I needed a few cards and they had a good price. I order 10 and when shown the shipping options is says $0.00 for 3-5 day delivery and it is selected. Since I am in no rush I accept it and move on. I supply my credit card, and stupidly click through the last review page. I say stupidly because a $20 order now has a $27 shipping charge that I never selected. Oops, too late. Had I seen that I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere. -Rudi
I've had Gokeyless for a few years now, on several of my properites and I absolutely love it! Anytime I have an issue they are here to help the entire way. My locks keep locking my residents out and I couldnt figure out why. So, I called, set up an appointment and Skip called me and fixed it all! Thank you so much Skip! I was almost to the point of pulling out my hair so thank you for saving, not only my keyless locks buy also my curly locks! If you haven't purchased them, your missing out on an incredible system!

We like the original lock RTS-Z-EX V8. 2. 11 so much that we purchased 3 more. The tech support staff was excellent. The installation was done by one of our staff members in one day. We will be adding more of these locks to our facility.

Arrived at the site looking for a keyless solution for an office in NYC, and after chatting with Donald, him going above and beyond to check for stock at the warehouse, we settled on a Schlage keyless lock with key fobs. Super knowledgable, super friendly, and I'll be reaching out to him when we need to grab more of these.

Initially called with a question about the schedule feature, question was answered and follow up phone call was scheduled to answer any other questions and walk me through the program. On the follow up we shared screen and both of my major questions were answered. Tyler helped me on both occasions and seemed very knowledgeable with the software.

Great lock & software, but when windows updated, the software could no longer find the SQL database. After emailed suggestions failed, Matt scheduled a time with me for remoting into my computers & solving the problem. Great support, once I was able to get them on the phone. I do wish the software included a parameter for what date period our access cards are usable, so that I wouldn't need to manually enable & disable them. Some of our users only need access during the summer, for instance, & it would be nice if I could enable the lock to deny access to some cards outside of those dates. As for the customer support though, great service Matt, thanks.

Patrick Brunsman is a special kind of customer service guy. The site shows UPS as only shipper and I said we don't have it up here and USPS is much cheaper. He says hold on a minute and comes back and says they would be glad to send it USPS for me. I was very excited as you cannot get Amazon to mail these things to you at all. We have a Kaba Simplex 5000 with nob handle on our outdoor gate. We tried to change the combination recently and discovered the lock was malfunctioning. After speaking with Kaba they deemed the lock faulty. Lucky for me Zach Tracey from GoKeyless made it easy. A new lock is on the way and Zach sent a return label so I can ship back our current lock when the new one arrives. One thing to note is you do need to pay for the new lock and you'll be refunded for the old one after you ship it back. I'm just glad the process was fairly simple and that I'll be getting a new lock soon! Thanks Zach!

I had a need for a key less entry lock handle for an outside entry door that would be durable and support 10 Plus users. The first lock I choose was a $500 plus dollar lock that would have required a $499 dollar software package to support. Craig Grisez steeped in and asked what my needs were. He immediately responded with the perfect option the was $200 plus dollars less expensive and explained that it was all I would need. That's customer service at it's finest!

Through no fault of theirs, the product I received was defective. After multiple attempts to get the manufacturer to honor their warranty, Tom at GoKeyless stepped in and made it right with no hassle and at GoKeyless' expense.
