They only gave me an $85 dollar refund even though i returned over $400 worth of merchandise. Absolutely ridiculous.
I eventually got all the stuff I ordered but it took almost a month because it comes from Hong Kong and was broken up into 2 packages even though I only got one tracking number. Low quality clothes for the price and sizing is weird. A lot of stuff is one size only. Returning things was a hassle as I had to go through a request form which they only processed after I emailed them about it. Only some things were refunded and I was given store credit for others.
I purchased the Retta sweater last week and i got them today. They used Fedex express delivery to deliver my sweater. Just so comfy and so cute!

I ordered over $300 worth of clothes and a pair of boots. 2 of the sweaters are sized as one size fits all and they fit like a size small
I am a size 8 any time of day or night and these were very tight and fit my size 0-2 daughter. I sized up in their OTK boots to a size 9 and they were still tight and fit like a 7 1/2. I usually wear an 8 1/2. ( also these expensive boots arrived wrapped in plastic) YIKES.
I purchased another sweater that is supposed to tie in the back and the tag is in the front and the sweater is as small as an xs in express sizing. THE QUALITY OF THESE ITEMS REMINDS ME OF WALMART-- I wasted so much time and money and energy ordering from this company and now have to send it ALL back. I hope that I get my money REFUNDED Sizing sux from this company. (If you are a size 0-4 then everything probably fits ok but anything bigger and you will be disappointed. Quality sux from this company. Save yourself a headache and do not order from this company. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

It all started when my boyfriend ordered a pair of OTK boots for me for Christmas 2018. He ordered these boots in early November and I did not get my boots on Christmas. I got my boots a couple days after New Years Day. I was so excited that they finally came in but then I tried to put them on. I couldn't even get the boots on because they are made for people with anorexic calves! Needless to say, I returned them. My boyfriend expected a refund for boots that would not fit me (which were $130 by the way). After going back and forth with the company, they charged my boyfriend $20 to ship the boots back AND refused to refund him anything. Instead, they issued him an electronic gift card with the $130. I didn't want his money to go to waste so I went ahead and ordered 4 sweaters (hoping to God they would fit okay). I placed my order on January 20,2019. I did not receive my package until the beginning of March. They didn't even provide me tracking information to track my package throughout the whole month and a half? When I finally received my package, I only had three of my four items. On my order receipt, OOS' was written next to one of the items. I was furious at this point. Not only did it take this long to get my package, but they didn't even have the decency to email me and inform me that one of the sweaters was out of stock or even ask me to substitute it out for something else BEFORE they shipped it to me! They then said that my gift card would get refunded the amount of the sweater that I did not receive. When I asked them to send me this gift card, they said that it had already been used! Um no? You just refunded me this amount, why wouldn't there be anything on it?... Please reconsider when ordering from this company. There are so many other online stores with much better customer service, shorter shipping times, better refund policies, etc. Do not waste your time and/or money on this company, as it is over-priced anyways. Long story, I first made an ordered that was supposed to be free express shipping with 3 days. The label was created but the packaged never get dropped at DHL. Contact Goodnight Macaroon (GM) customer service, did not get a reply until 3 days later. The packaged finally arrived after 2 weeks.
Total order were 4 sweaters included: 3 were extremely big, one was broken.
Now, 3 sweaters that I ordered was extremely big, completely different measurement compare to the website. I contacted them and ask for the refund. They agreed to make a refund to my original payment only for the 2 they think they're significantly different measurement. The other one, compare to the website, the length matches so they only agree to refund with store credit. (Who would be so stupid thatjust measure a sweater by the length).
I still agreed and send my 3 items back, hoping 2 items - and the 1 broken sweaters will be back to my original payment, 1 will be in store credit plus $16 return shipping fee, that they AGREED to put it back in the store credit for me.
5 days after the return packaged arrived at their location, they send me an email with an electronic gift card of 3 items I sent back. DID NOT REFUND the broken sweaters or the return shipping fee as they agreed. No proper return confirmation email was sent.
I was angry, I emailed them, did not get a response, I direct messaged them on IG, did not get a response, I commented to their IG photos telling my story and tagged their influencers in. I was able to talk to some of their influencers and share with them the story. Non of them know how bad GM treat their customers.
Finally, I got an email back, saying 3 items - and 1 broken sweater back to my original payment. And 1 sweater + return shipping fee of total $44 to a gift card. WITHOUT saying sorry.
2 days after they issue a gift card of $44, they generate a new e-gift card with the total of $27, which they minus the return shipping out.
WHAT THE HECK? I have never gone online and wrote a long review, I don't think anyone have experience the worst online shopping like I did. DONT BUY FROM THESE CHINSE PEOPLE. ROBBERY.
I will keep this short and to the point because I am so annoyed I could rant for hours.
I ordered a sweater from their "valentines" collection page for Valentine's Day with over 3 weeks until February 14th. A few days after I placed the order, I realized I never received any info on shipping so I visited the page again with my confirmation number for the order to see if I could find a way to track my package. This is when I see a new banner flashing across the top of the page with the words "special shipping in February, click for details". Upon clicking I find out that orders placed on or before a date in January won't be fulfilled until FEBRUARY 12. This information was never relayed to me at the time of purchase nor was it available on the site page when I ordered. I email the customer service and leave a review on their page on the sweater.
About a week later on February 3rd, I receive an email that my order has shipped, yay! **I might actually recieve my sweater in time for the holiday I intended to wear it on!** well let me just tell you, for the last 9 days I have clicked on the tracking number which has taken me to a page informing me my package isn't in the system yet. Finally I email customer service AGAIN to recieve a poorly worded email back letting me know my product will be back in stock on FEBRUARY 15th and sent out as soon as possible after they receive it!
Do not advertise "Valentine's Day" products if this is an impossible promise to fulfill to your paying customers. So excited to receive my $50 bright red heart sweater 10 days after Valentine's Day from Hong Kong, guess I'll maybe get it in time to wear it for St. Patty's day? DONT SHOP HERE.

Answer: Took prob 4 weeks and was not worth the wait, the clothes were awful. I felt like a fool trying them on, like I was totally swindled and then lost more money returning them and they never refunded me. Just don't do it.
Answer: Sizing was wayyyy off the dress would fit a child and it was suppose to be a women's medium.
