I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.

Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.

This site is a big liar and BS. They advirtise on fronpage a cell phone for $50 r more, when I searched for different items they only give you $4 for a good condition or better. For example: 200GB external desktop Hard drive, they offered me $2, a godd like new condition lens only $4. The BS-ness is this is that they give you a list of accessories to click on, but your item might not have had those initially. Like the lens: didn't come with a case and hood, only a cap. If I would add those 2 accessories they would offer me $20, but they didn't come with the lens. So don't get fooled by them. They offer a better price for hot items like ipads and iphones, but there are other good items out there. You are better off selling them on ebay.

Do NOT send your phone or device to this site! They offer you a good price, it takes forever for their packaging box to arrive, then it takes forever for them to receive it and "assess" it. Then you get a little more than half of their original quote! The SLIMIEST business practice EVER! They find problems or scratches that did not exist when you send them your phone! I only had my phone for a year and used the most expensive otter case and screen cover. ALWAYS! Don't fall for their BAIT AND SWITCH tactic. This business is a LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN! And I know! My son is a lawyer! This company board members need to check what their employees are doing, unless they want to lose everything in hundreds if not thousands of cases! WAKE UP BOARD MEMBERS! THIS IS NOT AN HONEST WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN USA! YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR IT, IF THIS PRACTICE DOES NOT CHANGE!

Ive used Gazelle twice now for selling. Its fast, easy, and they give a fair price. It can be scary to send off your device but Ive found them to be fair and trustworthy

I had a fully-functional Samsung I sent in to sell... received an email saying it wouldnt power up, so Gazelle would be reducing my offer to $10. I requested them to send it back... and when I opened it, it started right up! I submitted an email offering a chance for them to redeem themselves, and received no response! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Think twice before ordering from Gazelle. I recently purchased the iPhone 7 256 GB in "excellent/ unlocked" condition. When I received the phone the condition of it looked fine, but it had someone else's iCloud info linked up to it. Gazelle sold me a STOLEN PHONE. Promptly I called the company and requested that they would exchange the phone and resolve the issue. The man I spoke to told me that the company does not exchange phones, and that I would have to send the phone back to receive a refund and order it again myself. Giving them a second chance, I sent the phone back and awaited a refund. It took them a full week and a half to issue my refund. I reordered the phone and got an email a week later saying the company canceled my order. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

They hardball on the value of the phones however the service is very quick! I was able to ship out my phones and receive the checks in no time less than a week I believe! Good turn around

Terrible place, don't do business here. They quote you one price and once they receive your item they give you WAY less money. The reviews below are spot on. Terrible.

I sent in a apple iPad Air 3 That was in good condition. After selecting the appropriate condition box they said they would give me 247 dollars. I sent it in the next day. It took two days to get to them but five days to process it! Then they emailed saying all kinds of things were wrong with it and wanted to give me 34 dollars. I told them no and they shipped it back. They never returned the original Apple box that I sent it in. When I asked they simply told me they recycled it and sorry. I sent the iPad into itsworthmore.com and they had no problem giving me 200 dollars for the same iPad that Gazelle said had all these issues (btw, it had no issues).
I feel Gazelle is not honest and is taking advantage of people. I guess they just expect people to go along with it because they already shipped their electronics to them. And customer service is not helpful. The lady that answered my call had a bunch of screaming children in the background and was less than a helpful or sympathetic to me. I really feel I got burned trusting Gazelle and am writing this to hopefully prevent others from getting taken advantage of.

Sent in a 5 and 5s 16gb and 32gb iphone, the 32gb was working fine, they say I sent them two 5's 16gb that were broken. I sent mail to reply to their requote, no reply. Sent them emails (3), no reply yet (over a week has past). Called twice, first guy said that they touch many phones and easy to mix up with other phones. I called again with my 32gb IMEI number and still no requote for working phone and no response. BUYER BEWARE! This site/company is border line a SCAM!

Ordered for the first time in Gazelle IPhone 13 Pro Max (excellent condition). We are a family from Ukraine. We arrived in the USA quite recently a few months ago. The phone was chosen as a gift for our daughter on her 10th birthday. The order arrived two days ahead of schedule, which is very nice. I expected that there would be minor scratches or some minor flaws, but I did not find them. The condition of the phone was like from the Apple store. With the exception of a very slight imprint from the case on the top of the phone, which can only be seen under a microscope, gave me confidence that the phone was taken care of. I checked the IMEI and serial number, everything is clear. Battery condition is 95% which is generally not bad at all. I also did a pixel test, just in case - everything turned out to be normal, not a single pixel is broken. We are pleased with the purchase, we would like to thank the Gazelle employees for their diligent performance of their work duties! We make the next purchase in your store! We sent in a PERFECTLY good 2008 iMac, excellent condition - they told us it would not power up. We told them to return it. The returned iMac was NOT the one we sent and the keyboard they returned had missing keys - looked like JUNK. This is CLEARLY a bait and switch SCAM operation - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

How can you say a phone is 165 but then give 25 for it. I only accepted the 25 because I didn't want to deal with it. So if they say a amount don't expect it.

Purchased Samsung Galaxy S4
I bought this phone because I was in a pinch and just needed something basic, and I thought this phone would do the job. Well, the phone has a horrible battery life and runs very slow. I purchased the phone in "fair" COSMETIC condition because I assumed that the hardware would run fine but I was wrong. The phone crashes and dies frequently, randomly locks up and won't make calls/texts, and other issues. I paid $15 extra for expedited shipping and needed fast delivery and it was delivered a day late, which forced me to alter my plans. I would recommend Gazelle for buying a backup or temporary cheapo phone but not for a nicer item.

The phone itself is slow and Samsung has not optimized any updates for the device since 4.4 KitKat (Android is now on os 7 Nougat), meaning that the phone cannot be updated past KitKat. Can't run more than 2 MAX apps at a time or else it will crash. Cosmetic condition is very good, but the hardware is junk. I'm going to keep the phone as a backup and save myself the trouble of returning it but I will not purchase from Gazelle again.

My 13 year old son just purchased a phone from your company on July 5. (Order #*******). After receiving the phone today, July 10th... we took the phone into our local T-Mobile store to be activated. To our disappointment, we were told the the serial number on the phone was blocked because the phone was stolen from T-mobile or not paid for. Also, the previous "users" old sim card was still in the phone. I'm guessing your 30 point inspection didn't happen this time! After contacting you customer support line, i was more disappointed to find out that you would not be sending out a replacement ASAP but that it could take as long as 10 days to process a refund. And then we would have to "roll the dice" with a reorder. I couldn't be more disappointed with this transaction. I purchased a few items from you before and had no issues. However, if an appropriate resolution can't be figured out, i assure you we won't buying again. I will also post our experience on every review page I can find, to include Facebook and Twitter. Ill also be sure to copy the company CEO (Chris Sullivan) every step of the way.

Not what it used to be, they now make up reasons to not pay you the quoted amount. I will be reverting back to trading my phone into the carrier going forward.

I went to see how much my iPhone 4s would be worth and it has no cracks and it's in almost perfect condition and it said my iPhone was only worth $3. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I could go sell my iPhone off the street for a WAY higher price.
