Terrible. The driver forged my name on something that needed my signature. When I got home, after seeing that my package was delivered via a notification, package was no where to be found, and it said I signed for it.
Very bad customer service. I waited 2 hours to get an update on my delivery. I never got an update. ZERO Star.
Box was left OUTSIDE the gate. Steps from the street and in clear view of traffic. Food items in the box were crushed again, like last week; it's like something very heavy was on it or someone sat on the box again. Very unsatisfactory service.
I would be very cautious when using this company. My package was "delivered" to a parking lot. I accidentally wrote the wrong building number and the number was delivered to construction site parking lot. My package was signed for. When I called this delivery company to dispute this and find out where my package had gone, the associate said they would see what could be done and call me back in 24 hours. Asked if I could be available for the next 24 hours to talk and I said yes. Never had a call back. I believe their driver/deliverer signed for my package and took it because who else would deliver it to an empty lot? This package was also a dress I was going to wear for my wedding. My actually wedding. My email was left for the package as well, I understand I wrote down the wrong number of the building but this gives no excuse on why I was not contacted by email to find the right address. This company may be fraud because why would you delivery this to a parking lot and not question that this was of course the wrong address.
Purchased items from 2 different companies and both companies make the mistake of using GSL Shipping. Packages have been sitting in Portland since July 7th and today is July 29th. Customer service is terrible. Long hold times on the phone and no answers. Chat service is just as bad. If you are a company selling and shipping products I recommend you do not use GSL. They will quickly become a reflection of your company.
If I could leave a no star rating I would. This company is by far the worst ever. Do Not Use GLS!
The first delivery was not delivered.
The 2nd and 3rd delivery were thrown on the front yard despite clear instructions to ring the door bell and leave a SMS text message notification of delivery. This never happened.
The food company called and spoke to the GLS manager about these issues.
The 4th delivery was dumped on the side of the house and no ringing of the doorbell and no SMS notification for delivery. Luckily, I saw the box with food which was still frozen. I live in Southern California where the heat is 100 degrees!
Today, the 5th delivery was not delivered despite waiting from 1pm to 8pm.
I tried calling GLS, waited over 2 hrs on the phone and can never get a hold of a live person.
I tried their online chat feature and after typing information in for delivery instructions, a message stated chat is not available. It never is.
So, they don't follow instructions by the food company, you can never get a hold of a live person and their chat feature does not work.
I managed to get a response from email but no ETA for food delivery.
I feel this company is useless, you cannot get a hold of anyone, the delivery driver dumps expensive food deliveries which last for a month in the front yard or side of the house or no food is ever delivered despite clear instructions to ring the doorbell and send an SMS message, which takes less than 30 seconds. Unbelievable!
We ordered medicine to be delivered next day and did not get it for a week.And it was not signed by us.
El servicio fue absolutamente horrible; no siguieron las instrucciones de entrega, no me llamaron y me dijeron que tenía que ir a buscar mi paquete. Intenté contactarles para explicarles que trabajo esta semana y no puedo llegar a recogerlo entre las 9 de la mañana y las 4 de la tarde. Al final, devolvieron mi paquete al remitente después de solo un par de días.
Nunca me contactaron, no respondieron a mis correos y no intentaron ni una vez entregar el paquete de nuevo ni seguir las instrucciones.
Es una de las peores empresas de entrega en todo el país, sin ninguna duda.
My package was supposed to arrive on 7/18/23 never came, then they said 7/19 never came, then 7/20 never came. Now the tracking says NO delivery attempts 7/20 thru 7/21. Nobody answers the phone goes to voicemail every time and never get a call back. Try to contact them via their chat and get a message that says we're attempting to find an agent for you but it times out after 5 minutes and you get prompted to start a new chat but never get anyone. How is this company still in business and why on earth would any other company do business with them.
Company should be put out with all them terrible $#*! workers. Gonna say my package is delivered and sends a picture of nothing but the wrong door with NO package in the picture whatsoever. Should fire your drivers if they can't do the Job they were hired for.
For whatever reason, my pharmaceutical company uses them, and they lost a prescription that was supposed to have been here five days ago! That's great! They're losing people's medications!
I decided to write a review but probably will need more than 100 characters. Never on time, we suppose to receive our package every Friday by 2:00 PM and never came at 2:00 PM always at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM when the office is closed. The customer service, good luck if they pick up the phone or you got someone in the chat. No way to track your package effectively or accurately. They change the delivery date if they are not delivering on the date supposed to be. Your business will be a failure if you use GLS as a delivery company. Today I'm writing the review because today is Monday and still waiting for the package that is useless because we use the content for our Sunday Bulletin, which our advertiser paid to be there. What a shame.
After 3 months of trying to get GSL to put my packages by my door, and not by the road, I'm beyond frustrated! I do business with Shield Healthcare in California, and they use GSL for their shipping. They switched from "OnTrac" which they had before with no problems. GSL is inept at best. I phone them to wait almost an hour to talk to a customer service agent, and finally get someone overseas that hardly speaks English. I ask to be transferred to a US agent, only to wait another 39 minutes, and then disconnected. I called my provider (Shield Healthcare) and they can do very little about GSL shipping (even though they chose them to save a few bucks. I got one thing to say….ITS NOT WORKING!" I've never heard of this company before, and now I'm sorry I have.
If you shop allot online (as I do), check their shipper. If it's GSL, run as fast as you can AWAY!
Worst shipping company and worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. My very important documents were overnighted to me, but never showed up. I've been trying to reach customer service for over a hour by phone and chat and I can't reach anyone.
Really bad experience with GLS! I was home, waited; they never ring on the door, but claimed to do so. The delivery has been sent back to their deposit, as they say. But I have no way of contacting them. The website is extremely bad designed, FAQ is not complete at all, no phone contact, they don't answer mails.

Worst experience with GLS. I will not order anything from Amazon or any other platform, if I see GLS used as delivery service. I was waiting for the parcel, it didn't arrived and no notes in my mailbox or any kind of information. But in amazon, it said that delivered to customer. I struggled 10 days to find out where the parcel was delivered (it was delivered in GLS pick shop) & when I went it was already late (more than 7 days), so the shop shipped it back.
Very pathetic service, we are paying for very poor service for the items. Such behaviour from GLS will impact amazon sales as well.

GLS do not care about anything. They do not deliver on the date that they themselves confirm. They do not provide an option to reschedule. And worst of all, they send you a feedback form which doesn't work. Avoid like the plague. Unfortunately my ordered goods have been sent by GLS several times. Now I specifically request not to use them.
Answer: Minimum 20 minute wait time via online or by phone. Longest time I waited was 3 hours and still no one picked up
