I only ordered a $39 plan. I then went into view what else they offered as it stated "show here". Instead of just showing me - it charged me. I wish I had used a charge card as I would of called my charge card company immediately and it would of probably been cancelled thru them. Legally you have a time frame to cancel any contract. My mistake was- besides being scammed for $288 was the fact I used a debit card. Banks will not help you in this regard. G-Plan is also NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau. They are scammers and probably all the people that give them a good review probably are stockholders. Just by clicking to view something is not the right to charge someone. Also - don't mean to be only pro Ameican/English speaking - but when I finally got thru to them - I could hardly understand what the person was saying. Perhaps this company originated from overseas.

No refund
Don't let it for you when it says 30 day money back guarantee they are simply refusing to do anything and I've only had it for 15 days. I'm deathly allergic to eggs and moderately allergic to wheat and yet every single recipe week tries to feed me something that has eggs in it for wheat

I joined as trial

I wanted to see what their regiment looks like, turned out I did not expect that. I do not have the time to figure out and recipes they designed for every week. Looks like their recipe are designed the same weekly which I can't follow/. It's not for everyone. Anyway I tried to call to cancel but after 2 mo of phone tagging. It is not convenient! I had to close my credit card becuz their lack of support. Don't subscribe!

Gave it a try but...

OK... so the idea is OK and the recipes are good and it seems to work a little. But the support is zero! The site appears to be in beta testing and is missing key elements. It is really too bad because it has potential, but after nearly 3 weeks I haven't been able to reach anyone with a brain that can answer simple questions about the site and using the plan. The promised "personal coach" never made actual contact or returned a call from customer service. The site has a STUPID BOT that takes you around in circles.
Honestly, the food is good and I've lost 3 pounds OMG wow 3 whole pounds in 3 weeks... but aside from getting you started and giving you ideas, the program lacks follow-thru and the site just isn't complete. TOO BAD!

Very polite customer service that wastes your time. You place an order with a 30 day guarantee. They can't find your order nor your email, though you have the number in your email that they sent you. You call and they promise to escalate and personally get back to you. They don't. The subscription you sign up for to get a discount is unalterable because there's no place to sign in. So they've got your credit card and charge you month after month with no way to cancel other than canceling your credit card. Complete fraud. Lean is just choline and some other non-proprietary stuff that you can get otc for much less. Don't fall for this scam.

I have sent them countless emails on how they charged me for the annual plan without my consent and they ignore me completely or send a response that does not address the issue. I have told them and sent screenshots of their website glitching when I was on it and other people reporting the same issue. This website me me feel unsafe for them having access to my card information and suggest people steer clear to avoid the same issues. It has been the worst experience of my life with a business and regret ever coming across them. This site scammed me. I wish I could give it a negative stars.

It's a scam.

I enrolled in December 2021. I used it for 1 month and cancelled. Unknown to me they hijacked my credit card and set up recurring billing. I contacted them numerous times. I was promised a reimbursement for one m onth. It never happened. They have bilked thousands this way as their BBB complaint status shows and on other review sites. The service is basically just you enter what you ate and when. There is no plan or coaching. Pure BS.

This is a scam!

I was looking thru the site and decided to do the 39.00 plan once you agree to the 39.00 you are taken to another page to offer extra bonus plan and products you can't get out of that page i clicked no thank you and you still can't leave page, I never excepted or agreed to any products or other plan within 5 mins my credit card company alerted me of a 289.00 charge for g-plan tagged as a fraud alert, I called them immediately I was able to stop the payment and cancel my card to get new one don't do this.!

Scam

This is an absolute scam. I really, really hate situations like this. You show all your methods and recommendations, but you don't have the balls to put the real charges where the normal everyday person would see it. I assume this happens a lot. When I called to inquire about the extra $151 and $98 charges, your phone staff us well versed in how to cancel the plan, but they also let you know that it is "non refundable". So I am putting a stop payment for the charges at my bank. I'll also do a review as well as contact the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that needs to hear about you.

I purchased this plan after watching a very long video and purchase the one that was just to try for one month. I then saw that they had charged my card 200 and something dollars and I am mediately called back and they said because I asked for a refund on a text and he text back that that they did not give refund because it was a discounted offer so beware of this plan I have nothing to show for my 200+ dollars

I won't give it one star because it is not an option. It's a scam. Buyer beware. You are not signing up for a $39 plan. They rope you in and when you click pay for plan, inadvertently (because it is in miniscule illegible font) you are signing up for a one year subscription paid upfront for a whopping $288. And then good luck trying to get someone to respond. Already on the phone on hold for 15 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor. IT IS A SCAM.

I did the quiz, didn't download report. I thought it was $39. I finally reached someone who said I checked a box for $39 month and they charged me $190. This company tried to charge $1, and $288 and my card blocked them. They charged the $190. Customer service was rude and said I couldn't get my money back. I called my credit card and stopped the payment so they are investigating the charges.
I have worked hard to raise my credit score and this charge affected that, as it raised the amount I had on it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "I am a supervisor), very difficul to reach customer service.

I cancelled my subscription prior to the 30 day money back guarantee, requested the money be returned to the card it was taken from. They claim they did refund it, but somehow the refund never reached my bank account. When I notified G-Plan of the lack of refund, they claim it is my banks fault. Come on G-Plan, it's just $39.00! Is it worth your reputation? Next time I'll do better homework. Hopefully, others will read this and not be taken advantage of. If I could give a less than #1 rating, I sure would.

From the beginning, this company billed me 3 separate charges which I did not authorize. The purpose I was interested in the program was because they offered it for 39.00. Called to figure out why they did this as soon as I seen the transaction which was the next day early. I called to get this fixed and the representative was s000 rude told me there is no refund and that I choose to upgrade. I said that's funny because my checkout for trial and supplement came to total 62.00 and that's what I paid at checkout. Not 288.00 they hing up pn me. This company is trash and doing buisness like this makes my stomach turn because we as customers try and have faith and believe what they offer but instead you leave robbed and depressed because of this wrong!

This is a SCAM!

I responded to an online add for what I thought was a subscription for $20 per month. My credit card was then charged $288. I called the customer svc # and after several attempts to get someone on the phone was told that I had signed up for the pro plan and that it was non refundable. I am older and on a fixed income and $288 is a big expense for me. I tried to explain my situation but ultimately the cust svc rep disconnected the call. Very Deceptive Business practices. AVOID!

They send you a support payment receipt for 30 days $39 then bill you for 190 plan $288 it's a scam then they only refund if you signed up for the 30 days which I did so now I'm not covered for that because they upgraded me after I said No Thanks be very careful don't press anything they are a rip off
This BELOW is what comes up on the screen then they charge you $288 BE VERY CAREFUL they took my money and I can't pay me electric bill it's disgraceful….

Do Not Buy!

I saw the advertisement and it looked promising, however when if you sign up for the annual plan, they DO NOT REIMBURSE YOU. They ALSO charged me for supplements that I DID NOT CONSENT TO BUY, totaling around $300... I called customer support to cancel and receive a refund, but they would NOT refund anything. They said their money-back guarantee is only for the shorter month-by-month plan and that they couldn't do anything about any of it. They took my money, and even though the supplements were unopened and untouched and I didn't sign up for them, they would not refund anything. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY if you're looking for your money back.

This is by far the most unethical company I've ever come across. I signed up for their services on Instagram and chose to "upgrade" which was advertised as a additional $20 fee. There was no disclosure of any additional costs. I then am charged $288! I reached out to the company within 10 minutes of purchase requesting a refund for ALL services as what they charged me wasn't what what I agreed to. They refused. It's complete bait and switch tactics which amount to fraud. This is now a legal issue.

FRAUD, SCAM ALERT

I was browsing through Instagram and came across the G-Plan Advertisement. They were offering this diet plan for $39 then once you click it takes you to another page with all of these other / offers that I did not want Nor did I authorize. Once I saw that I immediately clicked out of the page completely and did not purchase anything. They way they have it set up is to get your credit card info first because you think you are purchasing something for $39. BE AWARE… NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO FIRST. What this company is doing is offering you something for $39 then charging you $288. This is illegal and against the law. IT'S A SCAM. I am doing everything in my power to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM G-PLAN. I am disabled and I am unemployed and I have been taken advantage of.
