated when I ordered them 2 weeks earlier, my grandkids got 12 strawberries in a box that looked nothing like what I thought I ordered and based on total price each strawberry cost $5 and they were nothing special to look at!
This so-called company failed miserably at its core purpose...to simply deliver a basket to a recovering relative. Even with flex during the holidays, they were a day late, then another, then we were told it would take another 4 days. They could not even get a refund completed correctly and we are still waiting on that. Rude customer service, they kept transferring us, and we still got no answers of why our order was never delivered. STAY AWAY!
Food was warm, sweat all over the chocolate and rotten strawberries Inside. Also apart of the order was cheesecake bites that were a complete mess and tasted very bad.
I ordered fruit bouquet, cake and balloons for my son's bday. On the delivery day, i got email that said the cake and fruit had been delivered but the balloons were scheduled for the day after my sons bday. It took me 1 1/2 hours with their virtual chat in a virtual loop and finally got to a live agent to cancel the balloons. I swore at that point I would never order from them again. On my son's bday, he told me he had not received his order. This time, i tried 1-800-flowers the parent company. After insisting with the recording for several tries, i got a live agent. He was condescending, rude and reading from a script. He offered me a $15 voucher to use on my next order. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and held for 30 minutes. He could have cared less. When i asked how they could send an email that said delivered but it had not been delivered, he admitted they do not produce anything - they farm out your order to others and never know what happens to it. They lie and say it was delivered but have no real proof this happened. I cancelled my entire order - and will get my son a different gift. But he had no gift from me on his actual bday! Never again!
FruitBouquets.com (FB.com) is a very unreliable middleman; don't be fooled by what they tell you! I order one of their advertised products for an out of state delivery. The ordering process was easy. Day of the delivery the area the recipient lived in had a bad snowstorm (unknown to me) so obviously the company contracted to create and deliver the product was unable to do so. I called FB.com that same evening because I received no notification of the delivery, which was supposed to occur. Made multiple chat calls (because I was on hold for over 1hour with no pickup) each time they Guaranteed the product would be delivered the next day and would be receiving notification of delivery. Never happened. I was finally able to get the actual company creating the product which basically indicated to order directly through them next time. The customer service & rep's at FB.com are outsourced and they could care less about assisting you. Will Not use again
I ordered the Medium arrangement but it seems very small for $100.00. Also, it doesn't look like it was professionally created and the recipient said the melons and pineapples were hard and tasteless. Very disappointed and embarrassed.
This is the worse experience I have ever had with a simple fruit platter delivery! Still have not received my order like a lot of other people have stated in their reviews. Firstly, their delivery scheduling is ridiculous. You tell them when placing the order what day you want it delivered. Then they say it's "flexible delivery" so they could show up whenever, and you can't change that. So my delivery was set for Valentines Day. They apparently tried to deliver it the day before so a day early, and I never got anything or a knock on my door. I only got an email on Valentines Day morning saying they tried to delivery it yesterday and it was 'unable to be delivered.' So I contacted customer service and they set up a replacement order but that wouldn't be delivered now until the 18th. Way passed Valentines Day. So that's ruined, thanks… I told them I just want a refund since it was for Valentine's Day and now it'll be too late. They said they can't refund the entire order since they already have a replacement order pending but they'll refund the delivery charge… ok whatever. I wait until the 18th….nothing. Again. No delivery made. Yet at like 10pm I get an email saying the order was delivered. It was not. No order at my door, no knock, no signature, no photo confirmation, NOTHING! So now they have completely botched 2 deliveries. I am currently talking with customer service to request my full refund and they still are saying "all we can do right now is we'll contact the shop to see if they delivered it or not." They are basically refusing refunds and just keep saying "we'll contact the shop" blah blah blah… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will stick with Edible Arrangements as I've used them multiple times and have had no issues.
I paid for a delivery order to be delivered today. Haven't seen or heard from these people and when u click to try and speak with customer service they will not take u there. This company is $#*!ty DON'T DO IT. And my delivery better be refunded since it wasn't on time. Definitely a scam says it was delivered. U can't get in touch with customer service there is no number SCAM. Don't waste ur money.
Ordered a bouquet that was inedible after being delivered late. Recipient had to walk to street because driver would not park and deliver to office.

This delivery was supposed to be delivered Saturday. I got confirmation that it was to be delivered Saturday. And it was delivered today (Friday). Now my package will set at the recipient's house for a day. Pretty weak. I won't use this service again.
They took my money didn't deliver my stuff and I have to wait up to ten business days for a refund after I got off the phone the first time and they said it would be delivered today no problem
This is a scam website! I paid for a product and my order was as never received. When I try calling their customer service, I waited for over 1 hours and gave up on trying to speak with somene.

Here...I'll put in as much effort in my review as they did when trying to locate my order. Every other call it was miraculously delivered seconds before I called followed by the next rep telling me they could see it was en route and the driver saying he was down the street. 7min before close they admitted they didn't know where it was and had no way of contacting the random 3rd party delivery driver. My daughter, who is away in her first year of college, never received her birthday cake, fruit basket, balloons, cards- nothing! Each time she ran to the door excited to see what was "delivered" there was nothing. No refund, discount or apology can fix this level of dissappointment. Never again!
What was delivered was embarrassing compared to the photo of what I ordered. I am very happy that I added 24 chocolate covered strawberry's do avoid some the the embarrassment that I felt once I saw the fruit basket.

Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
