“I needed a few cards and they had a good price”

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi

After I placed my order online, I received a phone call to discuss and to make sure that what I ordered was going to suit my needs. During this tough time with COVID-19, we are having to get creative with our business solutions and GoKeyless was right there to help us. Terry helped us each step of the way. The unit was delivered today and we are looking forward to seeing it help us receive packages in a more secure manner. Thank you very much!

Going against the grain... Worst nitemare ever... Started with sales sending me the wring unit, and using the wrong email address... All set up info went to wrong email... No-one knows how to fix... Now am going on a month and no headway... I'm the one jumping thru hoops trying to fix... It should be them Demanding my money back

So i purchased our lock for a community pool! The sales guy Jason was great answered all of my questions and helped me to pick the best lock for the job. I opted for the set up help and received an email from tech support. We followed the instructions and sent it back in simple. Then i had questions! The first guy wasn't very helpful but then Matt called me back talked me through everything in needed and walked me through the program. Super easy. Now i am all set to get my lock installed! Thank you Jason and Matt!

As a new Customer I found James Pickens to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking to replace and old lock system with something new and was really not sure what would provide the access that we needed. James did some research based on the information that I provided and then sent out spec sheets on the product that he felt would fit our needs the best. I found James to be very professional.

We got to work with Skip. He was very thorough, easy to follow and very informative, and he really knows his way around the system and how to explain it.

Over a weeks period of time I emailed Don Kleiner many times with questions about the Trilogy lock system. And no matter what I asked he had the correct answer for me very quickly. Don is an extremely knowledgeable representative for the company and for the locks themselves. He is the kind of sales person that when he recommends something you know it is for your good not necessarily so he gets a larger commission, which he may not even get a commission. At no time did he attempt to load me down with items that I didn't need.

So happy we went with this company to purchase a updated locking system. Customer service has been wonderful, so helpful. Has answered every question I've thrown at them and have been quick to help with any problem I have had.

I couldnt be happier with the tech I worked with today. (Kyle) He was not only patient with me, but knowlegdeable in a non condescending way. His attitude is much appreciated as I am a 55 year old manager lacking many computer skills.

I am happy we chose GoKeyless as our lock company.

Horrible service and products. Defective lock. Slow refund of money. Tried to inquire if all locks of the same model were defective. Sales could not tell us. Told us to contact their return department. Left two messages with return department with no response. Tech person was rude and short when trying to determine if lock was defective. Would not use again.

I would like to say thank you to Mr. James and Mr. Skip from Gokeyless. My wife and I recently moved into a new home that had TERRIBLE locks installed on the doors. The handles would litterally fall off when trying to access the door! James helped us find new locks that matched our needs and Skip made the order process a breeze! We just received the majority of our order within 2 days (1 item was special order from the manufacturer). Great service, excellent speed. We will be ordering from here again for the rest of our doors!

I ordered an electronic lock and received the order confirmation on line. However, after about 20 minutes I did not get an e-mail confirmation. I sent an e-mail message and soon got a call. We discovered that I had made an error in my e-mail address. All is good the item was already shipped

This company will sell you antique software that is exceptionally user-unfriendly, and then provide no tech support, they will not answer their phone, and so you will be left wondering why you have a $2000 lock on your door that you can't use

I searched everywhere for a lock that was sold out in other places, and finally found it here. I should have looked here first-- I ordered 2 other locks for my house a a few months ago. Kenneth (via the chat function) helped me with a few questions that I had about the order process as well as the item- he was great to work with & really seemed to know his stuff. One thing I really like is that I can pay a little (around $13) to get the lock that I just bought rekeyed to use the same key as my previously purchased locks. I love not having 3 different keys-- I just have one. I ended up buying a really nice Schlage handle and lock for my front door- I'm excited because I can lock it via Alexa-- and it will make the kids happy because they'll be able to let themselves in and out with no fear of being locked out. The worst part-- waiting for it to arrive!

Thanks to Matt, he was patient and helpful walking me through each step to become familiar with the software to our locks. As I described myself as technically challenged, Matt made me feel like a pro. He was very knowledgeable and gave the exact instruction over the phone. Great customer service!

Tyler called us at the appointed time to assist me in learning how to print a list & make changes on who has Key cards. Then he assisted me in printing out a list of the days when issues happened at our club. Tyler also activated some more cards for us. He was AWESOME! Very polite and respectful to me as I'm not computer savvy. He's a pleasure to work with and has a very nice voice. Sincerely Vickie McGee

When I struck out locally to work with a locksmith on a narrow door lock I contacted GoKeyless. Patrick was very helpful and came up with a solution that fit our door. In addition, it was more than $1,000 less than the local bid.
I found a local locksmith to install the system and it works great. I also had some parts that were not needed and I returned them to GoKeyless for a refund.
The service was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They came up with a solution that worked.

I got excellent guidance and suggestions for a lock and accessories from Mike in sales
And then I was taken care of by Yvonne in shipping when I needed to speed up delivery of the package. Most shipping folks get their nose out of joint if you ask them to change. Yvonne was just the opposite and facilitated my request with a smile. I will buy again from this company because of these great employees and will recommend it to friends.

I had trouble with a lock purchased from Gokeyless. They didn't make or design it. Not their fault. They agreed to refund to me with no qualms. They have an amazing array of locks to choose from and back up their word with integrity. I won't hesitate to buy from them in the future, and encourage everyone to do business with them.

Calvary Baptist Church - I want to rave about Tyler. Tyler walked me through the setup and use of the DL Windows software for our new Trilogy DL keyless lock. He was very professional and knew the software very well. I am a programmer by trade and had many questions about how some of the abstract functions work. He was very patient and answered my questions fully.

I'm very pleased with the service and product knowledge from Geoff with Gokeyless. The service I received was quick and at an affordable price, considering my unique circumstances. Trying to find a marine salt air grade keyless entry product is very difficult but Geoff and GoKeyless thank you.

My company uses a specialty Kaba lock in our application. Our local place was going up just about every order on pricing. With the rising cost of everything this time and day, I started my search. I ran across Gokeyless.com and made a few phone calls. After speaking with the knowledgeable staff I felt assured I was dealing with the right business. The pricing was where I thought it should be and showed me the price gouging going on in my own backyard. We have had only one warranty issue and it was handled flawlessly. Great pricing and customer service. Gokeyless.com has my business and it should have yours.

I was in the market for some trigger locks for my guns to act and a second measure of security as I already keep them in a gun safe. However I occasionally will leave the safe unlocked. My children are grown and know to respect firearms so that is not a major concern. I wanted a trigger lock that employed a combination to open it as opposed to a key. I didn't want to keep up with that many keys so I took to Google and found gokeyless.com. I read about their locks and then continued to search other manufacturers. After checking out about everyone out there, I came back to gokeyless.com and placed my order. The process was very simple and their website was informative and well designed and their prices were equal to or less than everyone else. I received my order promptly and the locks turned out to be exactly what I had in mind. I will definitely be doing business with gokeyless.com again in the near future.

Literally having nothing good to say about this company. You could go to lowes and get the same locks for cheaper without terrible service. Customer service manager even blew me off and was a complete $#*!****! F**** this place! Complete joke of a company and they will delete all the reviews. Good luck purchasing from them if you do! I'm also reporting them to bbb!

I had to deal with a fellow named Trevor at this company and I have never been talked to in a such a poor manor from a so called manager. I just wanted tech advice. Go to lowes to buy these locks. Good f****** grief
