“I needed a few cards and they had a good price”

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi

Matt and Jonathan helped me download the software, input the key fob information and make sure the lock was working. We had several problems trying to get everything to work and they helped walk me through each step. They were very thorough in explaining to me every step. Amazing Tech support!

I purchased a trilogy commercial lock for my preschool 2 years ago. I have been 100% happy with my purchase. It is easy to use and the batteries last just as long as the description reads if not longer. I just lost my computer to a lightning strike and had to purchase a new one. I was having a very difficult time figuring out how to program the lock to the new computer with Windows 10. I called Gokeyless and Tyler in tech support was incredible. He followed through the process from beginning to end to ensure it worked perfectly. And he did it all with patience and such a positive attitude. I would recommend the company for their quality products and excellent customer service. Thank you Tyler for all your help! I truly appreciate everything!

I had a question about how to retrieve an audit trail from our locks. Drew Rogers called me back and walked me through the process of doing so. It solved my problem that had caused me a lot of frustration. They had also helped me when I had ordered some Trilogy keypads. I have used Gokeyless a few times and I will continue to do so. They have been great to work with.

I was trying to find door lock with double side code entry. Called GoKeyless and Got Patrick on the phone. H is very knowledgeable about his products find me the right lock and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. I will definitely shop agin here and will refer to others. Great job Patrick and keep up the wonderful customer service.

I Installed an electronic lock for a customer but out of the box it had a defective motor (manufacturer defect) causing the lock to lock when not needed. Zach Tracey was more than helpful with processing an exchange, answered all the questions i had (which i had a lot of), and most of all kept my customer happy by getting me a new lock in a quick fashion. Now the lock functions as it is supposed to and my customer is very happy. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Spent an hour on the phone learning how to set up and program locks. With the remote access, Tom was able to guide me around and make it as simple as it could be despite the complicated technicalities. He demonstrated patience, respect for my limited knowledge and he was always pleasant.

I was doing online research trying to figure out the best lock option for an outdoor wrought iron gate decided to call GoKeyless and was connected with Matt. He asked relevant and insightful questions and helped me determine what I needed. He was incredibly helpful!

We are a small church/preschool that wanted to update our security. I had the pleasure of working with Craig at Keyless.com. He was wonderful! Answered all my questions, I told him what we needed and he took care of finding a lock that met our needs.
Highly recommend this company and Craig! Our building will be safer and the shopping experience was a good one.
We will definitely use this company again!

Skip was the tech that helped me with my first initial setup of our product. He answered all my questions with patience, even offered to do a remote which was very helpful. In the remote, he allowed me to control the mouse and actually do the processes as he watched and pointed where I needed to direct my attention. It was great. Next time I need their tech support I will feel at ease.

I ordered a narrow stile Trilogy lock from Go Keyless over a year ago and I was having problems getting back into the lock from a communication perspective between the laptop that has the Trilogy software on it and the lock itself. I called Go Keyless after their business had closed for the night and left a message. I received a call back the next morning. I worked with Tyler on two separate calls and he patiently walked me through each step until we had the problem resolved. Tyler was very knowledgeable and kind through the entire process and I am very grateful for his excellent customer service. I would recommend GoKeyless to anyone who asks about lock solutions specifically because of their excellent customer service.

I wanted to place an order through gokeyless.com and after chatting via the website, Ron called me so we could talk about everything I was hoping to accomplish with their products. He helped me pick out all the components I will need and even introduced me to some items I didn't know about and I bought that too. He was very patient and helpful. Can't wait to receive the products and start using them.

This my first purchase from Go Keyless. I am not a locksmith and had some questions and concerns upon the delivery of the lock ordered. The customer service agent, manager and Zack from returns bent over backwards to ease my concerns and make the transaction complete and fair.
I can not expect any vendor to provide more understanding and response than I received from Go Keyless.
I would recommend GoKeyless for your security needs without reservation!

I fought and fought for hours trying to get my coded key lock to work, including calling the manufacturer. Finally, I called GoKeyless, which is where we had originally bought the lock from. I wish I'd thought to do it sooner. Matt was easy going, patient, and thorough. We had the lock issues figured out within 35 minutes. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I made a small purchase in October but the time and patience and dignity afforded me by Small Business Rep. Donald K. Made me feel like my transaction was as important to them as it was important to me. It was a good feeling to be treated as an adult and with respect. And they had no quota on stupid questions. This is why I am surprised by some of the lower ratings. If we have another need we will certainly look forward to working with Gokeyless and Donald K. Again!

I googled the kind of keypad lock that I wanted and found GoKeyless. When I called, Lance was incredibly knowledgeable and helped my contractor and I make some different (better) decisions. He was patient and easy to work with. The price that my local locksmith quoted me for the exact same lock was more than double the price at GoKeyless. I was so happy with the experience that I bought a keypad entry for my individual apartment door in addition to the three exterior doors to the building.

I never write reviews but have been so disappointed in my customer experience with GoKeyless, I feel the obligation to warn others. Great prices, sales and tech representatives are friendly, but their response time and ability to help troubleshoot problems is very unprofessional. I'm now 7 weeks into a lock install with faulty products. My lock still isn't working as I type this due to faulty parts.

Go anywhere but GoKeyless. It's been a truly awful and costly experience. I'm on the verge of calling it quits on this system I ordered from them and will be out $2200 in install payments for the locksmith.

After adding 50 sequential cards to the Trilogy lock, the following morning was receiving notice that none of the previous proxy cards were working. After several failed attempts at self fixes, I called GoKeyless and purchased phone support.
Tom Johnson with GoKeyless called later in the day, diagnosed the issues after patiently listening how I had DL Windows and user information entered. After only 24 minutes Tom had provided the fix to restore the lock functions and my sanity. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend, especially for anyone not completely familiar with programing software.

It's rare that I have the time to write reviews, but when the company in question goes above and beyond, it's a must. I had the pleasure to work with Adam Miller with regard to our original purchase. I'm not too savvy in the tech department, but Adam was patient, knowledgeable, and spoke with clarity. I had many questions, and because I ran out of them, I placed our order. I'm grateful to Adam for his help.

I'd like to give a shout-out to John (last name UNK) in Customer Service as well; I had after-purchase questions... his solution was simple and satisfied our needs!

The locks are very high quality. The installation took about 30 minutes, and we were able to use them today (day after install) when an employee couldn't get her regular key to work. It was simple.

We're thrilled on all levels, and will not only keep them on file for future use, but will happily refer this company to others... thank you!

Our story began…
On just an average day when our co-founder, Josh Stamps, made a quick trip to the grocery store on the way home from work. Eager to be home, one arm with groceries, the other with a briefcase, he walked towards the front door. Then he faced a challenge we all have experienced, the inevitable need to retrieve your house key. The fumble began, and for a moment, it seemed he could recover until….the groceries came crashing down to the ground as he quite literally spilled the milk.

“Why can’t there be a better way?!”
