I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi
After recently needing to source parts out of the US for shipment to Canada on major construction projects. Not only does GOKEYLESS have almost every product we need, but it has a great sales and service department. A Gentleman named STEPHEN HAYNES more than helped me get my product shipped on time with ease. He was happy to help and supply accurate product information in a friendly yet quick process. Most suppliers i reached out to did not have this level of competence or support.
Since this interaction ive added them as one of main suppliers from the US. thank you to the whole team and Stephen at GO keyless.

Worked with both Matt and Skip in technical support. Matt setup the initial database and communication was fast and efficient. The amount of support information supplied with this purchase was great as well. Skip called me back when I was initially setting up the lock and remoted in to assist with programming software setup and database programming. I highly recommend going through these guys just from the great support aspect! Thanks guys.

We have owned our key code locks for 3 years now and Trevor Wragg is amazing. Friendly, patient and thorough.
I recently called because I was having trouble updating a new code for our locks. I was a little worried because Thylaar told me Trevor had been promoted and was no longer in tech support. Thylaar was awesome! Patient and friendly, Thylaar helped my assistant and I through the whole process. Our Preschool children and parents thank you for "helping us stay safe"

I paid for second day am extra of 176$ its passed 3 days already and nothing. When i contact custumer service they claim thats nothing by thier fault keep lying about shippment and let me think im stupid dont know how to count to two! I placed the order on sat was supposed to get it max by tue AM! No one took responsibility for thier mistake and keep telling the same lies again and again. All i asked is to get the shippment cost refounded cause why i need to pay 176$ for second day if its coming two days after? And all i got its an answer that they going to cancel my order.
Don't do business with them if you guys want to stay happy. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Received a referral for this company and very happy with the process, so far. Don Kleiner was super helpful and humanized the experience by listening and understanding what we needed in a keypad lock. He was friendly, professional and definitely knew his product.

I have dealt with gokeyless for the past few months and each time it has been a great experience for me. I have told KABA to put gokeyless at the top of their list for vendors. The vendor I originally purchased my keyless system has been totally useless and unprofessional.

GoKeyless sold us a product, sent us the wrong product, then we could not get a hold of anyone by phone nor by email. Finally got a person and they sent us new locks and a RMA to send others back. We ended up sending 5 out of 8 locks back and don't want the 3 we have. They then charged us a restocking fee and won't take the other locks back. Only two work and only one out of the 2 is the correct product. Our sales person Craig Auberger never called us back after you leave them messages (Craig Auberger). The whole thing has been a nightmare from the get go. Would never do business with them again and our little adventure still isn't resolve it's bee almost a year now.

Make sure you know what your buying and only buy 1 to try out to make sure it's right

I purchased a lock from them and had problems with the lock. The office manager was very rude and wanted me to do their work for them with the manufacturer. I checked their BBB and found that they have had 3 complaints in the last 6 months. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

We love our new keypad. Our assistant is able to focus on her work instead of the buzzer. Thylar with Tech Support was with us all the way. The lock was easy to install as well as the software. Would definitely refer to others.

I had overnighted a part that we desperately needed but when it arrived, it was the incorrect part... when I called, I was able to speak with Zach Tracey and without even having to request overnight shipping OR asking to have the additional overnight charges waived, he offered all of that up-front and personally inspected the part to ensure that it was the correct one. This was my first time using Go Keyless and with their awesome customer service, I will definitely use this company again in the future.

We have 4 programmable locks that we have purchased from Gokeyless over the past 10 Years. I have always struggled with the software and programming the locks correctly. Recently I contacted tech support and spoke with a gentlemen named Matt. He setup a conference call with me for a couple days later to assist me with the locks. Our call was yesterday and he spent an hour helping and teaching me how to use the software and program the locks. He also downloaded new software for me. I could not have asked for anything more, he was excellent. He was extremely kind and very knowledgable. I am very grateful. Thank you.

We are a small housing authority and converted recently to go Keyless in our common areas. In mainly servicing the elderly and disabled, it went over well and has proved easy to adapt to. I wish you could run report's without having to actually go to key, wish it was a wireless system. Thylaar was great in assisting over the phone with great customer service.
