I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
Stay away from gazelle my phone was flawless they told me it wasn't. I asked for my phone back and they deliberately put scratches on it I use a screen protector and spend a lot of money to keep my phone safe. I am so disgusted and aggravated that people could actually do this they ruined my phone now I can't get the full amount I should be getting from another site.
I ordered a used iPhone 6. The delivery date was set for Friday Sept 14th. I receive a text while I'm at work (that's how I pay for things) saying delivery failed, signature required. Outstanding, so now on Saturday, or Monday or whenever I get to drive to the post office, wait in line and then "probably" get my USED iPhone. I cannot setup a redelivery because of the hours I work and crazy changing schedule I have. In the past 12 months I've ordered two apple watches, an iPad and an iPhone X from Apple, and NONE required a signature (along with numerous other high value items from other companies. I called Gazelle to complain and got a hard time (I couldn't believe that) from a 2nd level supervisor. I said you need to add into your delivery choices a statement that says "This Item Will Require a Signature Upon Delivery". He thought that was unreasonable and told me "we have always done it this way". WOW, what a great response from a 2nd level company supervisor. I don't need to do business with a company that uses USPS (too many other superior choices), a company that can't spell out what's going to happen with your delivery, or a company that gives me static when I call and say "sorry I failed to take the day off from work so I could wait around like a dog all day for the delivery". In the end there are just so many other better choices of companies to deal with.
I have sold a couple of things to Gazelle and have been pleased with how effortless the process is. I highly recommend!
If you're looking for a reliable, quick, and easy way to sell your old phone, Gazelle is definitely the way to go.
Always price accurately and on multiple occasions i have received more than asked for. Always quick and checks are easy to cash.

Tip for consumers:
Beware too good trade in value..
Second time for selling something on Gazelle and couldn't be more pleased. Fair price, and great service. Will use again when the time comes.
Good service and a fair price. Service was sure fast, accurate. I will use them again in the future as I have tech gadgetstosell.
I experience was excellent from start to finish. A very easy website to work with.
I just received my check and I am over the moon.
I sold my old IPad Air and I am very pleased with the process. Received my payment in a very timely manner. Will use them again!
There is no formal return process for a Gazelle purchase. I didn't have any issues ordering or receiving my used iPhone 5s, but the battery life is very short and it is nearly the slowest phone I've ever used including my nearly 5 year old iPhone 5. All the buttons worked and cosmetically it was fine but along with the battery and slow processing the service is spotty in places its never been with another phone and is often showing there is no sim card installed. These aren't unexpected problems on a used phone but I'd hoped for something more usable and wanted to return it. They brag quite freely about their "Easy 30-day returns" but searching their site the only option they give for returns is "contact us." (there isn't any single page or link to make a request.) After multiple emails with not any response whatsoever I began looking more into honest reviews from third party sites. Seeing so many who didn't even get a check when they did send it back I think I'll chalk this one up to experience and never do business with them again.
Their "return policy" copied from the site:
"Do you accept returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with Gazelle products. We accept returns requests for 30 days following delivery, as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
To return an item, simply contact us with the reason for your return. We will provide a prepaid return label through either USPS or FedEx Ground services, and we will issue a refund minus a $15 restocking fee to the original payment source within 5 days of receiving the item back.
If this doesn't answer your question, please call us at 1-800-Gazelle or email us through the contact us form!"
Tip for consumers:
You get what you get so don't think you can try a phone and return if you don't like it!
Gazelle makes it so simple to turn in older devices and get cash. P.S. Amazon.com cash is the way to go.
I have sold iPhones and iPads on Gazelle. They always give a great price and the process could not be easier.
This is my second or third time I've sold on Gazelle. I've also purchased apple products for my restaurants. Outstanding experiences.
Gazelle makes this process easy and extremely quick- I never hesitate to use them if I need to. A+ Service always.
Great communication during the process and they offered a good price. Have used Gazelle many times and have always been impressed.
They quoted me $160 for my ipad2 16g. Once the got it lowered the offer to $50 because of "cosmetic issues". That iPad was spotless! They are a scam
I just sold my iPhone 5s when I got my X. Nothing wrong with it, always kept in a case so I regarded it as highest possible used condition. Gazelle had the highest initial offer of about 4-5 places I checked out, all places that did not see it up front and you would need to send it in.
I was offered $80 initially, which was 5-10 bucks more than anyone else and also had the easiest method to get paid. So I send it in and they said they screen or case was cracked and more scratches than described so my offer was revised to just $30. I had 5 days to respond or the sale would auto-complete at the new offer.
I emailed them back asking for what exactly the problem was or if the shipped box was damaged as it was fine when I packed it and had I even took photos at that time. They said they would check with the warehouse for more into and ask for a re-inspection but that would take 2-5 days to get a response. I replied back asking if the 5 day clock was stopped as I did not want it to auto-complete and I wanted it back if all they were going to give me $30. However I got no response after 2 days.
So I tried calling them on a Saturday, not expecting them to answer. However they did and when they checked into it, there was no request for a re-inspection shown do they submitted that request and assured me the 5 day clock was now stopped. On Monday I got an email that they declared my phone to be as described and granted me the full $80 bucks. I also received my gift card code for Amazon, as they had an offer to give a 3% bonus if you choose that method. So I immediately claimed it to ensure it was valid.
In the end I got the full amount I was offered but I got no response or explanation as to whey they initially came back to me with a much lower offer due to "scratches and cracks". But I was not too impressed about that and wonder if that was a fluke or if they try that tactic often and hope people just accept it. I might consider using them again but I would definitely be wary and watchful about them.
I sent in 2 phones, first one was fine, the second one they reduced from 288 to 50 due to "scratches". I emailed them letting them know that the damage must have happened in their care because the phone was not scratched when it was shipped and was always in a case. Then I get the following message reducing the amount further from 50 to 0! PLEASE someone tell me the difference in the model I submitted vs what they say it is. LOL! What a joke.
When we checked out your Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G 128GB (Unlocked), we found some conditions that affected the value of your item. Here's what we found:
Scratches: We found that the device has more than the acceptable amount of scratches.
Model Change: We discovered that the Cell Phone you sent in is actually a different model. Because different models have distinct values, this affects the offer we can make.
Model Change: We discovered that the Cell Phone you sent in is actually a different model. Because different models have distinct values, this affects the offer we can make.
You identified your gadget as a Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G 128GB (Unlocked), but it is actually a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G 128GB (Unlocked).
This is the second time I have used Gazelle. Both times the transaction was fast and easy. Gazelle is my "go to" for selling electronics.
I sold two phones to Gazelle. Its was super easy and I got paid quickly. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who asked.
Totally pleased. I got the box, mailed it for free and got the gift card as promised. Good job, Gazelle.
