“GREAT”

Big semi-easy saving at C.V.S. Massachusetts locations. Sometimes the cashier acts like it is bothersome to lower the insurance cost to the NICE Goodrx price. I Think this "coupon shamming" is taught to them through corporate culture. Maybe they drank the (C.V.S.) koolaide. But you have to stand your ground so they lower the cost.

This is the sh1ttiest telehealth someone could ever receive. I contact Goodrx care to get a simple refill for a topical clindamycin solution I use for my HS. IM ACTIVELY FLARING. I have already been diagnosed by a derm so I thought like any rational being would that I should just set up a consultation for prescription refill. I pad for the gold membership to get the 19.99 consult and waited for around 3 hours for a reply. After waiting all that time the nurse replied stating that they don't prescribe refills for antibiotics for HS which would only make sense if I was filling an ORAL prescription. MY REQUEST WAS FOR TOPICAL TREATMENT. I replied to the nurse and asked why. I asked or clarification hoping someone would work with me about how to best handle the situation. Instead I got ignored and was told to start general visit for consultation. I was assured by the phone rep. That I could get my fill through the general visit. I tried again on Saturday afternoon. So far now I've been charged twice for consult. I did not get reply from a nurse until 24 HOURS LATER asking me if I was told to start a consult under general visit instead of Acne treatment. HS IS LITERALLY CALLED ACNE IN VERSA and yet they cancelled my visit after I've already attempted for 36 hours to get a prescription fill. Even though I selected GENERAL VISIT, their system routed me to Acne consult and that's somehow my fault. I contacted good rx again and the rep told me she would escalate the issue to a doctor for a second look. I literally get a message from them restating that I should've done a general visit and to try again but choose a more "vague" symptom for the system to route me to right place. SYMPTOMS ARE VAGUE. That's what the f*xck a symptom is. Goodrx is hot fxcking garbage. How are you holding a customer responsible for the system YOU put in place and then keep suggesting that they get charged 3 times in a row when you could just HELP THEM. Or at least, instead of cancelling their visits after making them wait days for a reply, create a system where they can be routed to he correct place and receive treatment? It doesn't matter if the refund is coming back in 10-15 days. What if that's my last 60 dollars for the week? The complete negligence and lack of care Goodrx showed, I will never use them again. Absolutely fxcking disgusting and disrespectful. Just so y'all can get kickbacks for referrals. I hope you ROT.

My insurance company decided this year that they would no longer pay for my Fioricet which I take for migraine headaches. I have been taking this medication for a long time and it works well for me. I do not abuse it as 30 tabs last me over a year, but I guess the insurance company wants me to waste my time going through a trial and error of new drugs to see what cheaper medications will work for me. Not going to risk possible side effects of a new drug. Took the prescription and Good RX coupon to CVS and they took it without question. Cost was 16.95 which would have been around 35.00 without the coupon. Not a scam! Thanks GoodRx.

My agent Michael was the absolute best. My pharmacy overcharged me and used the wrong coupon. I called GoodRx and got Michael, very patient, professional and understanding. He called my pharmacy and made sure the error was corrected. He then called me back (as he promised) and gave me pointers on how to prevent being overcharged. Best customer service ever, thank you Michael!

I've used GoodRx about 18 times now and it's always worked great! I just print the coupon on my printer and take it to WalMart, Target, CVS, or Kroger (depending on who's the cheapest). I've never had a problem. One prescription I filled (90-day supply) was $470 and I got it through GoodRx for only $180! I love GoodRx!

I looked up reviews of goodrx before trying them out, and wanted to post a review after trying them yesterday. I ended up signing up for gold since I'm between insurance for a few months and it looked like better discounts. The rep at Jewel-Osco knew what it was and they had no problem setting me up. I got a one month supply of generics - wellbutrin and zoloft for $25! (I'd priced them out on walgreens website and they would've been about $150 out of pocket). Highly recommend the gold, and going with one of the pharmacies they list.

A couple weeks ago I left goodrx a bad review. I decided to try them one more time. I had an Rx for 90 Ambien 1 MG. Goodrx showed a price of $9.92 at my local walgreens drug store.

I printed the coupon and headed to Walgreens. Sure enough I got them for $9.92 just like goodrx was showing. The pharmacist punched in the information and he said "Wow that is quite a discount!" The cash price without goodrx was $130.00
My previous problem with goodrx was at WALMART! Perhaps walmart was the problem.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with goodrx and highly recommend it.

Tip for consumers:
If one store doesn't honor the card price like they are supposed to try a different retailer next time.

The coupon said it was an estimated price of $37 and change, I paid $47 and change. The pharmacist said he hated those coupons and had to try it 3 times before it went through BUT considering I had paid! $445.00! The month before for the same script, I'm thrilled. Still can't believe it.

Went to rite aid to fill a prescription with a goodrx coupon. Coupon said prescription would be around $135. Actual cost to fill was over $400. How is any company allowed to give people who can't afford their prescriptions false hope that they'll be able to afford a prescription?

I paid $12 on a perscription with a coupon through this site that my insurance was going to charge me $28 to fill. I called the pharmacy to confirm the legitimacy and the transaction went through great. This is definitely a good resource to have on hand when paying for drugs out of pocket.

I have successfully used GoodRX for several years. This year my pharmacy says Goodrx has a 91 day fill limit at the pharmacy on my benazapril. The coupon indicates it is for 360 day supply, which is how I always fill my maintenance drugs.

When calling GoidRX customer service number, I get sent to "special offers" that sound exactly like the telemarketing calls we all try to avoid. You know the ones: Free $100 Walmart gift card. Special pricing on travel. I tried 4 times and never got close to anyone who resembled a human customer service representative. I will NEVER use GoodRX again. There are too many legitimate discount cards out there to put up with this garbage. I am very disappointed in GoodRX.

Dr. wrote a prescription not covered by insurance, so I googled it to get the best price. GoodRX offered a coupon, so called ahead to find out if the pharmacy accepted it. I was told they did. I also called a second pharmacy to find out how much the prescription would cost if I just walked in off the street with no coupon whatsoever. Bottom line, when I tried to fill the prescription using the coupon, the price I was asked to pay was THE SAME AS the price I had been quoted as the "regular/normal" cash price. Thinking the problem was with that particular pharmacy, I went to a second pharmacy and tried to use the coupon. Both places were asking the same price. I then called GoodRX, and their automated recording says that whatever price the pharmacy is charging is the correct price! They must get a lot of calls like mine. What a joke. Either a coupon is valid or it isn't. By any measure I can think of, this is called false advertising. Don't waste your time.

Walgreens in Alachua, FL refused to accept coupon for a hydrocortisone cream. Said it was below what it costs them. Tried CVS in High Springs, FL. Was told they would accept. Had doctor send prescription to CVS. When talked to them, said could not accept coupon. After calling GoodRX and complaining, I called CVS back and put pressure on them. After some consultation with the pharmacist, they came back bright and cheery and said they would accept coupon. My take on all this... be persistant. Make sure you have a card from GoodRX with group and membership numbers. Go in to pharmacy in person. Have pharmacy call GoodRX.

Just wanted to say this company is legit. I refilled my prescription on Walmart's website and it came to $59.99. I called and spoke to the pharmacist and was advised that my insurance Express Scripts wouldn't cover a 30 day supply. I was mildly irritated but I didn't make a big deal about it. When I got to the pharmacy and was ready to pay the cashier asked me to wait a minute and went to another register, punched in some info came back and told me he applied a coupon and my cost would be $21.19. I just assumed it was a Walmart discount and I was so happy I didn't ask any questions. When I got home and looked at the receipt it showed the Good Rx coupon was used. So I just wanted to say thanks for saving me $38.80

I've been having extreme nausea and vomiting during my pregnancy, but my insurance doesn't cover any of the medications for it. I finally decided to pay out of pocket after a trip to the ER for dehydration, but I decided to check GoodRX before going to the pharmacy. I called Walmart (figuring they'd be cheapest out of pocket) and they told me the price was $95. I looked online and the price with a GoodRX coupon was $25. That seemed way too good to be true, but I figured how could it hurt to print it out and take it in. To be honest, I was sure that when I got to Walmart they were going to laugh me out of the place, but nope, they put in the coupon and my total was reduced from $95 to $25. Easiest money I've ever saved. I will definitely be using this service again. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Now I don't have to feel guilty every time I need to take the medication. You've really made my life so much better.

I've been using Good Rx with good results for months. Today I pulled up the coupon and it showed my RX was $19.59 at my pharmacy. The pharmacy put the info in and it was $26.02. They verified the name/dosage/quantity were correct in the coupon. They then said this has been happening a lot lately. I called Good RX and they pulled the RX and my pharmacy up and said it showed too be $25.42.

This is ridiculous. I'll stick with Blink

More than 3 million people use GoodRx to save on their prescriptions every month. In our experience, SiteJabber attracts the very, very few people who like to write negative reviews and, more importantly, these reviewers never respond when we attempt to help them resolve their issues (which we can!). So... we don't respond to comments here any more. Please email info@goodrx.com if you'd like help. Thanks.

Verified purchase

I paid for a visit with GoodRX Care and explained my situation. The doctor rushed through the visit and I did not get the correct medication. When I wrote back I got multiple different nurse practitioners responding to me telling me to pay for a new visit to get the correct medication. Excuse me... This was a error on their end! Then they told me all this stuff to buy and I kept informing them I am allergic to it but they kept telling me to buy and use it. This was a complete joke! I used telehealth.com and was able to get exactly what I needed, no issues. Avoid GoodRX Care by all means!

Quantity 120 of levetiracetam 750mg was $170 cash. Sam's Advantage Plus membership discount was $102.

GoodRx website said I would pay $20. However, the actual price I paid at the counter was $39. (The pharmacy tech told me that GoodRx coupon doesn't always show the GoodRx quoted price.) Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

But it did work and I saved a lot of money!

My wife has non-small cell, non-smoking lung cancer. We purchased her first script for a little less than $500 at a Safeway (very rude) in Fairfax Va near Centreville. She is at a refill point and now the cost at the Saeway is over a 1000% increase. For the past week the cost at Giant has been a little less than $500. I'm guessing our inquiries have made that cost increase over 1000%. Bait & switch? It's like a drug dealer saying the first one is free--now we got you. So, my experience with Goodrx is pretty rotten.

It's finding free money. I was prepared to pay over $50 to $60 for a month's supply. Using the coupon at my local CVS I paid less than $35 for the same amount. I received a 34% savings through very little effort. CVS took the GoodRX coupon no problem at all. Pharmacist entered the coupon into the system in a matter of seconds and done- savings. Now its in the system for the refills. It cost nothing to try this and I received the quoted amount on the website. I recommend you try this to save you money. Why not? It costs you nothing to try.

Yes, they did reach out. And LISTENED to me. I was impressed that Doug Hirsch, the CEO, took time to email and look into my situation. He offered me $20 in compensation--but I really only wanted $10--the amount that I actually spent over and above the coupon quote. And he promised to commend the customer rep that was so helpful. They did the right thing.

First time I tried it. Coupon was $18 for 30 days of generic Effexor ER. Got to the pharmacy (Target CVS) and they told me the GoodRX price was $55. Big difference--over 3 times higher. The pharmacist found me a cheaper price from another source. When I reported the difference to GoodRX, they confirmed that their coupon price was in error. They told me I could go back across town and probably get a refund for maybe $7. And for my time and gas expense--they offered me a $5 Amazon gift card. REALLY?
