I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
Gazelle sold me a stolen iPhone 12 mini. When I went to activate it through AT&T I learned it had been reported stolen and all services are permanently suspended. I can't use the phone and am travelling through the New Year. So much for the Gazelle's system check CheckMEND - their USELESS 'cutting-edge tool designed to more accurately detect potentially stolen goods, including smartphones. Gazelle traffics stolen good. 100% would NOT recommend.
My 2012 original Retina MacBook Pro was in awesome shape. After five years though it was time for me to move on to the new 2017 TouchBar MacBook Pro. Gazelle made my crossover super easy! Thanks for helping give me enough extra cash to make the new purchase possible!
My first time using gazelle to sell my phone. I always use usell and it's easy my package to ship it out comes in 1-2 days and I currently using gazelle. I started the selling process on November 26 the shipment information and package was suppose to come 3-5 days and it came 3 weeks after. They are a scam company. I have an iPhone 5s that's a factory unlock phone with AT&T I had that phone for 4 years and I have had AT&T for 7 years and the phone was coming up as a sprint phone I told them to send me back the phone because they reduce the money on my phone 50 dollars because of the carrier. Don't use gazelle use gylde and usell.
I have sold my used iPads and iPhones using various methods. I have sold devices on eBay, to family and friends and twice to Gazelle. Dealing with Gazelle has been easy, prompt and straight forward. If your satisfied with their offer for your device I strongly suggest you use Gazelle.
I sent them a iPhone 12 mini. Offer was $229. They record the package on march 7th 2023 and I never received and email or phone call. For on march 14th 2023 I called. Spent 3 hours on the phone and the only thing anyone could tell me is that the tape was ripped and the phone wasn't in the box. I asked them about insurance on the package and the 3 different people I spoke to (didn't speak good English) told me the same thing over and over about the phone not being in the box. There was nothing on the usps tracking about the package being damaged and the item with handed to a person when they received it.
Simply put - it's a total bait and switch scam. I purposely downgraded the quality of my iPad as to not be disappointed with the amount offered. The amount offered was $157 and after three weeks I got an offer for $68 claiming the device had too many scratches. The device did not have scratches but even so it is a very big difference between what they offer before you send in the device and what they offer when they already have it. Maybe they count on you not wanting it back, but I would rather give it away.
Followup:
I received a reply to my review faster than they answer the phone! "someone will call within 24 hours" they wrote... No one called so I did 10 days later…. The person I spoke with was very nice and apologetic and offered to give me more than the original amount. At that point I thought maybe these people can redeem themselves. However, a day later I received an email quoting the same $68 they offered 10 days ago. Clearly whatever was promised on Sunday was not documented or recorded as stated. I declined the ridiculous $68 offer. Not only is it bait and switch but apparently they don't communicate with one another at all so now I assume I will be getting my iPad back but not the money the customer service representative offered me on Sunday. Safe to say I will never do business with this company again and certainly not recommend it to anyone I know.

Don't!
I was offered $492 for my Note 20 Ultra 5G unlocked, I sent it in, they changed it to (other) instead of unlocked and wanted to give me $236 for a like new Note 20 Ultra 5G unlocked purchased directly from Samsung. I contacted gazelle, they asked me to send in the receipt from when I purchased it showing it was unlocked so I did, Then they offered me the $236 twice again even though they have proof it is an unlocked device that they had already offered me $492 for originally, Also anyone can go into the sim settings of an android device and see that a device is unlocked. This was a giant waste of time when I could have just sold my phone to some other company for closer to what it is actually worth. I feel like this company is trying to pay far less than what its worth just so they can make more profit than they would have if they paid me what they offered. Avoid this company.
I tried to sell my phone to them, because they offered me $138.00 for it, so I had them send me a box to ship it to them. I received it and waited and waited and then I get an email that they needed to lower my value on the phone, so something is better than nothing right? Well then I guess they decided they were just going to steal my phone instead and sent me another email saying it now wasn't worth anything and they would recycle it for me. I then tried to email them, message them on their chat section on their website and couldn't get in touch with anyone, imagine that. I couldn't even leave a review on Google for them, so Google must be in on it or getting kick backs on phones they steal. DO NOT TRUST THESE CRIMINALS! Apparently it's worth $126 but they said it doesn't work anymore. I used this phone up until the day I put it in their box! They are liars and will steal your property, do not trust them.
Tip for consumers:
They should be shut down.

I was just stolen from, didn't make any purchases.
I've had a good experience 2x and I love the service for sending my old phones, but my recent purchase of Iphone 6 failed twice which leads to total chaos, the first one wasn't even the right carrier I asked for, the 2nd one won't hold a charge for more than a few hours... gotta ask for another replacement, go through the whole rigamoral of deleting/restoring/setting up... painful
Purchased a lot of 30 Motorola Droid Turbo 2's from Gazelle Wholesale. Received the order and 12 of the 30 were the incorrect phone and on top of that they were old junky phones. Disputed order and I am told it can take up to 8 weeks to receive a refund IF they approve it. Worst company ever DO NOT BUY!
Like many people, Gazelle lowered the money offered by $100 after they received it. The phone was kept in an Otter case and had a screen protector from the second I bought the phone brand new. How does a phone get scratched when in an Otter case? I examined the phone too before I sent it in and there were ZERO SCRATCHES. ZERO. Z - E - R - O. So, I call BS on Gazelle's business model and had them send back phone. I wonder how many people that just agree to take their lowball offer.
I ordered an iPhone 6 on gazelle with 2 day shipping. I received the phone 5 business days later, but I understand sometimes things happen and I wasn't upset about it. I was upset when I opened the box up and plugged the phone in. I let it sit on the charger for ~2 hours, and it was completely unresponsive. I couldn't activate it in any way. I tried plugging it into my computer, but my computer couldn't even detect it.
So I called customer service, and they told me to ship it back to them for a refund. So I paid to ship to to them and a few days later, I received an email saying that they have the phone and I should get a refund soon. That was over a week ago. Still no refund.
This was such a waste of time and money. Don't buy a phone from here. Save your time and money.
Bought from them on Ebay I paid 359 dollars for a droid xt1080 ultra they send me a DroidX MB810 now it will be a week or so before they can investigate seems to be a normal experience. And the DroidX they sent me has no labels no esn or imei so it would be very difficult to activate. Contacted thru ebay and on there company website. Hard to work with lots of excuses. Told I must be wrong. They could not make that mistake, but maybe it was not a mistake maybe it is fraud
I have an iphone 6s I was trying to sell. I went to the Sprint store and they were going to offer me a $70 in store credit for it but I opted to go with Gazelle since they offer cash. The phone is only about 8 months old as my previous 6s had to get replaced through my insurance plan. Sprint said the phone was in perfect condition.
The initial estimate that Gazelle sent me was $120 which sounded great. I did make an error and accidentally selected iphone 6splus rather than 6s.
When I got the quote from Gazelle they downgraded the quote to $3! The reason was that they claimed my screen was cracked and that the phone had an unacceptable amount of scratches. I thought perhaps the phone may have been damaged enroute to the Gazelle office.
I turned down their offer and had the phone sent back to me. When I received it it's still in its perfect condition. The rep I spoke to did not have any answers and said I could send it again if I wanted to.
Complete waste of time.
I sold my first iPhone and got more money back for it from gazelle then I would have gotten for it from phone provider. And I decided to sell my second iPhone and I'm more then please with the amount that I received for selling to gazelle rather then selling it back to my phone provider.
I paid for 2 day shipping in the early AM, but when I got the box I found they'd shipped in the late PM 4 days after my order using 3 day shipping.
They lied to me when I called on the third & fourth days asking where the package was by telling me they'd shipped it late. But their FEDEX shipping label proved they shipped the day after I called to complain.
Then they charged me for refusing delivery. F-THEM.
I sold my laptop. Received a quote. Once it was received and reviewed, the quote was accurate. I received payment via PayPal and the entire process was easy peasy. I love that they sent me a shipping box with tape, label, and postage paid. I couldn't ask for an easier process. Thank you!
This is my 2nd time using Gazelle to sell my old iPhone. Both times were quick to receive my shipping box and to get the $$'s after I mailed my phone to them. They give easy instructions and links to follow for deleting all data off the phone and prepping it for shipment. I recommend Gazelle to all my friends.
They made an error in processing my trade-in and would not honor the initial price they quoted me. Save yourself the hassle and sell your phone to a reputable company. Seller beware!
I sent them an iPhone 5s in good condition and they offered $45 for it. When they got it, they said it wasn't a 5s but only a 5 and offered me $5. I bought the thing new, still had the original box that said 5s on it and the model number corresponded to a 5s. Seems like a bait & switch to me.
Sold an iPhoneX 256g. Had the funds deposited into my Paypal account. Pricing is decent and the transaction and mail-in of the phone is made very simple. Funds were deposited into my Paypal right after they received the phone. No hassle in trying to get the funds.
DO NOT SELL ANYTHING TO GAZELLE. Like other SO MANY other sellers, their initial offer was vastly lowered post inspection. Then trying to get the device returned has been an even greater level of frustration. Their support is awful, their information flow stinks, their inspection process is arbitrary and subjective, and their customer support is anything but supportive. There is nothing positive to say about this company, and I just hope that one day my iPhone 11 Pro will be returned to me.

Sent them an Iphone 11. Rejected their offer to buy it and have been waitng 10 daysr to get the phone returned.
My review reads so much like most I have read on this site. Sent in a 3 week old iPhone 5. First week it was left in the box. Second and third it was put into a Otter Box with a screen shield. Gazelle agreed to a nice price. I sent it in (knowing what I have heard of their service in the past I paid extra for tracking. When I did not hear from them I went on their chat line and was told it had not arrived (I knew it had arrived because of the Tracking number). They said they would check the receiving room and get back to me. When they got back to me they said it had been lost in receiving but they had found it and would continue the transaction. They texted my severa days later with a reduced price and I said no. RUN FROM GAZELLE. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Don't buy from this company!. I don't know who they hire to do the phones inspection but when they described something in good condition there suppose not to have a deep scratch inside the glass
My MacBook Air needed a replacement keyboard and the cost would have totaled $575. Instead Gazelle bought the computer and I used the funds towards the purchase of a new one. I have told others of the site and my satisfaction.
