I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
This is the 3rd electronic I've turned into Gazelle. I just love that I get a little cash for something that was just collecting dust in my apartment.
Everything went according to plan... The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog's back. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.
This was my second time selling a device on Gazelle. The process was quick and painless. I would and have recommended Gazelle to others. I will definitely use this service again.
Sent me two defective iPhones in a row. I had to return them both. They claim that one of them got stolen in the mail and won't refund my money. For the other one they only refunded me for the price of the phone itself, but not for the protection policy I bought or the taxes and shipping. I'm not out ~$600.
I HATE GAZELLE, NEVER BUY FROM THEM. SCUM SCUM SCUM
Do not spend your hard earned money on this site for them to give you nothing for them this site is a straight scam site and will totally rip you off too DO NOT USE THIS SITE
What they are doing people is paying you next to nothing for your high dollar phone and then while being 2 faced to you they will buy your phone for nothing then turn around and sell your phone for 8 to 10 times the price This is considered a scam USA Government Please shut Them Down Now
Tip for consumers:
Do Not Use This Scam Site
Seamless process! Received exactly what I was quoted. Everything was timely, from receiving the box to pack up the computer to shipping it via FedEx and of course receiving my payment! #lovegazelle
I ordered a phone and paid extra for the "1 day shipping." Well, the phone actually came 7 days later. Technically "3 business days", but this wasn't a huge deal for me, I simply asked for a refund on the money I spent for the shipping. They said they could not. Anyway, fast forward to after receiving my phone, I notice my mobile service not working. After troubleshooting for hours, I came to the conclusion that it was indeed an account issue. I talked to the account owner of my mobile plan and apparently, the phone was reported stolen, so it was blocked! After 2 days, I got my phone unblocked and everything worked out okay. All in all disappointed. I even sent 2 tickets asking for some compensation... anything really. No response, either time. Also, the charger I received did not seem to be original, but it still worked. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, because the integrity of the phone was okay.
Edit* They ended up refunding the shipping cost after a few weeks. Still wouldn't raise it to 3 stars.
Tip for consumers:
Don't pay extra for shipping and don't use this site if you need a phone ASAP.
This seems like a legitimate business and they seemed to offer me the best price for my phone so I deceived to use them. However, I fell victim to a bait and switch. They also may have damaged my phone in the process. If you decide to use them make sure you take pictures of your phone before you send it in. They quoted me $494 for a perfect 256G iPhone 12 mini. When they received it, I got a message saying the offer was reduced to $205 because of some scratches and that it was actually a 64G phone. It took me two phone calls, 2 reinspections and me sending in my TMobile bill that showed the IMEI number and that it was 256G right in the bill for them to finally admit that's what it was. That alone seemed like a bait and switch where they were just trying to get me ti accept a much lower amount. I mean how does someone inspecting the phone keep getting that wrong?!?!? Then once they admitted it was 256G they only increased the offer $40! The scratches were on the bottom near the charging port and minimal. I have requested that they send it back to me so I can sell it another way but I worry that they dropped it or damaged it somehow during the at least 3 inspections. I talked to a senior customer service person who was not helpful and could not explain to me why it took so many attempts to get the storage size correct. I won't be using them again and I don't think anyone else should either. Their offer may look better than others but that's probably not what you will actually get from them.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this company. If you do, make sure to take pictures of your device first and can prove the storage size before you send it in.

I tried to sell them an iPhone, but I asked them to return it after a bad experience.
Google Fi sent me 2 new phones for moving 2 new lines. We wanted pixel watches so we looked at selling the phones. Gazelle would buy them without us dealing with the hassles of person to person.
Long story short. I could sell the phones on Ebay for $300+ each but after fees it was about $240. Gazelle said they'd give us $225.
So, sent Gazelle these NEW-in-box phones from Google (unlocked, all Google phones from them are). Gazelle said we sent them the 'wrong' phone and changed our valuation.
They said: You stated you'd send us the "Google Pixel 7a (unlocked)" We received "Google Pixel 7a (other)" Therefore our valuation changed from $225 to $94.
WHAT?!?! What is 'other', these phones are unlocked guaranteed. So I said no and to send me my phone back. They sent them WITHOUT the box WITHOUT the usb cable WITHOUT everything else in the box.
SCAM and now my phones are worth less money since they are not NIB.
See photos, what I sent and what I received. At least the serial numbers were correct, I've heard of them sending a different phone back to you.
Also attached proof they are unlocked since they came from Google.
Nothing is wrong with the iPhone 6 and they came back and told me that it has a cracked/broken screen and scratches and will only give me $80. This company is a joke!
I spent over $1,500 for three iPhones. When I tried to activate them - they were all under financial obligation - basically stolen, and now worthless. When I reached out to Gazelle - they said tough luck. I'm out GAZELLE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are crooks.
Gazelle offered me $77 for my iPhone SE 2nd GEN They ended up only giving me $47 claiming it had too many scratches on it. I always kept it in a protective case with screen protector.
Tip for consumers:
They will lie back you after you have already sent them your phone or tablet.

I did not purchase. I sold them my phone
I noticed reading MANY of the reviews that just about every ( of course I did not read EVERY ONE) 4 to 5 stars are from 2018 and before and that the 1 stars are MOSTLY from 2022-2023, Looks like the change came after 2018.
This was my second time selling a device on Gazelle and it was fast and easy! I would definitely recommend using Gazelle due to the easiness of the selling process and the nice payout amounts.
Very easy to process phone at a good price. Box with shipping label and tape are at your door in a few days. A very easy and painless overall. Great service and will use again.
Enter your item(s) to sell. They send you a prepaid shipping label online and a box if you need it. Ship it and in a few days you have your money. How easy is that!
How is gazelle still operating? Pretty ballsy of you guys to offer me $800 for a 2015 iMac 4K 1TB 32GB memory fully loaded computer! That's insane! You guys must think everyone is desperate for cash or something lol I bet you would have bought my iMac for $800 to turn around and sell it for $2,000, lol dirtbags.
P. S and just for kicks i got a price quote on my new iPad Pro 12.9 128GB HD that retails for over $1,000 and of course they offered me $250 LOL unvalibable
The packing material arrived quickly, and was easy to figure out. I packed it up and returned it via the post office (to use up 100 chars in the review text <grin>).
Gazelle makes the whole process of selling your old phone simply and easy. I received my payment with in just a couple of days of mailing in my phone.
Service is very fast and website is easy to manage. Gazelle gets a little picky on higher value items as far as discounting for very minor issues. Money is issued very fast as well.
Again you guys amaze me! You told me I would get $65 for my broken phone and you gave me $70 because you said it was worth more than I was first quoted! Honest and fast!
Originally I agreed to sell my IPad in excellent condition at a reasonable price. Gazelle came back and increased their offer to me by $60! I was overwhelmed. I will be a Gazelle customer FOR LIFE!
