I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
I bought a computer from Gazelle last September. 2014 Macbook air. Not even a year later, and almost $1000 later, the entire logic board needs to be replaced. I was told by tech professionals that the computer itself was faulty and sold to me faulty. Gazelle said it isn't their problem after 30 days. OH AND THEY DO NOT REFURBISH THEIR TECHNOLOGY. Another party does it. They are a scam middleman. DO NOT TRUST THEM. WASTE OF MONEY.
Gazelle made selling one of our old powerbooks simple. The price was competitive and they send the shipping packaging so the entire experience is very easy.
I had my check in just a few days, and the offered a fair price for me devices. They even offered more for one of them because it was in better condition than what I stated!
First time - verizon iphone 10 that worked great until the sim had to me removed for a few minutes then phone locked b. CGazelle didn't verify that phonedidn't have a loan against it. Verizon accused me of theft and phone was forever locked by Verizon
18 months later, Samsung S10E (totally unlocked) is what I am looking for and Gazelle has one cheap, so like a stupidhead I decide to give them one more chance. The proprietary software I load on it only works 75% right and when I take it to a local mobile phone repair shop; gues what? It was an ATT contract phone and not totally unlocked as Gazelle advertized.
Attempts to contact Gazelle are fruitless by phone or email
Rip Off artists
I have used Gazelle once before without a hitch. April 1st I purchased a used AT&T IPhone again, went to my AT&T store to add to my account only to be told the previous owner did not pay off the phone and the one I received could not be used as the IMEI was reported. Emailed Gazelle twice with no response so I phoned and was given a rude customer service rep who told me to return it but could not give me an ETA on how long until a refund would be credited and stated I needed to provide info from AT&T stating the phone was not paid off? Will not use Gazelle again, now I am out 400$ and have a stolen phone!
This was my 4th time selling an iPhone with Gazelle. The process was fast and easy and once they receive my phone, I got my money (Amazon gift card) within a day.
Gazelle makes selling a phone easy! And they even gave me more than quoted after they found it to be in better condition than I stated. They are trustworthy and honest people!
Gazelle has streamlined the user experience to perfection. They step by step for users and offer easy and fair compensation for trade-in devices. I can't believe I never knew about this before!
Nightmare don't buy any iPhone 11 Pro Max) I spent $1,069 total. This is a scam they sell a locked phone that is useless junk to buyers, this cost me days dealing with this. L spent money with other services trying to unlock it and didn't work, Gazelle stated the iPhone 11 was unlocked but it is not. Warning do not be a victim just buy from Apple because this place is a rip-off
IPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB (Unlocked) - Space Gray / Good #1 iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB (Unlocked) Space Gray / Good $1,069.00 this was a lie and untrue. It was not unlocked
Easy to use, fairly priced, and simple to execute. Selling my used iPhone 5S to Gazelle was overall a great experience. I'll be back when I replace my next cell phone!
I highly recommend Gazzelle for trade ins. I got $5 more than my estimate and the money was deposited into pay pal on the same day that they received the package.
I bought a phone from this company and i was so excited considering it took TWO WEEKS for it to come in. I bought the iPhone unlocked (keep that in mind) when i went to go connect with my carrier i found out i was lied to and it was LOCKED with a different carrier. I have been phone less for some time now and I'm stuck again with no phone! DO NOT USE GAZELLE
I purchased from gazelle got an iPhone to give my significant other for valintines day. Order *******. It never arrived thank God I used my paypal. Talked to Britney what a joke! She said file a claim with usps it was not gazelles problem. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAZELLE.
:) Just don't like the new one as well... Best thing about the new computer is that Gazelle gave me a good price for the old one and now I have a big Amazon credit.
The entire transaction was seamless from beginning to end. I had to contact customer service this time around, & had a wonderful experience with this as well..
"I sent them two iPhone 14 Pro's that were in perfect condition -- no scratches, perfect functionality. Gazelle offered $623 each until inspection time. Gazelle claimed that one iPhone had "excessive scratches" and the other iPhone had pixels missing from the display. Consequently, Gazelle revised their offers for both phones down by approximately $200+. They essentially hold your devices hostage; either accept their new offer, or they will return both units to you. The problem is, plenty of time went by since the units were shipped to them, and when they inspected them. Resale values go down significantly week by week. Then I have no guarantee of the current condition of the phones, as when I sent them, they were in perfect condition, were cleaned, inspected by myself, and shipped (double boxed) in original Apple boxes, including the film that goes on the front and the back to protect devices during shipment. Gazelle claims the units have excessive scratches and pixel anomalies -- how did that happen? I decided to cut my losses short by accepting their low offer, and move on with my life -- just make the problem go away. Lesson learned. I've never had a problem selling my iPhones to Apple, Declutter, Amazon, or ebay."
Sent in an IPad Air 2... was offered $130. This IPad was in mint condition. They said it was scratched, screen wasn't attached to housing?, and it wasn't the correct product. So they offered me $20. Absolute BS! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
We sold two iPhones and an iMac to Gazelle. Very easy, very quick, and a good price. Highly recommended to spare yourself the hassle of trying to sell your phone or computer some other way.
There is a better company based in Missouri called Tronics Pay. Stay away from Gazelle. Tronics Pay is legit and do not scam. They will buy many brands of smart phones. They buy smart watches. They buy ipods and iPads and iPhones. They buy Sony, LG, Nokia, Motorola and more. Visit www.TronicsPay.com to sell your phone.
I originally received a quote from Gazelle for $125. After receiving my phone they advised me that the condition was better than expected and they sent me a check for $140.
Not only did I get a fair quote but they increased my payment because of the quality condition of my trade! I will be working with them again in the future!
You cannot get a hold of anyone. When you do, you can't understand them. They were not helpful at all. They tried to take your device and not pay for it.
Purchased an excellent condition ATT 128gb iPhone 14 max pro. 3 days after my purchase I was told it's not in stock. I asked for a replacement and was told they had zero in stock. I then asked for a free upgrade to the next size of storage higher. After 35 minutes of being on hold I'm told they found one in stock. ATT 256gb storage I said I'll take it. They guaranteed its excellent condition. Their site says excellent condition shows the screen scratch free. I asked for upgraded shipping since it's now been 3 days since my order and my item has yet to ship. They said they would yet shipping still took another 4 days to arrive.
Item finally arrived. 256gb like they said. Not an att phone, it was an unlocked version. Far from excellent condition, the screen had more scratches than my 3 year old phone.
Now talking to customer service again was a joke. They don't do replacements. They only do returns. Now I'm out almost $1000 for over 3 weeks when it's finally done and no phone. I asked if they had any in stock now and they could only tell me to check the website and buy again. But knowing that last time they sold me a phone they didn't have I told them to check for me. Apparently them looking is impossible and I would just have to risk ordering a phone again and seeing 3 days later if it's actually in stock.
Won't purchase from them again and suggest you don't take the risk.
They give you a "quote" which is good for your phone, then you have to send it in which takes FOREVER. So by the time it reaches them your device has died and they only give you not even 1/4 of the money they said in the original quote. NEVER AGAIN.
