“I needed a few cards and they had a good price”

I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi

I was having trouble with the programming of a new key-less lock called tech support and received a call back within an hour. The tech was knowledgeable, patient and stuck with a difficult problem till was solved. Your the man Skip!

While I was completely overwhelmed with the process at the beginning, my tech support call that helped me set up the whole system was phenomenal. It was quick, and I am all set with our new locks at our country club!

GoKeyless will send you an excel to complete and they will do the programming for you to just download... that is awesome! Skip in tech support was super sweet and helpful... thank you Skip (you rock)!

This is a great company, we have purchased several locks from them. We also purchased other items to go with locks and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. I talked with a Tom Johnson for the tech support and he is always calm and patient and gets me through whatever I need help with. Always a pleasure to talk with.

We purchased a new Key Fob Lock, and the products were very high quality. The best part was the actual call in service we received regarding the installation of software, and the programming of the unit.
Matt was exceptional! Knew the product inside and out!

We ordered 2 cabinet locks from another company online (WRONG PRODUCT). James took the time to help us identify the problem we had and point us in the right direction. Thank you James for the help and the speed in which you sent over photos and brochures so I can present to our board. Will definitely be back for all my lock needs!

Go Keyless is a wonderful company! I spoke to their representative, Matt, and he was super helpful, kind, patient, and took the time to help me understand the lock options. I would highly recommend Matt and Go Keyless to everyone.

Ordered a Schlage handle set With electronic deadbolt last night. Got a call this am about a 2 week back order on 1/2 the order. A Real person called and asked if he could ship it in 2 packages. I was super impressed with the call and info. Their site is great and easy to shop I plan to do more business again thx to their response!

Mike Walker helped us with the locks for our new business location. We initially selected the wrong lock and Mike helped us to expedite the return and re-selection of the correct locks. He was also able to provide us with the spec sheets for the locks, program them for us, and get them shipped right away! Thank GoKeyless!

I had some technical questions regarding the CompX elock which were quickly answered by my CSA Nate Doman. He provided me with two quick quotations and we're on our way to evaluating these to secure some freezers and refrigerators. Website is helpful in explaining right hand/left hand to get the proper lock orientation.

I had ordered locks through the website that were inadvertently the wrong locks. Adam Miller worked with me through the chat system and then contacted me directly to assist in the return of the locks and identifying the correct locks needed. He was great with follow-up to make sure that all our needs were met. He was was very knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction.

I ordered a cord for our key system and received the wrong one. I called and spoke with Zach. He was able to overnight the correct cord to me and send a return shipping label for the wrong cord. He provided a very quick solution for us!

I ordered a simplex 900 series lock from GoKeyless. I ordered the wrong lock and it was absolutely my fault. I went through the exchange process was able to fix my error and get the correct lock. Their customer service was exemplary. The help provided by their staff assisted me in fixing the issue and getting the correct lock sent to me. The way they assisted me is the reason I highly recommend this company. A lot of companies sell locks but when there is a problem, it is the way they respond that will keep you as a customer. This company will keep me as a customer for life.

Everything was going well, I was even given a 5% discount code, When I tried to apply the discount code it didn't work. I spoke with the online operator, they said to process payment anyway and that they would catch the error and fix it... it didn't get fixed.

I have had multiple issues with my lock in the last year since I have bought it. The problem with their customer service is that they are not readily available. You always have to leave a message. I own a rental property and need someone to answer the phone while I am at the property. It does me no good for them to return the call if I am not at the location when they call back. They are also only available week days 9-5 and not on weekends. Many of the products they sell are not their products. They resell behome247 products. I have been waiting for a fix for a software issue for 2 weeks and still no resolution.

I have dealt with Craig Grisez every time that I order keyless entries. Craig and the GoKeyless staff are outstanding to work with. That make everything very simple and are SUPER fast in sending a confirmation email, emailing receipts and they ship it out usually within 24 hours. They are awesome!

I ordered 2 Simplex 900 dead bolt locks to install on our ski school entry doors. The locks were easy to recode from the factory setting to our own combination. These locks replace two other Simplex 900 locks that have with stood approximately 25-30+ years of continual use and mountain environment. We have been extremely happy with the simplicity of use and the durability of these locks.

I would like to take a minute to tell you how incredible my Gokeyless lock repair session went with Skip. He has great communication skills, as well as his technical skills. Together, working remotely, he/we were able to fix my lock data base/ profile and also I learned several new uses for my lock system. I believe that, as in the past, I have had quality help from Gokeyless lock tech support and now I can add Skip Graham to my list of very helpful and knowledgeable people at Gokeyless. I use the trilogy lock system. Thank you Skip Graham and Gokeyless for the fine job you are doing in selling and supporting this product, and other products I am sure.

Our story began…
On just an average day when our co-founder, Josh Stamps, made a quick trip to the grocery store on the way home from work. Eager to be home, one arm with groceries, the other with a briefcase, he walked towards the front door. Then he faced a challenge we all have experienced, the inevitable need to retrieve your house key. The fumble began, and for a moment, it seemed he could recover until….the groceries came crashing down to the ground as he quite literally spilled the milk.

“Why can’t there be a better way?!”

This universal problem left him asking exactly that. It then sparked an idea that couldn’t be stopped. One event led to a revolution that spread throughout the world. Eighteen years later and over 5 million locks sold proves that keys are a problem and we have the solution!
