Ordered surprise birthday flowers for a friend. Paid for same day delivery. 4 days later, the birthday is over and the surprise is ruined (non-existent). No flowers and No refund. They basically stole my money. I have called 3 times and sent 2 email messages. No response to email at all and each phone call they take the same info and promise a call back that you never get. I've called my bank to dispute the charge. I've also made a Facebook post to warn others. This was definitely my bad - will only order directly from flower shops in the future.

Cost me over $100 to order the little flower, and that was not the same as the picture they put on the website at all, even the color is so different, the flower looks very cheap at dirty... too bad quality, first time and the last time with FTD, ever...

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were claimed to be delivered on Saturday, May 13. Well, just like other reviews - they weren't delivered. Called customer service and they said they'd contact the florist and send them out as soon as they open on Monday. Well, it's Tuesday night and still no flowers. Horrible, would never order from again.

Horrible

Order flowers online for my mom the flowers came looking nothing at all likes to what I had ordered. For Arrangements Lack of Color, no decorative vase. To make matters even worse, I receive a confirmation email stating that the flowers were delivered however an actuality they were never delivered until 2 hours after I received the confirmation. The flowers look so bad it look like they were picked from a meadow by a child.

Flowers didn't arrive, customer service lied to me (I wish I were joking), claimed no supervisor was available and eventually, after 41 minutes, cut me off. Never, never, never again. Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting money and care, and my poor mom didn't get flowers!

Awful!

Ordered and pd for backyard party bouquet, ordered largest size for a delivery scheduled 5 days later. The piece was suppose to be an arrangement of colorful flowers in a wooden base. What came was 3 colors of flowers in a glass vase … could have done better with a grocery store arrangement. Pd over $110. This is wrong and horrible business

Placed an order and was billed several days prior to event. No delivery! Had to call them to get a refund. Apparently no florist available to do order. This would have been known days before, but no attempt to notify me was made. I could have arranged something else given notice. I am upset, angry and embarrassed the recipient got nothing.

Bad delivery

I must say what a horrible experience with FTD over Mother's Day. I placed an order a week prior to Mother's Day for my daughter who lives 2500 miles away, spending $100 the sight asked for a date for delivery since my daughter worked the weekend I choose the Friday before. Friday came and went made numerous try's at the track your order on the website would not work constantly said out for delivery. No delivery came so upon calling the 800 number I was told the flowers did not clear customs so it would be Monday for delivery. Monday's not working my daughter works 12 hour shifts and her client is 100 degrees. Wonder why I could not have gotten an email prior to Friday making me aware of the situation. I will never spend money with FTD again I felt their promises are about as trustworthy as a bucket with hole that someone says sure it holds water..

Stay far, far away from this site. My order was never delivered and I was not offered any explanation. This is absurd. They operate on very poor business practices. This company should be shut down. Do not use them!

Things can go wrong with any order, and that is understandable at times. In the end, my recipient received the flowers I ordered, and they were fresh and beautiful. However, they were a day late due to driver truck issues, and they delivered the next day at 8:30 p.m. which I thought was pretty late for a delivery considering they were already a day late. Most frustrating issue with florists.com is that they are only open 9-4 or 5 Eastern time, I live in Seattle, so in trying to call for help around 2:00 p.m. they are already closed and so I have to wait until the next day to get someone on the phone to receive information about my order. This is the worst part of this business. Customer service doesn't have to be 24 hours a day, but it should be at least until 5 p.m. in all areas they deliver.

My daughter ordered the specialty tulips for Mother's Day to be delivered Saturday through FTD. She lives in Indiana I live in Michigan. My flowers arrived today which is Monday. They were wilted dead awful. FTD should be ashamed of themselves and I'm hoping my daughter called to get her money back she paid extra to have them delivered Saturday

I ordered an all purple bouquet for my sister's birthday. I upgraded to the 'better' arrangement. The description said Good=9 stalks, Better = 14. My sister's arrangement had 8 stalks. There were 3 WHITE roses, and 5 of one type of purple stalk. That equals 8 stalks. So, she didn't even receive the correct amount for a 'good' arrangement. Not to mention that there were only 2 shades in there. Purple and white, even though the description said: inspires, with it's fascinating cool shades of light and dark. Bringing together a collection of purple's finest blooms, this enchanting bouquet offers a combination of the swirling petals of lavender roses, the fragrant stalks of purple and lavender gilly flower, and purple statice accented with clusters of green button poms and lush greens. What is was heavy on was a whole bunch of large green leaves that I have never seen in a floral bouquet in my left.

I ordered flowers for my mom which were to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. What happened with these clowns? I received an e-mail 8 hours prior to Mother's Day informing me my mother's flowers won't be able to be delivered until the Tuesday following Mother's Day. So, obviously I will never do business with these people again and I advise anyone who is considering using this company to re-consider. You might be better off dealing with a local flower shop as they may be more reliable.

Ordered three arrangements for Mother's Day. One was delivered on the scheduled day. The other two orders were cancelled with no explanation on the date they were to have been delivered. Called FTD and waited 40 minutes to speak with an agent, who was apologetic but offered nothing. He transferred me to a manager who asked me to repeat all the info I had given the previous CS rep. He then asked to put me on hold, where I waited another 15 minutes before being disconnected. Spent a total.of 74 minutes on the phone and got nothing but an apology. Never again, FTD.

Unethical Company

I will no longer be using this company. I had sent a sympathy arrangement and paid the highest price for the chosen arrangement because to lose a loved one is devastated. When the person who received the arrangement sent me a picture to thank me, I was appalled by the arrangement. It had the same flower types; however, the arrangement was so sparse! I immediately went to the FTD customer service online because their phone number doesn't work, and had a long conversation about the discrepancy. The customer service representative said she would have the florist resend the arrangement (I even have screenshots of our conversation). Then days go by, I check back with the recipient, to find out that they NEVER resend the arrangement! What you actually receive is different from the picture of their website! This company is dishonest and misrepresenting the product. The flowers were for someone who is grieving - FTD should be the very shame of their unethical practice.

Ordered the top of the line arrangement and received a substitute that was nowhere near the quality of the photo on FTD. Sent FTD an email asking for refund and then said I was sent a substitute. I had also asked for an address change to the same city before this and the rep said no problem and before I could ask for a new confirmation with the new address ( 10 minutes after I ordered) she hung up on me and two hours later I received an email stating no address change available! Delivery was 3 days away to the same county! Would never use again. Guess I'm out 98.00$

Awful ordered Mother's Day flowers for Saturday delivery. Got a notice of delivery but no flowers. After several attempts to call finally got through to a rep who promised to have the flower sent Sunday. Again no delivery as promised. Called Monday to complain and was offered a 40% discount on the flowers they were already two days late. I demanded a full refund and flower sent to my fiancé has an apology. Got the refund, of course still no flowers.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered on Friday.
I tracked them, not one update.
I sent 2 emails before a response.

Only to say they had not been delivered due to no florist in the area!

They did not bother to email or call me!

But they were quick to take money from our account!

This is what I get for trying to save money

Dishonest and Misleading

Description from website: "Comprised of vivid red roses, purple double lisianthus, pink lilies and red spray roses within a clear glass vase, vibrant color bursts from every bloom...".
Not a single red rose. No purple lisianthus'.
Lilies and red carnations. That's all. I paid for their highest upgrade to get the fullest arrangement. The worst Bouquet I have paid for. Could have got better at a gas station.
