I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
I've sold a number of iPhones to Gazelle. They have always been awesome to deal with, pay good rates, send a free box and even have an Amazon gift card option. I would highly recommend them and the next time I'm looking for a used iPad I will be looking at what they have to offer.
I sent my iPad 7TH generation to them, barely used and only had a few scratches on it. They offered me $136 originally but then I get an email saying that they adjusted the offer to $12.36 because something is wrong with the LED Screen which is a lie. That was my iPad when I sent it, I don't see any LED issues. Beware a bunch of scammers and don't use this company.
Gazelle.com, U get the value via Computer, U Print out the post office label (others choices), U use a Box it or ask Gazelle for a box kit, Drop it at the UR post office and Gazelle.com completes the process. Or go to local Phone Store with NEW employees that have never completed a transaction before in their life! Gazelle.com my time, spent my way! Love it!
They not only offer the lowest values possible, but they don't value their coupons either (or their customers). I redeemed a coupon for a $15 bonus when selling something for $50+ and ended up getting the original amount before the bonus. I contacted them and they were very rude and not understanding. They never helped me with any of it and would not let me take the item back. I looked up the value of my Macbook which was about 6 years old and they offered me $20...
Purchased a MacBook Pro for $1600 and selected express shipping. Called the, the next day to ask if I would have it by the weekend which they guaranteed I would. Three weeks and 7 phone calls later still not here and now have asked to cancel the order last week which still has not been done. I am now recording phone calls and saving communication and documentation as I am concerned I will need to take matter through small claims court. Huge waste of time and tied up $1600 for three weeks now. Never again!
I have sold numerous devices (Apple) to Gazelle in the past few years and have never had a negative experience. Their prices are fair. They are fast, efficient, and definitely know what they are doing.
Gazelle seems to be running a bait and switch operation. Their online estimate $105 for my old iPad. Once they had it in-house, they dropped the offer to $9, claiming my screen and the back were scratched and that it didn't light up properly. These claimed were false. I rejected their offer and told them to return the iPad to me. I sent it to another company that gave me $95 for it.

I bought an Iphone from Gazelle for my son. The only one in black that was available was in fair condition. When we received the phone, the condition was poor, and had scratches all over the screen. When I called the company to ask if I could exchange it (two days after purchasing it), they said I would have to return it and buy a new one which was $21.00 more. They would not do an even exchange! When I said this might be the last purchase I ever do with Gazelle, the supervisor said that's great, what else can I do for you! Also, if you return a phone you have to pay a restocking fee of $15.00!
So they started with an offer of $55 + 10% Bonus for my Samsung S9+ phone. Got an email from them after they received it saying there were issues with the phone and they were dropping the offer to $11. They said (3 times) it was not a Verizon phone, it was the "Other" model. I bought the phone from Verizon and used it on their network and it says Verizon when you start the phone. How is that not a Verizon phone? They said the screen wasn't bright. When I got he phone back, the brightness setting was on low. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the screen. They said there were too many scratches on the screen and body. There are 0 ZERO scratches anywhere on the phone. They obviously didn't even look at the phone. They just wanted to drop the offer, hoping I would just accept it, rather than try to sell it at a reputable company. This company is a scam.
Tip for consumers:
They did return my phone promptly once I declined their offer.

I bought an iPhone 6 Plus, paid for the quicker shipping. They didn't ship it on time apparently they needed 2 days just to process my order. I had to change my travel plans. I had the phone a couple of weeks, it only worked about half of the time. I sent it back several weeks ago for a refund. I still don't have the refund! Do not do business with this company! They are the worst!
I sent in 2 old phones. I rated the quality of them and when they got there, Gazelle gave me even more for one of my phones because it was in better condition than I had checked when I sent them in. That's awesome, especially considering they could have just simply gave me what I checked for my phone. But they went the extra mile and sent me more of a refund than I though I was getting. Thanks Gazelle!
I have used Gazelle many times over the years and I am never disappointed. They are incredibly fast at getting the box to me, and the instructions are clear and easy on how to prepare the device. I get email updates all along the way and my check arrives promptly. HIGHLY recommend, and will continue to use Gazelle.
From the first moment I decided to try Gazelle it was so easy. They offered a good price on my Samsung S6. I basically entered the information and waited for the postage paid box. From the post office to receiving my check was about a week. Thank you Gazelle!
I would use Gazelle again to sell laptops. They make it very turnkey. Wiping the laptop was the hardest part but that would have to be done no matter who you used to sell to. I loved that they sent me the box, padding and shipping label. So Easy!
I was paid almost twice what I was quoted online and it was deposited to my account within a day of the device being received. This is my second experience selling something on Gazelle and I will definitely do it again!
Gazelle is so painless and easy to use, it's fun. The process was easy and fast. I don't know what was going on with the complaints that are posted, but I can truthfully say my experience was almost exactly the opposite.
If you happen to have a teenager and they tell you the phone doesn't stay charged, you don't really believe them and wait a few months to really check it. Sure enough, you have some time during Covid19 to test it. They're right, but you're past the 30 days. You'd think if you backed your products, you might at least give an exchange. Nope. Disappointed.
Gave me a value of $345 for flawless and my phone was less then a year and perfect. Then when they got it said it had scratches. BULL$#*!! Tried to lower me to $305. I said FU send back. Guess what? The current flawless price is?$305 so they don't hold up what they say they are crooks.

This is the second time I've used Gazelle and I've been really happy with the entire process - quick, simple, and fair. I tend to take good care of my phones, and because of that both times I've used Gazelle they have paid more than the initial offer... like I said, fair.
I ordered a phone online, after business hours. About an hour later, I needed to cancel. I went on their website, searched how to cancel and did as instructed. My email was sent to them after hours as well, so they had it at the open of business the next day. The responce was "its too late, you have to manually cancel within 90 minutes." What? I sent a request as stated on their website and since no one was there at 10:00 pm, and the cancellation was received by them the same time they got the order, not sure why it could t be cancelled.
Shady business!
The process allowed me to select the condition of the iMacs, what was included, and then accept the offer made. I shipped in the original iMac boxes and Gazelle paid the shipping via Fed-Ex. Shipping and the time Gazelle took to review the computers was less than 10 days - excellent given that total weight was 75 pounds and one iMac weighed more than 40 pounds. I tracked the shipment via Fed-Ex (7 days). Gazelle's review agreed with their initial website offer and funds were available within a day. Altogether an easy and fast process. Thank you!
I made a trade of a blackberry rim for 64.00 and they won't give me my money they keep telling me paypal has it but paypal gave me a refund transaction where it went back to their account now they are giving me the run around
Usually when you see an ad on tv it makes you think that they're great in service because they're putting themselves out there. But I ordered an unlocked black iPhone 7 32g and I got the phone in about 9 days which doesn't bother me. When I open the box everything looks great. I go to put in my SIM card but when I get to the activation part it tells me that the phone is locked. I call customer service and they say that my order hasn't even shipped yet! So what they tell me is to send it back and get a full refund. They never said that they were going to give me the right phone they just wanted it back. Worst customer service ever! I've had used phones my whole life and I've never paid $600 for scratched up, beaten phone. Go to Apple Store and buy the same but new phone for $649. Only $49 more!
I turned my phone into Gazelle after they had given me an estimate that my phone would be worth $125. Bear in mind it was a six month old phone an iPhone 8S and there was absolutely nothing wrong with that. I did all the required procedures. They promised me $125, they delivered me $70. I realize I'm $70 up in my cash flow, but I don't like being lied to.
The company is amazing and they process things fast! Thanks so much! I have sold two of my electronics to them and I have not had any issues at all. The company gave me more for my MacBook Pro retina than I was initially offered. That was so nice of them! I recently sold them my iPhone 8 plus and the entire process went smooth. Gazelle is a great company and I will definitely sell them more of my items in the future!
