I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.

Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.

I purchased an unlocked phone from Gazelle. It arrived locked. Instead of offering good customer service and doing an exchange because they made an error they made me place a separate order and return the locked one. They should have handled the exchange over the phone and maybe even offered good customer service and at least apologized for my inconvenience. Maybe even offer a discount code off the new one I had the inconvenience of placing an order for with them just because that would have been the right thing to do. Gazelle your customer service SUCKS!

I can't believe how fast the shipping box arrived. I shipped the computer the next day and I had my $$ within 3 days. Total time from accepting the offer on the web until cash in my PayPal - 6 days. If you have a computer you want to sell, you owe it to yourself to at least check out Gazelle.

Excellent experience with the only exception being that it seemed a little slow from the time my device was checked in until payment was made. I know that it had to be examined but I dont think it takes 3 days to do so

I tried buying an iPhone 7 but once the 600$ were transferred out of my bank account they sent me an email claiming that the model I had ordered was out of stock and they won't return my money! This website is truly terrible

Their customer service is hard to have anyone to help you. Its been 3 weeks and they were going to return the iPhone 6 plus but it seems like they cant find it or make excuse's on why its taking so long. I have called several times and multi e-mails with no help. I have sent in about 8 items so far but the last one is MIA... WTH... I had to call the Better Business Burial in to help me. This is unsat will never use this company ever again period.

This is the 3rd Apple product that I've sold to Gazelle. They make it so easy, and within a week from shipping my phone to them the money was deposited in my PayPal account. Wish all companies made dealing with them a great experience.

I mailed two iPhone 7s back for credit. They estimated $680.00. I got email they adjusted amount due to "phone still in contract"--phones were bought unlocked and paid for. There was NO contract on these. They told me that I would get a credit of $581.00. They send me $285.00 with no further explanation. I used them kn the past with good success. This time was shady, dishonest and not forthcoming.

Super easy selling process. I love that you can choose from a few different methods of shipping, including one where they send you a box to ship it in. I also love the option for getting a few bucks more if I choose an Amazon gift card.

Excellent value. Great price for my iPad. Quick service. I would do it again. Thanks for everything promised and delivered.
I have experienced a problem since I wrote this review for Gazelle. The check I received came back insufficient funds with a $12.00 charge from my bank. Spent a lot of time on phone this morning with customer service. They said there was a bad batch of checks sent. I was told a supervisor would call me back. No supervisor, no call. I will be happy to adjust this review when I get a valid, cashable check! I need $121 plus $12 return check fee! Thank you!

My experience with Gazelle has been great! I sold an iphone, ipad, and Macbook pro to them. In two cases, they thought that the items were worth more and paid more than quoted. The most difficult part of selling was boxing the materials. They should offer discounted materials.

I specifically asked battery left guarantee before buying a 12 Pro Mac. The CS rep said their policy was 85%. Received it with 82% and that was marked on the accompanying ticket. Web site says free shipping In 5-7 days. I ordered Sunday and got delay notification on Wed: no availability and no known ship date. I called to ask why they sell things they don't have and why no present ship date. CS says free shipping up to 10 days….blatant lie. Doesn't know when it will ship and I couldn't cancel order! Then got notification coming in 4 more days. I'll try BackMarket next time

I've used Gazelle several times and they've always paid me the quoted amount. This time they went above and beyond and noted my iPhone was in better shape than expected and they added $10 the final payment.

I cant believe how easy this process was! I have never sold my iPhones because it seems like such a hassle, but when I sold my most recent one in what seemed like only 3 steps and got reimbursed right away, I also sold my old one from 5 years ago and made a bit of money on it also. They were great with communication along the way also. Im telling all my friends :)

My husband replaced his iPOD Air about 4 months ago; I replaced an iPOD series 3 a couple of weeks ago. Went on Gazelle, provided device info, printed labels and mailed the devices. I received the checks within 10 days of mailing the packages. No worries!

Where is my phone paid for overnight 26.00 and in third day now no tracking number and they do not answer the phone or return emails
Update
After 1 hour on the phone. Find out phone did not pass inspection 6 times so they could not ship. But told devices checked when they buy them so they selling devices they really have no clue till someone orders one... really. Oh and they ship from east coast fyi... so i will not get my phone till one pass inspection with no idea how long that will take. He was very eager to cancel the order...

Terrible company that lies to you. I was expecting the experience to be fast and professional - this was not the case. I was told my phone was worth $150, however when they FINALLY emailed me they adjusted the price down to $35. NO THANKS! They clearly use lies in their marketing to get business, and that is not ok. Find another way - Gazelle.com sucks!

I sent them an iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd generation in like-new, fully functional condition for trade-in. They initially offered $346. Once they looked it over they changed the offer to $113 because of "many scratches". The screen and back are completely free of any scratches or marks of any kind. Only the plug area has a few external scratches where the charging plug went in and out over time. (The scratches are so tiny I couldn't get a photo in focus when moving the camera that close). I took it down to my local Apple store to get their review of it and they agreed they would give me maximum trade-in credit for the condition it is in. Apparently the game that places like Gazelle play is to make a big offer up front then create some issue to lower the offer in the hope the customer will simply go along with it. After reading other reviews of similar businesses like Gazelle, it appears many of these online trade-in places are scams. Avoid!

Tip for consumers:
Avoid if looking for a good trade-in value.

Fast and easy. Gazelle worked perfectly.

I sold my old iPhone. The main thing is to make sure you describe the exact condition of your device so they can give you accurate pricing information. They do thoroughly check out your device so you need to be up front and honest about the condition of your device when you request the box.

Payment was prompt.

I would absolutely use Gazelle again.

I was ripped off the same way. I kept a protector box and screen protector on my phone my galaxy 7 and it was in excellent condition. They quoted me a price of $60 and when they got the phone they offered $6 for scratches that were not even there, because I took pictures of my phone. I think someone needs to report the company. When I read the reviews this seems to be a recurring theme.

I sold my iPhone 6 to Gazelle and was given a fair price upfront. The phone was in perfect condition and unlocked. However, when they received it they said it had a scratch on it and adjusted the offer. The adjustment was about 10% of the offer. I'm sure they feel that after going through the trouble one goes through to get it unlocked and mailed in you will just accept the offer, as I did.

I decided to go with Gazelle after CNET gave them a good rating. They initially gave me a fair price for my iPad Pro. This iPad was always 100% covered and had a tempered glass screen cover too. When gazelle received it, they said "too many scratches for our price" and dropped the price by more than 50%. I tried calling them twice (on hold for over an hour) and emailed them 3 times to ask about this policy. Nothing, nada, no response. So I asked for my iPad back. When I got it, I asked 2 independent stores and they could not find any scratches on it. Classic bait and switch. Poor customer service Gazelle. I went with Declutter. They got my ipad and the next day deposited the monies into my account. And it was for 100% of the amount that they initially gave me prior to shipping.

I sent an Ipad Pro 9.7 to Gazelle. I treat my stuff very gently. This piece has been cased since day 1. They cut the offer in half due to excessive scratching and bad pixels. This wasn't my Ipad. I accepted the offer and then the chat agent told me there was nothing further they could do because I had accepted the offer. There were only 2 options available - accept or reject. Will never do business with them again!

I sent Gazelle my Samsung Galaxy S5 when I upgraded my phone. Realized I hadn't heard anything or received my $60, and finally tracked down an email from 30 days ago stating that my phone had been "recycled", but the value of the phone had been zeroed out, so no payment whatsoever. Bastards! Tough lesson for me. Please learn from my mistake. Do not do business w this company!

I sent them an iPhone 12 Pro,128 gig with screen protector on and locked phone from Verizon.They kept emailing me stating that Find My iPhone was on and it wasn't.I sent pictures of my icloud account to prove that.In return they said I sent them an incorrect phone.They said it was unlocked and that there were scratches on it although I had a screen protector on it since day one and a case they lowered the price $50.Poor experience.I have dealt with them before and had great experiences, but this time I'm done.

I was in a bind from my old carrier, I had to pay everything off and leave, I'm so glad gazelle was there to help me in my time of need! I was able to sell my phone and tablet so the change didn't hurt so bad. Everything went off with out a hitch! As soon as I shipped off my products a few days later I had my quote and was able to get max credit for them! Gazelle is an AMAZING service and 10/10 will be recommending to friends and family and strangers in the street! Can't wait to use again!
