Amazing gift baskets and arrived nicely packaged and in time. I received a gift basket myself and the chocolates were delicious and having a nice variety. I have now ordered several for special occasions and will continue to order from the Gift Tree.

I have no idea if the product ever arrived. It was scheduled for the 22nd of December, but had not arrived as of the 27th. The people I sent it to left town on the 28th, and I received a notification that it was delivered on the 30th, but as the people were out of town, I guess I will never know. Even if it was delivered, it would be spoiled. Customer service initially helped fix the order, but after that they were not helpful and stopped responding when I asked to cancel the order because the people had left town. I have given then several days to take action, and have heard nothing despite repeated attempts to get them to take action. I cannot leave photos for something I have not seen, and proof of purchase would have personal information on it, so I will not provide that either.

This was the first time I used your services/products. You exceeded my expectations! The products were delivered on time with no issues.
I ordered a gift for two different homes / people and never received a confirmation after I paid by AMEX. I ordered the same thing again and also charged it to my AMEX. I called the customer service number and spoke with Brittany who was very helpful to confirm that it was only ONE order for each person, not two. She said it was indeed two and that I couldn't get a refund, but she would re-route the second orders but that it would cost a fee. I said ok. Both of my gift recipients received TWO of the same gift and the second order wasn't re-routed.
This is a very easy website to navigate. Plus my order was even delivered a day earlier than expected!
The product was a gift and therefore I can't personally comment, but the recipient loved it!
I ordered The Chocolate & Fruit Orchard which is supposed to contain Quality chocolate and Candy as well as a variety of fruit for my daughter's honeymoon suite. What was sent was an embarrassment, there was no chocolate or candy but there were Dollar Tree cookies. Look at the photos to see the difference between what was ordered and what was delivered NEVER AGAIN

While each basket is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation prepared by an experienced local florist. No two are alike. The photo shown online is merely a representation of the final product. Specific fruit pieces, the brand of chocolate, basket size, style, and ribbon will change according to florist preference and artistic direction.

I ordered balloons and a bear for my best friend for her birthday while she was on holiday in Hawaii. I entered her zip code during the order and the website guaranteed me it would be delivered the following day (on her birthday). Today I received an e-mail advising me that the gift could not be delivered as there was no one in the area to deliver it to her. I called Customer Service and they told me that the order was only submitted then and there was no one who could deliver it to her as she was in a "rural area".
A) Why did the company not identify that upfront when i entered the zip code?
B) Why did I not receive a phone call or e-mail with 'other options'
I could have ordered a gift from a competent company who can actually deliver on their promise and commitment.
What an absolute disgrace and a somewhat of a joke. How someone can run their business this way and not even offer a form of compensation...
NB: I have rated most of the "detailed ratings" as "Not Applicable", especially the rating for "Shipping"!

When we contacted you regarding this delivery, it was only after placing several calls to florists in this and surrounding areas and found that unfortunately there was no local service to the zip code specified. We had not received an order for this area in the past and have updated our system to reflect this being an undeliverable area. While we work with florists nationwide, it is difficult to pinpoint these smaller areas until doing some legwork to see if there is local service available.
Please know it is never our intention to take an order only to have to cancel it because we cannot get it delivered. You are important to us, and I sincerely apologize we were not able to accommodate this for you.

I ordered the two bottle wine basket with snacks as a get well gift for my son in law. The basket arrived early and was just as described. Great experience!
Ordered gift basket to be sent to my financial adviser's office. Was disappointed that the gift arrived one day late. I would have preferred it arrive early rather than late.
I ordered a gift hamper for my daughter and son in law, it was delivered 3 days ahead of schedule and arrived in good order, they loved it, thank you.
The rating will be improved if you deliver on your promises correct gift hamper delivered on time with the full array of goods.
They show a picture online but then when it gets delivered they make "substitutions" and you don't get what you ordered. Very disappointed and will never order from them again

Thank you very much for providing that feedback to us! Because of higher demands on these goods during the pandemic, we've had to make some substitutions along the way. There should be two other gourmet treats in their place within the basket.
This was never meant to be a surprise and I am sorry those items weren't available at the time the order shipped. We do have a note on the gift description outlining this:
Food Items Subject to Availability. Sometimes a gift basket item is unavailable. Be assured that we will substitute an item of equal or greater value to ensure that your gift arrives on time.

The overall size of the purchased gift tower was considerably smaller than expected. Perhaps an indication of scale or weight would have been helpful.
Good products. Overpriced shipping costs that aren't revealed until the final stages of ordering. Upfront pricing for the entire order based on zip code would be a great idea.
