I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi
I had a company stop in my office and give me an estimate to install a key less entry system and gave me a very expensive quote. I went online and Donald was very helpful in getting me everything I needed to do it myself. I don't have the equipment yet but the ordering experience was very well done.

The staff at GoKeyless.com are wonderful! I ordered 100 key fobs for new tenants and UPS lost my package! I contacted GoKeyless and they worked quickly to file a claim. Yvonne from the shipping department contacted me every other day with updates. She went out of her way to keep me at the top of her list. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler who understood that I truly was not computer savvy or technically inclined as a lot of people are. He talked me through where to plug in the different wires to my router and to the Vera Edge box etc. He was patient and understanding and explained every move that I needed to make. He was able to login and guide me along through the steps of activating my door lock with the Vera Edge Home Controller. I was truly fretting the entire process but Tyler removed my doubts and handled everything efficiently and effortlessly and before I knew it, my door lock was being controlled from my computer. I cannot thank him enough for his support and his expertise! My life was made easy with GoKeyless Support! Thanks again Tyler!

I was having problems with the initial installation of our GoKeyless System. I called the tech department at GoKeyless and spoke to Tom Johnson. He was not only able to solve my problem but he did so in a polite and informative manner.

I bought a few items from go keyless. They pretty much up sold me on items I didn't need and didn't work. I contacted my sales representative Aaron and he didn't even bother to resolve the issue. Unfortunately they are the only place that sells Adam's rite assault abloy to end users. I need to return the item that doesn't work and I was told because it was installed that they won't take it back. I explained to them that I assembled it on my desk to ensure the pieces fit correctly which one item didn't. So I'll be buying from a different place with better customer service.

We purchased the Programming and Support item with our lock. This was a very worthwhile purchase for us, especially since it was our entry into the keyless lock world. Matt was quickly available to answer our questions with setup and he was available to assist with resolving some of our internal network configuration to allow a secure server and workstation installation of DL5.
Matt also provided a custom training session for the DL5 software and lock features which allowed us to get off the ground quickly and setup our specific building needs.
We appreciate his expertise, availability and patient style.

Will never use this company again! We ordered one lock and sent us two and charged us for two. I asked how to fix this, and they said they would send me an email with how to send the extra lock back, but they never did this. We are a very busy entity, and the last thing we need on our plate is trying to correct this company's mistake, and then jumping through their hoops to get our money back, go through the hassle of sending the extra lock back. Save yourself the trouble and don't use GoKeyless!

Skip was assisting me with the Unlock key for our key fob system. Schlage told me it would take 24-48 hours - but Skip was able to assist me and I received this code just now. Such a life saver - it was huge for us to get the code so quickly!

I had been searching the internet for a couple of weeks about wifi door locks. Still had a bunch of questions. I called GoKeyless and talked with Craig. I have worked with Victoria 3 times for 2 properties over the last year. She has always been extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout the entire process. She has worked with me for each situation/need and helped me to decide the best action to reach the end goal. The locks have been very user friendly, reliable, and the service is top notch!

I talked with Skip on the phone today with a long list of questions on how to use and adjust my Locks with the DL Windows Software. He is very knowledgeable and he was polite and concise. The Software is quite complex and not exactly user friendly, but Skip did a good job of showing me around. I am happy with the job he did, but I expect to call back because of the Software's non-intuitive interface.

I had a preliminary call with tech support while I was not on the premises of my installed lock system. We set up a future support appointment. But, it turned out that with a simple set of instructions, we were able to reset the handshake link between our lock gateway and our locks, and I was able to get the system back up and running again without the support appointment. Will NEVER order from this company again! Order some cameras and paid for 3 day shipping. Recieved one of two packages and called them and they said the other package never was shipped and they would 1 day it to me. Well after waiting 2 weeks I'm still waiting on the second package!

It was a good training, but moved at a fast pace. Skip was a wonderful trainer and continuously asked if I had questions. He got me through it but I just thing, looking back on it, it could've moved a little slower or had a reference form to go by. I didn't have time to take notes but Skip was wonderful!

Donald helped me to get the best locks even cheaper than the ones I was looking at. I explained all I was looking for and researched for me and found ones I didn't even see for a cheaper price.
