I bought a key, it was invalid. I opened a conversation on their website they never answered but they were very fast to answer in paypal and trustpilot. They didnt even bother answering me in their support website.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong thing from G2A. I thought I would receive a physical game of Super Mario Maker 2 - Nintendo Switch. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention. I made a mistake. It is not possible to return the received product unused within a few days. G2A does not seem to be able to empathize with the customer. Worthless company. Stay away. Do not buy anything from them.

There is no number to call and only tickets that can be filed. I've been waiting 2 weeks and still nothing. I'm going to have to file a claim with my bank at this point. I highly do NOT recommend this site. This incident occurred November. 10th, 2024

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I purchased a key from this website in November and it didn't work. I contact the seller and I don't receive any help. Only after 7 whole days am I allowed to file a claim. I file a claim with the G2a support group and after almost a week and some change, they contact me saying that the only way I can get a refund is if I go to the police and make a report!?!?! FOR WHAT!?!?! JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND! Keep in mind, I've already proved to the seller AND G2a that the code didn't work because I took screenshots of my trying to claim my code on my PC. All the proof that they need is in the chat but did they even try to read the chat? No! Did they look at the proof that's clearly dated, No! We're now in December and now they want me to go to my local police station and file a report!?!?! Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Just wait for a sale on steam. Order# **************

I opted into G2A PLUS for 1 month, I set it NOT to renew after 1 month, I took screenshots for my own records of the website stating in multiple places that it will NOT renew and that I'll be missing out, etc. Only, when the month ended, I saw they charged me again and find my G2A account has been reactivated to be opted into PLUS.
Their customer service team only state that I once opted in so NO REFUNDS. No matter how I explain that I chose to OPT OUT they don't care - Obviously this is one of their scam tactics to get money out of people and hope they don't see the charges coming out of their bank accounts.

I bought EA FC 25, the product was not working, I payd for it, the money was paid by paypal, after asking I got no answer, the they lead me from the support service to the account service and the other way around or didn't answer and just open Electronic Tickets. Thats no Customizing service.

N the end the money was gone and I couldn't use my game.@ g2a: before you ask again: in ticket icket ID: SQMQ-******* you find all information. I don't know why you close it.

Horrible company, protects thieves

This company is just a storefront, but they actively protect thieves and false advertisers who sell on their platform while giving them fake reviews so people buy from them. They will name their product (a Steam code) one thing, corresponding to an identical product on Steam, but then deliver something else and try to hide behind the fine print. Their "customer service" is wholly unhelpful and exists solely to protect their bad sellers, not to help customers. Avoid this company, and if you do risk buying from them avoid seller "Intergalactic".

DO NOT USE G2A THEY CARE ZERO FOR THEIR BUYER, site is made and ran by thieves. It's to bad I can't put negative 's. Vendor ripped me off for Res Evil 4 on sale, G2A took weeks to try n solve and these morons fix to that was to literally ban my account because I bought another copy of the game from Steam before steams sale ended but they're to dumb or too into stealing to look at the receipts I sent them as proof.

I purchased a permanent desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 from G2A.com. I purchased in January 2024. I received an error message from Adobe that my license was already in use by someone else. I asked G2A for another set of license keys, which were originally provided. The second set of keys was also invalid. I still have not received a refund. Be very careful!

Yep. They are refusing to unsuspend my account unless I send selfies. I have provided the information the need, but refuse to send selfies and told them my valid reasons why. Instead of helping, they tell me I'm a terrorist or money laundering person,l that has rejected their help. The only thing I rejected was a request for a selfie.
One apple gift card (low value) is apparently enough to fund terrorism.

It's a total fraud

It's a total fraud. I purchased a Kaspersky license from them which turned out to be fake. G2A refused help of any sort, I followed it up with the seller, and they gave me another license in exchange for me updating their bad review (which I was naive enough to do), the second license went invalid in a day and turned out to be fake, no respond from the seller afterward.

Back to the G2A, they asked to wait for a week and if no refund took place, come back to us, which I did. Their response then was to go to the police, file a report, send us a copy of that with your full personal information and they will submit it to authorities. Long story short, if you buy something from someone random in the street you will get better support and a higher chance of a good purchase.

Kept best for the last, they will charge you a mandatory fee apart from the license you buy for their service! I strongly suggest avoiding them, as you just will lose your hard-earned money.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 did not install due to a unrecognized serial key.
Contacting the seller through their website did not work after several attempts. Buggy website makes this a frustrating experience

This is a Scam!

I just bought two software and they sent me invalid keys. I contacted them and got a reply. I kept having issues and I can't contact them anymore. They don't respond to the original message, and when I try using "Contact the seller" the message can't be sent.

I bought a key that not only did not work, but was in a foreign language from a seller called TFAGames. When I attempted to immediately refund, they ignored me and closed the conversation. When I brought the matter up with G2A, they defended the seller, and would not refund the key, before also closing the conversation. Buyer beware: this company takes no responsibility in what is listed on their website.

Got scammed
April 18, 2024

I bought 3 gift cars and 1 didn't work.
When I complained to the seller he just pointed a finger to a random unrelated reason and closed the conversation.
When I asked for a refund of 1 of the 3 keys I got banned.
I contacted support they just said that I was banned, period, no support at all.
Now I'm feeling scammed and will have to dispute it on my bank.
I don't recommend anyone to deal on this platform.

Scam website
February 13, 2022

I've used G2A several times previously no issues. I had a friend who wanted me to come back and play Destiny 2, so they ordered me Beyond Light Deluxe. A month after the game somehow gets taken off my steam and all that's left is a notification that someone refunded the key and the item has been removed from my account. Can't contact the scam seller cause why would a scammer reply. 7 days later I try to the money back guarantee which I get replied to saying I need to go to a police station and file the theft and get official paperwork proving this and then they can start the refund process. I have never seen a practice like this and they did it cause 90% of people will just move on. So in closing, yeah it's just a scam website and you can't trust even high rated sellers.
