I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi

I paid extra money to have gone and 2 doors synced, and didn't reserve that serve. If I still had to call to make gobs work, why did I pay for serve?
Jordan was very patient and helpful.
I think I will like my new locks, bug a little pricy. Paid extra so I won't have to play with the fins.
If thy are so easy to program, can just anyone reprogram them and get into my house?

Would have done zero stars if that were an option. Bought 4 locks and cannot get support. They have a chat that's only purpose is to sell you things but not actually help you with existing orders. Don't waste your money with this company.

I've had 3 experiences with gokeyless all of them negative. I ordered a $300+ lock which I never received. I was instructed by a member of their sales staff to purchase another expensive lock after giving them all stats for the application. The lock they sold to me was not designed for use with residential driveway gates but gokeyless refused to provide a return shipping label. Most recently I purchased 3 locks which my contractor (who's been building houses for 20 years) can't figure out how to install. We called gokeyless who told us yeah the instructions are wrong and we know that but you have to call the manufacturer to get help. Problem is the manufacturer never answer the phone or returns messages left. Three strikes and you're out gokeyless.

We purchased two trilogy combination entry locks from GoKeyless. The first one was such a success, we ordered a second when we expanded. The very best thing about GoKeyless is their service after the purchase! They helped me program my lock initially - which was great - but when I had issues two years later, they helped me again. We approached our local experienced locksmith to try and find a product to lock many different cabinets at our Spa. They could not find a good solution except for Cam Locks! Who wants those any more? I have trying to buy a keyless lock from Adam Miller a sales executive, he told me that they have installer all round the country but for the last 2 weeks they are not able to give me some local who can come and do a survey and give me a detailed quote. I have called 4-5 times Adam promises everything but what I got only run around. I hope one of the higher executive read my reviews and get back to me. Just notice if you give 1 star rating you can't even submit this survey.

GoKeyless has a remarkable staff both in Customer Service (Denis) and in Procurement (Yvonne). These 2 people went above and beyond normal service to provide me with a total of 7 locks. The locks are everything we expected. The initial batteries do not last long but that is to be expected of any electronic device that is purchased anywhere. I strongly recommend this company.

This is an easy to use website and if you do have to talk to Customer Service, they are very polite, understanding and accommodating.

Jordan Hart is the greatest support technician ever. I had major problems installing Go Keyless because my computer is on a locked company server. Jordan knew exactly what needed to be done and was very patient with the installation that took a lot of time and back and forth with our company support having to make changes as well while he waited.
I have never had a support person that was so pleasant and stayed until everything was working properly. He is truly a great asset to your company. I got him on my third try and am very satisfied.

I purchased a home and sought to obtain a higher quality set of door locks than what I could get at a box store. I worked with Trevor and he far exceeded my expectations. When I began talking about what I needed he instantly had ideas about products that would work for me and even quoted model numbers from memory. The purchase was simple and the price was excellent. I called later to add a few items and again worked with Trevor. So far the hardware has been great. I was a bit frustrated with the new keyless lock (not fault of Gokeyless) system but once Matt got on the phone he handled my frustration plus the system very professional. It's true you have to wait a bit for a return call but its worth it. I think that we have the idea that everything should be done instantly or nothing has a hitch. Well, that's not the real world. I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of a keyless entry Yale lock, as the sales department assisted with determining exactly what product would be best for my use and purpose. The technical support provided by first John, and today Jordan in the set up of the lock and pairing process for the range extender, as well as instruction on internet and phone access was outstanding. I can not thank AJ for his assistance purchasing electronic keyless door locks. I was overwhelmed and clueless as to which would work the best for our home. He was so patient, waited for me to take photos of the existing locks, email them and then guide me to the correct product for me. He even stayed online and made sure the order was placed correctly. Have not had customer service like that in a very long time.
