BEEN WAITING MONTHS FOR MY PRODUCT! They lie and say its going to be there on a date until you call them just to find out they never had it in stock to begin with.
Terrible customer service, they will say they are going to do one thing for you and then never do it, ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS
Then you try to cancel because its been WAY to long they continue to say its canceled but STILL waiting for a conformation email AND THE MONEY
$#*! THAT COMPANY.
I recently attempted to order a flushometer from this company on line. My first attempt generated an error when the system refused to accept the exploration date of my credit card. I re-entered all the information and got the same results. Clearly the order was not accepted. I tried again, using a different credit card. This time, I received no online confirmation that the order was accepted. In all three attempts, I received neither an online confirmation or a confirmation email. I went to a different supplier's website and had no trouble placing my order. Days later, I received emails from a shipping company indicating three packages from Global were on their way. I attempted to contact the company but was unable to do so. I refused all three shipments as filed a claim with the credit card companies when the charges appeared. My claim with American Express resulted in a credit, from the company, only for the cost of the product - the freight charge credit was rejected. As a result of this companies terrible website I will never do business with them and will tell others of my troubles.
We ordered a rectangle picnic table & benches for a client of ours on Beaver Island. We received the rectangular table and the benches. Then order a circular picnic table & a few more benches. We received the benches but not table so than we called they sent a replacement table, then two weeks later we received the circular table. Then we got the replacement table, which was A. A rectangular table and B. Damaged when we picked up off the boat dock. We then called to send it back, but they wanted me to send pictures. When I went to send the pictures, it generated an error message. So, then I kept calling and finally after the third person it went through. But they told me they could only give me the picnic table at a discounted rate, the discount was $150.00 off. It originally cost $758.91 I emailed back and we do not want a damaged picnic table when could they come pick it up never got a response called back today just to get told by federal law you have 5 days to report it damaged. So, we now have a damaged table that we must pay $ 608.91 for.
I ordered a case of hand sanitizer for our company from Global Industrial when it finally was in stock. It arrived, and as soon as we opened the box, there were neat little boxes with hand sanitizer contained inside. Upon opening the first individual box, we discovered the sanitizer was made in China, because a little paper with Chinese writing fell out of the package. This is in the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic, and the Coronavirus originated in China! When we called Global Industrial to get a return authorization number for it, we were told the product was non-returnable. I asked to speak with a supervisor in management, and was put on hold for 39 minutes. I hung up, then put the case on a dolly and rolled it out to the dumspter. Why in the world would a company sell a sanitizing product from the same country that a pandemic virus came from, and not at least disclose it came from that country on the product webpage?
If you ever used this company before it was probably the last time you used them. Return policy is horrible and the suppliers they use are in the same class of being horrible including Speco Tech.
I don't ever like to leave a bad review but I absolutely have to for my own sanity. I placed an order for bandsaw blades to be drop-shipped to my customer which they were. 3 months later Global Ind. Tells me that they accidentally sent double the quantity and I have to pay for it. This is unheard of in business and highly inappropriate. However, with no real proof and my customer unable to be sure what was in his warehouse after 3 months I decided that I would go ahead & pay them (again) and asked them to send me a second invoice. They did not. Instead they called mt customer and started to bother him about it! You read that right, THEY CALLED MY CUSTOMER! I called them fuming mad and after speaking with a very disrespectful and tactless secretary I was transferred to a supervisor who apologized profusely and promised to call or email my customer their sincerest apologies. I told him that if he did that then this would be the end of it. He did not and I have henceforth lost a really good customer, for now anyways. Our company has a very good reputation and absolutely no negative reviews so please believe what I write here. I have nothing to gain by this. I am writing this as a warning to any and all. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE TRASH!

I bought Deluxe Oscillating Pedestal Fan 30 Inch Diameter 1/2HP 10,000 CFM from this company. After putting it together I see that the fan blades are ALUMINUM. Really poor design to put flimsy blades on a 1/2 HP fan. It puts out the worst possible annoying sound even on low that I have ever heard. I turned the fan on and shut it off due to the LOUD noise. I contacted the company who informed me because I put the fan together, it's now used, even if the fan is horrible sounding. I they kept saying over and over was, by Caroline "SORRY FOR THE INCONVINENCE", but we aren't taking the fan back. You bought it... so sorry. In other words GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL WILL NOT STAND BY A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, EVEN WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANT. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY COMPANY WHO WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT OR HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.
AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING, AND HEARING NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I CALLED. GUESS WHAT, THE ORDER IS CANCELED, YOU DONT EVEN MAKE WHAT I ORDERED. NO ONE CONTACTED ME, NOTHING WAS SAID, NOTHING. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WILL LET OTHER COMPANIES KNOW ABOUT YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE. I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR
I bought a double vanity from their site on June 4. My order was to be shipped in 3-5 days. After 10 days, I received an email stating the order was out of stock and had no estimated shipping date. When I called to cancel the order I was told that my order had already shipped and the email was in error and they would follow-up with a tracking number soon. Another 10 days past and 4 calls later to Global Industrials with every employee pretending they were new to the process and would try to resolve the issue immediately. Finally, 3 weeks later, I got a call from a trucker saying that he had a delivery for me. Excited that I would finally receive my item, only to find out that he was located in North Carolina and I am in New York. They had the wrong address and said they were closing and would call me in the morning. Another 4 calls to Global Industrial with the same story that they will call with a tracking number and my item would be in its way in a couple days. My item arrives 45 days later and of course was damaged. I am still in this debacle with Global Industrial because they asked for pictures to send to their vendor and I still am yet to receive my replacement item. Then they will not give me any substantial refund because they claim that they only make a few dollars on the item. They also wouldn't give me the vendors contact information so I am stuck in limo waiting for my item, yet my credit card has been fully charged since the order was placed!
I will never order from them again and advise everyone else to save themselves the headache!
Ordered product for over night delivery - never left the warehouse so they said they would send it UPS RED - yep, never left the warehouse... don't order from these people!
Bought $2,000 scrubbing machine and to find out they have no technical support and no one there could help. I'm stuck with a machine and cannot use. They use the excuse the item is an import.

We are a small, family-owned business, trading on eBay, Amazon Marketplace, and Etsy, in various flavors of "Boardwalk Bargains" (whatever name was available).
In April 2021, we ordered 40 items from Global Industrial at a cost of $642.40 (not a small amount for a small business). Several months later, after having no updates on our original order, we ordered another product (in addition to the original). That too, was not available. A few months later, we received the second order, and were asked by Global Industrial about the original -- cancel or not? We asked to have that order remain in place. And we waited.
Today, one of our team (basically my wife, my daughter, and myself) checked the status of the order. It had been cancelled. I initiated a chat session (attached) and they (Global) had cancelled the order. I chatted with Patik, Atik, and some other "ik" -- I don't recall the name. When trying to reopen the cancelled order, I was told, "That's a new order. You will have to pay the *new* price" -- double the cost of our original purchase.
After being transferred to "customer service," I was told by Atik, "That's the price." The chat transcripts are included (5 images, but I was "chatting" for almost an hour. Also the current price is displayed in an attached image.
The chat session was closed and although I clicked the "forward session to email" our the email log showed that the session was never forwarded. Live and learn, I guess.
Dumb company, dumb employees, dumb excuses, dumb processes, dumb business model, dumb logistics, dumb managers, dumb CEO, dumb WMS, dumb customer service, maybe the dumbest company of all time. Orders a plastic container and was never told it was on back order. Get notification it's 6 months back ordered. NEVER USE THIS DUMB COMPANY AGAIN!
Placed order, sits in warehouse for a month still has not shipped, canceled order and they charged my card still has not shipped still no refund will have to dispute the charge with AMX as I dont see them returning or shipping I was todl we will email you and keep you in the loop NO EMAIL I have talked to 5 reps all lies they say waiting on warehouse to let us know it has not shipped I was like check the tracking number it shows it is still at your warehouse 2 weeks after I was sent tracking number Ordered the same item from Grainger and picked it up the next day I was planning on buying alot of shop items we need but know will go with someone that can actually supply our shop with equiptment and supplies I am still waiting on the last lady to email me with cancelation of order and it has been a week
Did an online chat, was told someone would call me within a week. No one called. Phoned them and they hung up on me!
I don't know why we stuck it out for about 10 years of using them, but 2 weeks ago was the final straw.
In the past we've had plenty of issues with broken items, or ridiculous shipping practices, which clearly indicates that they have many disgruntled employees. For example, we would order a few dozen work gloves and the employees at Global would ship each pair of gloves by itself in a carton 24 x 24 x 12! The shipping was free, by it just irritated the P out of me to see them waste money because each carton would incur dimensional weight charges totaling hundreds of dollars for what should have cost around $20 in UPS charges.
I complained to upper management, telling them they're employees were purposely wasting their money, but they couldn't have cared less, probably because they were equally disgruntled.
2 weeks ago was the last straw, when we received a case of hand sanitizer that smelled like someone drank tequila and vomited (honestly). I emailed them and said I wanted to return even if they didn't give us a refund, but they refused at first, until I asked for an MSDS sheet, then they gave me an RMA in 5 minutes.
When I wrote an honest review they never published it, but magically a dozen 5 star reviews appeared in the next hour that weren't there until I complained.
Tried to charge me 250% of actual shipping costs... caught them but had to spend an hour on the phone arguing to get reimbursed. AFTER THIS I CONSIDER THEM DISHONEST AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
Placed first order. Was asked to apply for open account so I did, which I would have done anyway. Waited 4 days and was denied with the excuse that "all first orders must be prepaid. Understandable but that should have been noted on the website AND the credit application. I replaced with a credit card, a day later I hear back and was told they cancelled the order and I needed to reorder it so it will hit the credit card. I did. The item I ordered says "ships same day". The second order was placed on the 9th and as of the next morning, the item still did not ship. I contaced customer service through Chat, and was told it was coming from a vendor. Do they have anything in stock at all? The rep checked with the vendor and she comes back with a tracking number and said it was shipped this morning. Before I replied back, I quickly ran the tracking number, and it was not even in the UPS system at that time. She had nothing to say about the fact that I was informed it would ship the same day, and it did not. I closed the chat, checked the tracking number again and then it appeared, lable created. That was all. As of 4:51pm, it still has no other information. I am curious to see if it will actually ship today. I will be submitting a chargeback for this. This company does not care one bit. I purposely place a small order when dealing with a new company, and this is the exact reason why. I'm done with this company before even receiving the product.
Answer: TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS EVEN WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY.
