I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi
I had to deal with a fellow named Trevor at this company and I have never been talked to in a such a poor manor from a so called manager. I just wanted tech advice. Go to lowes to buy these locks. Good f****** grief

L ordered two locks, one of which was not the correct one. GoKeyLess replaced it with an appropriate lock and I returned the other. They worked with me to set everything up and with the installation. Very good support!

In setting quote for project chris took the extra mile by testing the existing cards and the new corporate cards to see that they would work on the access system. This helped me immensely un procurring the job. Thanks gor the added help.

Steve was great on the phone and in the chat room. He was able to track down the keyways for our locks and ordering was smooth. Although he has no control over shipping time I sure wish it could be faster. Overall pleasant experience.

Steve Caldwell with GoKeyless was very helpful when I called with questions regarding specific questions I had for a keypad entry exterior gate lock. This is a great company where they answer the phone right away with knowledgeable people to help you. Even after I placed my order I realized the delivery zip code I entered was wrong and Steve emailed me right away that they had notified the shipping company with the correction and followed up again with the arrival date. We were hesitant to order a keyless lock/badge reader online; however GoKeyless seemed to value great customer service. The order process was easy. The rep walked us through each step to ensure we had all of the part we needed including matching colors. In the programming phase, we discovered a part was defective. GoKeyless sent a replacement with no extra fees. Very happy with all phases of the process!

It has been 4 weeks now... I sent pictures and what the locksmith told me would work and they sent the wrong locks. Then I sent back and they never confirmed receipt of the order. I have dealt now with 5 people and apparently they don't communicate with one another as they said they need 2 weeks to process the return order before they can ship the new ones. What? Very disorganized customer service and operations.

I had a wonderful experience with GoKeyless. I knew nothing about ordering locks for my apartment community, what i would need or what would be good to get. I spoke with Eli and he helped me all the way. Was a wonderful person to work with.
Once i got the locks i was then transferred over to the service department to help me get everything set up. Tyler was there for me as well!
They made everything so easy. I have recommended them to all of my sister properties.

My lock was programmed and installed and has been working great. I still didn't understand how to use the log and upate/ change schedules and groups so I called for tech support. Jordan was great about walking me through the system and helping me understand how to customize it in a way that works for MY users. He "took control" of my computer so he could make some changes for me, but was always good about stepping aside and letting me take the controls. Once we got it done, he helped me get my lock reprogrammed at the door. He was easy to talk with, supportive, patient and I never felt like he was rushing me. Excellent!

I corresponded with Don several times through email and he answered every question I had in a very timely manor. I ordered the Trilogy DL1300 for our business and I believe it will work very well. I tried to get a similar set up with a couple other companies and it was like pulling teeth to get them to communicate with me and lead no where.
I highly recommend Don if you are looking for someone knowledgeable and friendly!

The help I received picking out the correct lock system (even sending photos of our doors), and programming was top line. Their online chat function was very helpful, as was calling the company. During programming the locks I was talked through the process as well as having the technician share my screen. Highly recommend!

Ordered some new electronic locks for our cabinets at work and did not discuss what I needed with a rep, needless to say they were not what I wanted! Spoke with James and he emailed me some options with the features I needed and I had my new locks in within a week! They work perfectly and we are now considering updating some other areas and using Gokeyless for those needs as well!

I recently installed a Trilogy T2 DL2800 lock that worked perfectly except all functions were operating in reverse. Matt helped sort out the cause which in retrospect was simple but required knowledge - the connection to the lock motor was reversed.
With properly installed wires the lock works beautifully in a public facility that serves thousands of people yearly..

A few years ago I purchased a lock and box for an outdoor gate. The products are great and still in use but due to weather, I decided to replace the lock with one that is marine-grade. I used the chat service for advice and was helped quickly and guided to an appropriate product for my needs.

Ron Dillow from GoKeyLess was very helpful in my understanding of the Schlage Lock models. I was lucky enough to re-connect with Ron again, on my second day of research, as he was able to provide answers to the number of questions I had about several similar Schlage locks. He was knowledgeable and was able to give me a strong sense that I was purchasing the right lock for our home.

I purchased a keyless entry system for a considerably amount of money. At the time we contacted their rep to let them know why kind of door we were working with and the swing direction. He let us know what extras we would need for the door for install. Turns out he sold us the opposite of what we needed and no instead of sending me the right parts and having me return the incorrect ones we were told we could either pay a locksmith to reverse it or purchase the correct parts and ship them to us at our cost and then pay again for shipping to return the incorrect ones and then we would receive our credit. So basically I have to pay shipping 3 times and advance more funds to get the correct parts on an error they receive to be accountable for or correct with a customer service approach.
