This was listed as a next day delivery. Well it never showed up. When I contacted customer service, instead of saying "Let me look into that" it was "I get the delivery confirmation and get back to you" 4-5 hours later …. No flowers and no contact from ftd. I contact again, I still get we are work on locating the delivery confirmation. 2 hours later, the flowers show up. Both the florist and customer service left a lot to be desired.

The flowers were beautiful as promised. Unfortunately, I omitted the name of one of our family members to put on the card. I sent an email to the email address provided the day before delivery. I received an email back stating my request would be taken care of. However, it wasn't. I felt badly for the family member left off the card and had to explain to the recipient that they were in fact part of the group sending the flowers.

Flower arrangement I ordered was supposed to be all white and had green roses, glitter and gold leaves and some of the flowers were already dieing.

Shopping with FTD was good but I went off of the picture of the plant and not the description. Picture was misleading. Picture showed a nice box with plants. What we actually received was a Do It Yourself Kit. Four individual plants and a planter box. I had bought this as a housewarming gift and was embarrassed when I saw what arrived. Also one of the plants was not in the greatest shape. FTD were kind enough to give me back 20% of the cost but I had to buy another housewarming gift!

I selected the Parisian Stroll arrangement mainly because of the vase with the gold band around the bottom because this was for my brother's 50th wedding anniversary. Before I completed the order I contacted Customer Service because I had concerns that the local florist may not have that vase. They assured me that all the local florists they use have the vases that are in the pictures online. Local florist did a beautiful job it looked just like the picture!

In the past, the flowers were always fresh and long lasting. This time, however, the flowers only lasted a few days. When paying these prices, you would expect the flowers to last longer, as they have in the past.
