I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.

Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.

I had a MacBook Pro and a couple of iPads we'd replaced. The older iPad wasn't worth a lot, but we'd like to think some young person somewhere will be happy with the newer iPad and the laptop. Gazelle made the whole thing pretty simple. I had to provide my own boxes, but the process was a snap. I think I'll use Gazelle again.

Bought a iphone 5c for $150 for good condition... 5 days go by i received my phone as planned, comes with minor scuffs so i figured it was fine, of course it was dead so i decided to plug it in and turn it on... 4 hours go by and it only shows the dead battery sign, decided to leave it for 14 more hours and it was still dead... finally got it on by plugging it into my computer and having it restored and updated... BUT... found out that i am not able to use it without it being charged. The phone glitches all the way to 100 but the second i unplug it. It will drain to 12% and then to 1% until it shuts off a few seconds later... all within a minute of unplugging it... hoping to get money back... but not likely... a phone is something to rely on throughout the day... but I cant even trust that it'll stay on longer than 60 seconds

Went to site search for any technology, they buy back for 50% of the going rate. So if you bring in a ipad2 which normally sells for $300 on ebay, they will buy it off you for $150, they make $150 off you. It's really for tech dumbasses who don't know what technology costs and thieves who need to get rid of stollen merchandise. I wouldn't bother wasting time on this service. I was thinking a good price for a ipad2 would be $220 to $250 but this is what they will buy back a ipad4 for. Makes me wonder if I can buy ipad4 off some fool..

I offered to sell on Monday 5/15/2017 by Tuesday 5/23 the money was in my PayPal account.
In that time: I received shipping box --> packed & shipped iPhone --> received & inspected by Gazelle --> they transferred money into PayPal account. All within 6 business days.
PERFECT!

So far my experience has been less than good. I purchased a phone as I broke my current one and needed a replacement as quickly as possible. Two days later I get an email saying that my order has been cancelled due to "payment issues". I called Gazelle customer support and after being on hold for 20 minutes was told that it was because my billing address did not match my shipping address. Ridiculous that they should ask for two separate addresses if they can only deliver it to the billing address anyways. I tell them that it's okay and they can send the phone to my billing address to which the response was that they had run out of this phone! How convenient. So I go back on the website to find a different phone and I order it, this time delivering to my billing address. Two days later I get an email saying that there's a "delay in shipping my items". They do not give a date as to which my phone will be shipped so I could be waiting weeks for all I know. I needed a new phone more than a week ago at this point. This website is either a scam or incredibly unprofessional and untimely in shipping/ product inventory. Very disappointed. I will let you know if I ever get my phone.

I sent in two iPhone 6 that were one month old with their boxes and all the accessories that were still brand new and they send me a counter offer saying I sent them iPhone 4s that were damaged no way

Ended up going to Apple and buying a REFUBISHED. Great cust svc. Went above and beyond with answering every single question I had in CHAT ONLIINE. Favorite way to research because it is in writing. Also they email you a copy of whole conversation. One year warranty on Macbook 13.3. Paid a little bit more but SO worth it.

Bought 5 tablets iPad 8 32GB WiFi + 4G LTE (Unlocked). When received, I received 2 of them being wifi only. Had to go through a tedious refund process and multiple reps which aren't even out of the US so very hard to understand. When I told them I will need to buy them back, they said they will give it to me for the same price of what I purchased them for. When calling in today, they could not match that price and were very rude.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Unless you have money to waste, hours of your time to waste making multiple trips to your service provider only, and after 45 days after activating your phone want to spend $200.00 on useless piece of junk that won't even turn on!

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 on 9/15/15
Delivered 9/18/15
Activated on 9/26/15

Seems like anytime we thought it was working. It would experience ANOTHER problem.

Our time on weekends have been spent making MULTIPLE trips to our service provider trying to get the phone to work...

The last 3 weeks the phone has been completely unusable.
Boot errors, Hung on the boot up logo, finally the phone completely DIED.
At 45 days after activating... and a completely useless phone now...

Response from Gazelle is sorry 30 days to return.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

I sent in an Iphone with AT&T for a good quoted price - they claimed I sent in an IPhone with T-moblike phone - is completely false, I have never done buisness with that company. They offered me less than half the orginal quote because they claimed it was a different produce. From looking at reviews this is a common practice of theirs. Only use Gazelle if you want to be scammed.

Ordered 2 "Excellent condition" phones and both had issues that should have been found with Quality Control. Their site has excellent reviews posted. Look elsewhere and you will see another story.

Bought this iPhone 6 Plus for $450 5 months ago. Motherboard went out in it. Had it checked with Apple. Phones not worth anything anymore. No refund, no Nothing. Will never buy from here again

Phone froze and locked up at 60 days. Unable to return because it stopped working past 30 day return policy. We haven't even paid off the device. Will not purchase from Gazelle again.
