I order flower on thursday for same day delivery as of saturday no flowers were delivered! Been calling every day and the answer is allways the same... "Our main office will contact you as soon as possible"... in 3 days haven't received any calls... and its funny how they already charge me for it
I bought a Gold membership and now TWICE out of 6 orders it was shown as "delivered" only it was NOT delivered. Security camera footage confirmed there was not even an attempt to deliver. Business name, address, and recipient name were all 100% correct/accurate. And when you call FTD they don't even care; they just offer a refund or to have the flowers re-delivered. Like, do they not care that whatever florist they used set the status to "delivered" even though it wasn't?!?! Nope, they literally don't care. Instead of receiving a nice surprise, I have to ask my lady if she received anything, and then she has to take time to go check security cameras. It's awful, absolutely awful. I excused it after the 1st time, but not now. NEVER AGAIN FTD!
Update on previous review of flowers! After 2 days the flowers arrived. Not ones I ordered or anything equivalent! I ordered a potted arrangement that would live forever if taken care of. He got pink roses people! Nobody ever returned my calls as the telecall people stated! Then I emailed them twice sent pics of what I ordered and what he got. After 3 days of disputing all they did was gave half my money back! This company is horrible! Never again!
Just like majority of reviews say, they take your money and deliver nothing. I've called 3 times same requested info from the rep and then never get a call back. I'm actually reporting to the BBB and a few other places to have this place shut down! Now I have to go through the headache of having my card stop payment to this garbage eflowers site.
These $#*!s take orders days in advance, fill the closest to the run and totally $#*! anyone who has an order that they just don't seem to give a $#*! about in getting to. Any affiliate sucks too. The way this goes in real business is the merchant contacts the customer to:
A offer another choice or
B orffer a refund
How does a company do this?
They simply don't give a $#*!. In the floral business of all businesses, sentiment is usually the reason one buys. So, NEVER buy anything from these pieces of $#*!. Cams Florist in LA is where the order was placed. On Valentine's Day, at 530 I get an email saying my order was refunded. Nothing else at all. Chicken $#*! way to do business. I believe they are foreign, maybe not on the up n up. I'm gonna find out more. Stay tuned. In the mean time, you are stupid not tho heed this blog.
Placed 2 orders on Saturday for Mothers Day for (My elderly Mom & Mother in Law). Paid the surged delivery charges. My credit card was debited. Still waiting on the delivery of the mothers day flowers. Tried calling several times to complain & the automated system puts me on hold then hangs up. Filed the complaint through the email they provided & have not heard anything yet. Reporting them to the BBB & going to pursue further actions. This company is a joke. BEWARE!
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to be sent to her office. Flowers arrived 30 minutes before she left work for the day. I ordered the bright and cheery bouquet because I really like the vase that was pictured on the website. She sent me a picture of them when they arrived and the vase was a cheap green glass vase, nothing at all like the picture.
Very disappointed and will not be using them again.
I have never regretted something as much I regret having used this "eflowers" scam, fraud, crap! I ordered same day delivery flowers for my niece and she never received. I called numerous times asking to receive confirmation once they were delivered and got the same rehearsed line " we will call you back ". Now that I'm asking for a refund I was told it would be processed today when the person said the same thing to me yesterday! It's customer service it's a joke, the whole thing is a scam, wish I had read this reviews before placing order. The last person I spoke to said, " I will take your word for it and process this refund " are you kidding me?! It wasn't delivered!
Do not use. A received an email saying flowers were delivered but They were not. They charged my account and there is no way to get a hold of them. Not answering phones. Emails are automatically generated.
I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day, spent $103.00, not cheap! I really wanted to surprise her, she probably hasn't gotten flowers in over 20 years, her husband is fighting cancer so I thought this was something that would really cheer her up, I was very excited!
Saturday came, they weren't delivered? Okay well then she'll get them on Mother's Day "nice"! Sunday comes I don't hear anything from my mom about the flowers? I call FTD they say they can deliver as late as 8:00, that seems pretty late especially on Mother's Day, now it's after 8:00 so I call them again. Nope not there yet! So I canceled, very upset. I will never again order flowers from this company.
