“I needed a few cards and they had a good price”

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi

I am writing this to give Victoria Wooton and Craig Auberger kudos in a job well done.If not for this corona virus mess going around i would hug them, lol. But they got me some items that the manufacturer was charging a ridiculous amount of money for each individual piece and GoKeyless got me a bulk amount at an unbeatable
Price. I cannot thank them enough and will highly recommend them from here on out.

I didn't know where to begin when searching for a new door lock. My father is a contractor and recommended GoKeyless. He said that "Schlage actually told him to purchase from GoKeyless.com. When the manufacturer tells you to buy from a company thats saying something! Knowledgable staff and very pleasant to do business with. Product was in stock and arrive so fast.

Once again, in a crisis, Matt, like all techs at GoKeyless, came to the rescue. Trojan Virus hit my computer, wiping everything out including my door security system. A few emails to set up a time and poof!, the issue was fixed AND no previous information was lost.
Matt also updated my current version to work with Windows 10

The website has a robust selection of superior products. The sales personnel (I personally worked with Craig) really know how to recommend the right solution and parts required... There was a shipping issues with one component which the company re-shipped OVERNIGHT so I'd get it the next day... If any part must be returned, follow the procedure closely and you'll have no issues... I can recommend goKeyless.

Good pricing, easily maneuverable web site and great follow through. I had questions that were quickly answered through the chat option and they even followed up with a phone call just to make sure I was getting the correct keypad to match my touch bar.

Skip with Go Keyless assisted me today with programming our DL1300. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. After stressing for weeks about this lock, he made it a breeze and easy to understand. Go Keyless is an awesome company that I will recommend to anyone in need. Thanks!

I just placed an order with GoKeyless that was virtually effortless on my part. The rep Mike Walker took care of all the "heavy lifting" for us and completed our quote, answered our questions and placed our order in no time. He even addressed and took care of a previous concern that we had that was not related to the present order. Highly professional and effective. We look forward to doing more business with GoKeyless in the future.

Buying Simplex locks from this site invalidate their warranty - Since I have had a great deal of trouble with my lock I called the company for help and found out that the three year warranty on this lock is no good if the lock was bought from Gokeyless. This was not mentioned on the site. Gokeyless does offer a 30 day warranty which is hardly an adequate replacement. Had I known in advance that I was invalidating a warranty, I would not have purchased my lock from this site. In addition, before calling the company I contacted customer service at the gokeyless site and was told that instructions would be sent to me. They were not..

Website was very difficult to use, I couldn't change my order quantity, etc. I used the Chat bot and Jason hopped on and helped me significantly - helped me get my order processed & out the door. He then took the time to answer a few questions & I let him know that Amazon was using their part number to mislead people into ordering a similar, but vastly inferior product. Would not have been able to get this order done without Jason's help!

We recently purchased an AlarmLock lock and gateway for our business. Scheduled the training through GoKeyless. Sent in a big spreadsheet of how we wanted it configured. Scheduled training session with them (they were about 2-3 weeks out on dates, so we didn't get our new lock fully operational for a while). If you're ordering a lock and want training for setup, don't bother paying for rush shipment.

Matt was a little late calling me to start the training session as another of his sessions had run over. He was polite, knowledgeable, and found answers for a question I asked that he didn't know. He showed me around the software and how to set up some different options in the future if we add more locks to our system.

AlarmLock is fairly easy to use and I think this initial training to set up the gateway and make sure all components talk to each other was well worth the time. We will probably use GoKeyless for future AlarmLock and HID card purchases.

The sales reps mislead me. I returned my purchase but never received my money back. The people selling the product are very poor in knowledge and don't care that the customer will end up waiting time and effort to attempt to install the wrobgvlock

Had a call with Thyller in support who assisted me both over the phone and remote access to install and set up our new lock.
He was very patient and understanding and guided me through the whole procedure without losing his temper. Great service

Today I contacted GoKeyless Tech Support. Steve Caldwell sorted out my dilemma quickly and efficiently. Over the past few months I have been assisting my client to convert several openings to keyless digital devices. The advise regarding products and the technical support for what can be very complex issues has always been immediate and spot on. When required their follow up has always been speedy and diligent.

Thank you Steve for todays quick service. My questions were answered immediately! GoKeyless is my GoTo site for digital locksets and access solutions.

As a consumer I dead doing business with online companies. Sometimes the service after the sell sucks. This is not the case with GoKeyless. From my sells representative to Matt who assisted me with tecynical issues, these guys are great.

We purchased a panic bar from GoKeyless and ordered the wrong size. While considering returning it, Tom Johnson of GoKeyless gave great advice on how to possibly still use the one we bought. It worked out great and saved a return. He knew the product well and was able to save us time and money.

I called the GoKeyless customer service when I made a LARGE mistake and he was able to fix the mistake, help me correct the order, and follow up with me the next day to confirm all the corrections went through correctly!
See who said customer service is dead. You just need to have the right people.

I needed help installing the software. Skip walked me through all of it and gave me a tutorial on the use of the software. He did an amazing job. Despite my interruptions! I came across this company while searching for some deadbolts for a client of mine. Their website was beautifully designed and easy to navigate. I ended up using the chat on the website but it was too late so they message me early in the morning. Since then I've talked to Steven a couple times with my order and everybody was more than helpful. I will definitely be setting up an account to you work with this company on a regular basis.
