I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
Sold both. Happened just as advertised. I was impressed. The process was quite simple and fast. Thank you.
I love the fast and simple process of selling my electronics. I will definitely use this service again!
No issues, quick sale. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Would sell my electronic items to them again.
Could not be more simple and smooth. Quick turnaround, good communication and fast payment. Would definitely use again
Very easy process from start to finish. I would definitely use Gazelle again to sell an unused cellphone.
Fedex lost my phones during shipment and Gazelle's first rate customer service team filed a claim on my behalf and I was made whole again.
If I could give zero I would. I waited for nearly 3 weeks for them to 'inspect' my phone. Tried calling over and over again with waiting times of 40 minutes To then be told the following...
Hi Colin,
When we checked out your Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512GB (Unlocked), we found some conditions that affected the value of your item. Here's what we found:
Model Change: We discovered that the Cell Phone you sent in is actually a different model. Because different models have distinct values, this affects the offer we can make.
Model Change: We discovered that the Cell Phone you sent in is actually a different model. Because different models have distinct values, this affects the offer we can make.
You identified your gadget as a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512GB (Unlocked), but it is actually a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512GB (Other).
Because of this, we are adjusting your offer to $51.00 for your Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G 512GB (Other). You can choose to accept the new offer of $51.00, or have us return your item to you. If we do not hear from you by 08/02/2022, your new offer will be automatically accepted and we will pay you the new price.

So they originally offered $775 then scammed tried to scam me and offer $51. No doubt it'll take weeks to get my phone back and it'll probably be damaged..
Very simple way to sell. Send you the box and pay for postage. You may get a little more money somewhere else, but there is no simpler way to se..
They offered me $56 for my phone based on the condition. But when they received it they "revised" their offer to $9. Very dishonest!
Quick, painless and worry free. The only place to sell devices. Highly recommend. Love Gazelle. Thanks Gazelle.
Very efficient and easy to use website. Fast inspection & turn around on issuing payment. Very satisfied.
My Transactions went as they had said and the process was easy. Will use again in the future and am happy with this company.
I got a fast payment that was fair in price for my phone and the process was so easy! Plus, they paid for shipping.
I have sold 2 items to this company and it has been a great experience. I will continue to do more business with them
They want my kindle fire for $6, my perfect galaxy tab 2 & 3 for less than $12 each. What are these people smoking?
I've boughten multiple phones from gazelle and it's become very obvious that their taking people's money for phones they don't have in stock
Very unstatified this time around. It took over a month for me to get my payment when it was received and accepted. Not happy
I recently sent them 2 old iPads. One had an issue, but it was quickly and Kindly corrected. I would highly recommend Gazelle to anyone.
Ehhh I am not really a fan of this website. You are better off finding someone to buy it from you on Craigslist or Ebay
Always prompt, well explained instructions, and Im glad my electronics arent just thrown in the trash when they arent useful to me anymore.
3rd time I have used Gazelle. Process is smooth and without surprises. Quick service and payout. Will use again in the future.
First, let me make it clear that I've purchased phones from Gazelle in the past. While their customer service has suffered in the last year (I attributed it to COVID and cut them some slack), my latest experience will guarantee I never do business with them again.
The following summarizes my most recent experience with Gazelle:
After several conversations with Gazelle, followed by two visits to Verizon, Gazelle finally acknowledged that they knowingly send out phones without checking whether the phones are still locked to a previous carrier. According to their customer service agent, Jerimiah, roughly 1 out of every 100 phones cannot be used.
Gazelle insisted that they were not to blame since they had "checked" the phone on using Verizon's BYOD (bring your own device) service. BYOD, however, only checks whether Verizon can activate a phone AFTER it has been unlocked. As the Verizon representative explained, the only way to determine whether a phone can be used on the network would require Gazelle to Do Their Job; had Gazelle taken the time to insert a Verizon SIM card before selling the phone, they would have known the phone was unlocked. Since the phone in question was an iPhone SE, and Verizon no longer locks their phones, it was grossly apparent that this was not a Verizon phone.
Gazelle offered no apology, no work around, and their customer service team made it clear that they were doing a favor by offering to take this phone back.
This experience has shown that Gazelle has no interest in serving their customers. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from this company as they knowingly sell products that do not work.
Buy and Sell your used cell phones and electronics. Sell your iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, iPad and more for cash, or buy used iPhones, iPads and other cell phones.
