The ice packs that we paid extra for were melted by the time the package arrived. Consider using better cold packaging. Otherwise, the gift was beautiful.

Gift arrived to recipient in very bad shape, cheese melted, fruit too ripe to rotten and wine overheated and cork almost dislodged. Recipients complained and another basket was received in very good shape and pleased with final product because packaging was improved and ice packs were used.

It was easy and efficient to place the order. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and it was delivered the next day as requested. My son and his partner were thrilled with the unusual decanter.
I paid for overnight delivery of my order, which it was overnighted. However, because I requested to pick up at the UPS location, they charged me an additional $6.00, on top of the $30+ I paid for overnight delivery. I don't know why there would be a charge to not have the package delivered over me picking it up from the facility. I just felt nickle & dimed for no good reason. I made their job easier. They didn't have to pay anyone to deliver the package. I hope there's a way to just use some other shipping organization who doesn't play these types of games. Also, picking up the package was a bit of a chore. The name on my ID is different from the way I had the package addressed - they almost didn't want to give me my package. Too many changes with the shipping made this recent order a pain point.
My Mom absolutely loves the customized wine bottle. Delivered quickly, and as described. I had a last minute change before shipping that customer service resolved by the next morning. Very satisfied!

Great gift options and presentation. I was looking for a wine gift basket to celebrate an employee. Found what I was looking for at Gift Tree.
The second time when the delivery has not been made. Why market yourselves as same-day delivery when you are unable to make even 5th-day delivery? Extremely frustrating since these deliveries are made for occasions, and missing the day means missing the occasion. You guys don't even have the decency to inform the customer when you miss a delivery, and one has to contact you, which is another ordeal since you don't have any customer service after 5 pm. In that case, you should ensure that deliveries are also made before 5 pm. The worst experience I have ever had with any site. Thank you for spoiling the occasion twice!
I was able to gift the wine and chocolate box and the couple celebrating their anniversary loved it. What a beautiful package it came in and i loved how the names on the wine bottle came out. I can't wait to send gifts to others.
