If a broker does not offer good trading conditions, most traders will avoid them. I know they are not the only things that matter, but they are the most significant influence. Now, when it comes to the trading conditions, Fxcess gets it right. The spreads, leverage, minimum deposit; all of them just right to satisfy the needs and wants of most traders.

I chose Classic account over the ECN because of the leverage. I needed the high leverage to make my trading more efficient.
Spreads are much looser than at ECN but I can work with that. My trading strategy is not that susceptible to spreads tbh.

Fxcess for me happens to be a highly reliable and trustful brokerage company. It is regulated, which is important, and offers pretty competitive trading conditions for online trading.
The market range is wide, I found everything I used to trade, and some instruments I had never met before.
I choose to trade with an ECN account type, which offers me raw and tight spreads directly from the liquidity provider. For my strategy having tight spreads is essential, but if you don't want to pay trading fees there is another account option - The classic account type, which comes with a bit of a larger spread but no trading fees.
Withdrawals are always processed quickly, never having an issue with them.

So far I am using Fxcess for trading purposes and I encounter some problems but the devs already fixed it in no time and for deposit and withdrawal of my money on their platform don't bother me at all and right now I managed to out my winnings on this platform. It's easy to use and money back guaranteed and its still working fine. For beginners in trading using this platform absolutely will help you track the latest trends of the market.

These two characteristics of broker I noticed immediately after opening trading account. This is how I can characterize every service of this company.

The broker, Fxcess has many good qualities.
First of all, the broker has the MT4 platform which, fo me is the best trading platform around for trading forex.
Secondly, the broker has made available a trade copier making it possible for customers to copy the trades of other traders a this has also provided an extra source of income for traders.

Being honest with you - the platform is acceptable.
There's a good and fast trading platform, renowned metatrader 4, but I ain't like scarcity of accounts.

It's been almost a week since I made the decision to open a trading account with this company. It suits me in all respects.
But I still can't choose a trading account...
CLASSIC account with no commissions, but there is a spread
ECN account with almost no spread but with a commission
It would be better if the broker would offer one universal account.

I am satisfied with the broker. Of course, there is more to be desired, but the broker is effective in executing trades, and has really nice promotions available.

On the rare occasions when I needed fast and adequate customer support I was always met with extreme professionalism resulting in promptly resolving whatever issues I had.

It took me a few minutes to fund my account.
But it's a pity that not so many deposit options are available, although a bank card is enough for me.

There are SO MANY assets to trade here! Funding options are nice, and they have the classic MT4. Really good! The ONLY thing is that the spreads could have been a bit tigther, but I guess that's what the ECN account is for.

Seriously guys, has anyone checked the spreads FXCess has to offer? I see so few or not at all feedback about their amazingly tight spreads. That deserve much more attention, since for me, it's the first thing I evaluate and it's a deal breaker aspect when choosing a broker.
Wheter you go for ECN, or a Classic account their spreads will surprise you. I have seen brokers with ECN account type having wider spreads than the FXCESS' classic acc
Just to clarify, I'm talking about forex pairs, I dont trade other instruments, so idk about them.

I do really think that the company ensures a solid infrastrcture for making dough, and MT4 is my favorite trading software, but I don't really like their account types selection.
