ON Sunday I purchased a $50 pair of pants and a $19 shirt for my daughter. Upon returning home i took the items out of the bag for my daughter to try on and the shirt was missing the tag. Neither items fit my daudhter. The next Saturday (I work all week). I went to ruturn the items and they would not refund the $19 shirt without the tag. I they may have considdered it if it would have been the next day, but it had been 6 days. I will never shop there sgain!
The quality is so cheap and nothing fit. Shein quality. Everything fit way too big and is way overpriced for what you are getting. Save your money and shop at princess polly or somewhere else.

Me and my friend entered garage today (black friday) with the intent of purchasing something. It was crowed, but we had no issue finding what we needed, it was when we encountered the employees when we had an issue. There was a box in white dirty tape on the floor that said in very small words "stand behind the box" we both did not notice it, someone walked past and they said excuse us as they walked by after that we moved back but the employee said loudly "step behind the box" in a rude tone we moved back and just behind the line because we didn't notice at first, she rolled her eyes and whispered something to her coworker before yelling at us to get behind the box, we finally realized and we were both very frightened, we are both visibly children. Then to make matters worse when we got called up the lady was very rude, my friend asked politely what the return policy was and the cashier extremely worldly just said january 7th, didn't say anything like "thank you, have a nice day" or anything like that, me and my friend both said thank you but she continued to be rude. I loved garage but i am definitely not going back again.

The package I received today was awful all my Xmas shopping dumped in one big box nothing wrapped nothing folded nicely, for the amount of money I paid I find this very disappointed
I've shopped at garage stores, and had no problem with them. I'd say that their clothes are a little pricy for the quality, however most stores are like that. Ordering online is a nightmare. I order 3 shirts, and two days after I got an email that my order was shipped. When I tracked my package it only said the shipping label was created, and it had never actually shipped for over a week. I called costumer service, and told them that they never sent UPS my package. They had me wait a few more days to see if it would ship. It didn't, so I called again saying the same thing and they said they'd contact the warehouse. I later get an email saying my order was canceled and shipped back to the warehouse since I didn't pick my order up within 12 days of it being sent to a garage store. Which made no sense since I had the clothes sent to my house. I called again and costumer service said they didn't know why I got that email, but my order was refunded. I really wanted those clothes so I tried ordering online again. This time my order arrived in 3 days. I'd say ordering online and actually getting what you ordered is like Russian roulette for this store. Also, if you ever see that your order has shipped but only the shipping label was created. That means they never sent it to the shipping company, don't let them try to say it's the shipping companies fault it's theirs.
I ordered 2 flare leggings online, I got xs and they were still too big so I had to return them both in-person. I returned one because I forgot about the other one and I returned the second one 1 week later. I got my refund and my return receipt for the first time I went. Second time however, I gave the girl at the checkout counter the leggings and she said I would have my money on the same card right away I'm good to go. So I left because I thought I was getting my money quick like before. 1 whole day passed no money, so I went back, the manager said it should be 24-48 hours for me to receive my money and if I have any trouble I should call this number: *******138. I called them they said they were processing my refund should be 3-5 days, I waited 3-5 days and called on the 5th day, same thing, after calling 2-3 more times of the same cycle, still no update, I got an email saying " your refund is processing " I called again, they said I already got my refund on January 4th but that was my first return. And I'm like no I've made it clear I made the return on January 12 I need my refund for that, they said " oh we have been looking at the first return this whole time, let me open a new file for you " after that I called TWO MORE TIMES AND STILL NO REFUND ITS ALWAYS PROCESSING AND EVERY TIME I CALL THEY TELL ME TO WAIT 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS, F&;'ttING SCAMERS
Answer: It's similar to American Eagle, but it's a bit cheaper depending on what you're looking at. The jeans from Garage are cheaper but equal quality to American Eagle, but American Eagle has more options. The shirts from Garage are super soft and amazing material. Garage is probably my favourite store.
