My company have been using GoKeyless since they opened and I have been using it for the pass 2 years since I joined the team. Thylaar helped me tremendously getting me on board with the program and getting our new offices set up. We've grown quickly and so has GoKeyless. Skip is our new go to tech and he is as great as Thylaar - always fast, efficient and helpful. Skip knows the program very well. He listened to what we need and found the best of the best for a smooth transition with all existing and new offices. It is wonderful to know you can always go to him for support. We bought the 2835DC locks to put on 3 different gates that were commissioned by our client, a high traffic condo on the beach. We have had several complaints since including the lock coming unengaged, the "y" button simply opening the gate, and any variation of the 4 digit code works. We have attempted to contact the company several times and are constantly told that is how the lock works (really?) or we are referred back to the manufacturer, who sends us back here. This is completely unacceptable for a lock that costs 242.86. Our ultimate concern is safety at this point and with children in and out of the area and the gate open because the lock doesn't work, they are absolutely not doing their job. Please don't invest your money here as they are unresponsive when assistance is needed and the quality of the lock being so poor.
I was in a bind and needed to get some keyless keypads in a hurry. I found what I needed on the website but needed to check stock & verify lead time. I called the number from the website & spoke with Mike Walker. Understand this was at 4PM on a Friday afternoon. I purchased 4 Kaba e-plex 5600 series lock from gokeyless and met with Rob Faulconer - Sale Manager. His service and support is really excellence and professional. I was happy to do business with him and surely, in the future, too.
I bought a condo that had an existing Oracode lock on it and I needed to transfer it to my name / account. That required the company to send me a device to reprogram my lock. I got in touch with Jordan Hart at GoKeyless customer service and he was VERY helpful. The device was sent next day air and Jordan helped us through the process over the phone which went very smooth. He included a return mailer which was nice and also helped me set up my on line account for creating new door codes as needed.
We reached out to Steven, per a recommendation of a GoKeyless associate, to resolve a repeated mishandling of an order we placed by a prior employee. The 1st time, the order was never placed. We understand this past employee never forwarded our current tax exempt form to accounting, even though it had been promptly sent over. We therefore placed the order a 2nd time and again never received a shipment. Once more we contacted them again only to find out THIS order had been cancelled and mistakenly refunded. This was our 3rd attempt to resolve this before moving our accounts over to another supplier. Steven promptly contacted us, took the necessary information once more and seamlessly placed the order. For those that really dropped the ball on what should have been an easy, straightforward transaction, Steven picked up the slack. Thank you Steven!
I ordered the wrong item and was given a RMA No. To return the item. I returned the item with the RMA on the address label, as required, but never received my refund. As a result of their lack of response, I can not recommend Gokeyless.com.

I ordered 2 of the same locks that come with a biometric fingerprint reader. I had one installed on one of our office doors but the other lock was delayed installing for about 5 months. When we finally went to install it, the lock in the box was not the one we ordered even though the picture on the box was the correct one. So I called GoKeyless and they said they need to conifrm if they could take it back since it was ordered 5 months prior. Ultimately they sent me a return postage label to send it back to them and they shipped me out the correct lock. Thanks for stepping up.
I have been an Apple Tech Support guy for over 30 years, so I have been talking to support reps from all different kinds of companies.
I am proud to say that Tyler at GoKeyless is one of the very best Support Agents I have worked with. He walked me through some of the toughest issues I had with DL-Windows V5 software. He made setting up my locks work like a charm. If you are buying new locks for your building buy them from GoKeyless and talk to Tyler in support he will have you up and running in no time at all!
A gentleman by the name of Ron Dillow took my call. I frantically explained to Ron that I was looking for the Schlage thick door extension kits needed for the handle and deadbolt hardware that currently did not fit my new 2 1/4" front door. I let Ron know that if they had the items in stock - I was willing to pay to have them shipped overnight because I currently was having to nail my door shut! Not only did Ron check their inventory, but when he saw that the inventory only showed a quantity of "1" in stock, he took the initiative to place me on hold and actually walked out to the warehouse to confirm the item was actually there so I could be certain I would receive everything the next day. This level of service was by far superior to the phone call experiences I had earlier the same day with the big box stores whose staff placed me on hold and just left me there.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from

It seems that your issue may surround mechanical and hardware failure that is completely backed by the manufacturer directly.
