Shoes are too heavy for walking. If you enjoy walking with boots with boot heels, otherwise forget this shoe. I've walked over 2000 miles in about 15 months with a pair of new balance shoes and they're still ok. I walked maybe 20 miles with the gdefy shoes and the glue is coming off and the leather is cracking. I've had them for 4 months. They are not worth half the price I paid for them. They were supposed to get in touch with me by email 2 weeks ago, but I have yet to hear from them. By the way, I paid $40 for the new balance shoes.
I selected the 30 day-trial, and I was charged full price immediately. I had the shoes for a week and had worse pain. I sent them back. I received an email saying the shoes were not in new condition and would not be refunded. DO NOT BUY! SCAM!
I ordered shoes from gdefy.com and was told I could trace the UPS shipping via their website. The shoes were actually shipped and billed by AROA marketing, no website listed, and when I phoned their number *******860) ("you have reached a number that is disconnected or is no longer in service"). Then I went back to gdefy.com and sent a "contact" email saying I could not find a way on their website to check on the UPS shipping to which they responded "Your request for assistance has been received. Case #551 - "Order" has been created for you. A member of our customer care team will respond to your case as soon as possible." That email was received last Saturday (9/19) and I have not heard from them yet.
This company lies through they're teeth. I ordered shoes and orthotic. The shoes hurt like hell and they sent me the wrong orthotics. Had to send them back and the correct ones were going to be EXPEDITED to me. Sent them back and still waiting for the correct ones. Was supposedly sent out on 9/1. USPS tracking shows not to be delivered until 9/14. Three business days was promised. Then there's the shoes. I was promised EXPEDITED service on those as well. I sent them out on 9/5 for an exchange. Still not shipped! They promise but never come through. Hope they show up here before I have to go out of town. To put it lightly, I'm pissed.
Amazing shoe. I have searched. Tried and purchased everything I had heard about to relieve Plantar Fascitis and heal Spurs. This is the one product that delivered percent! It is such a blessing not to be in constant foot pain and be able to be in my feet without an issue. Love the fact that there are many different styles.
I have been wearing gdefyer dress, casual and athletic shoes for several years and own no other brand. I have found them to be the most comfortable foorwear I have ever owned and the customer service is second to none. I can't believe the negative reviews on file. It sounds like these people are talking about a totally different product and service than what I have experienced.

If you place your order on line, what they fail to tell you is that they take the purchase price from your account immediately and then put a hold for the same amount from your
Checking account, When I placed my order they immediately took the purchase price from my account and then placed a hold amount of the same amount on my checking account, The hold has been on there for five days and still there. That is a sorry way to do business. When I called the company about this matter, the girl was very rude and said it automatically stays there for 3 days. Well it has been 5 days and they are still tying up my checking account!
I purchased 2 pairs of womens' shoes. The $35 pair fit fine but the $135 pair did not fit. Neither box contained the "promised" return label. I have called 3 times and emailed at least 4 pleading for the return label. I want my money back so I can shop for a different shoe. Guess I'll have to deal with my credit card people and go through the "FRAUD" process. These people do not know how to do business but, they do know how to keep your hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THIER SITE!
I have Lupus, 6 herniated discs for which I just had neck and back surgery. This spring I was having severe hip, knee, and foot pain on the left side. I was told I had bursitis. Despite my health issues and I am a workaholic (50- 70 hours per week) and exercise fanatic (at least an hour per day) which BTW I also advocate for if you have arthritis and other health issues like me. These shoes were a miracle worker for me. I wore them constantly the first two months and my hip, knee and foot pain disappeared. They also helped significantly with my lower back pain. Like I said I am on the go from the time I get up until I drop asleep in the evening. These shoes have really improved my quality of life. Definitely recommend.
On a walk wearing the gravity defyer sneaker, unbeknowest to me as I walked, the soul separated from the upper part of the sneaker and it wasnt until I took the sneaker off that I discovered the separation. The next day, and for 2 weeks now, I still can not walk as the injury to my knee prevents me from putting any serious weight on it. I looked up reviews and its a common problem. I think Ill contact a lawyer to find out my rights from this known defect to the company. Oh the sneakers are brand new and worn only a few times before this happened.
I used to be a devoted customer of Gravity Defyer, but not anymore. Earlier this year, I received an e-mail indicating an online sale and I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. When I received the shipment, I only received 2 pairs. I called Gravity Defyer to advise of their mistake and spoke with a very unpleasant employee who said that they would send me the shoes in a standard method, not expedited. When I had all 3 pairs, I unfortunately had to send one back, due to it being the wrong size. It has now been almost 2 months and I still do not have my shoes! I have called the customer service center multiple times and they have no answer as to why I have not received my shoes. The mangers at the company will not return messages or phone calls, which shows that they could care less. I will never shop with them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I purchased a pair of g defy because of some foot issues. For the money I paid so not worth it. I feel no difference and at the end of the day my feet hurt. The backs fold over worse than any other sneaker when trying to put my foot in them. I will continue to by my nike or other sneakers before ever buying another pair of the gdefy.
First of all the shoes are horrible and hard and stiff. They advertise no breaking in period and as soon as I put them on my plantar fasciitis flares up! I immediately sent them back for a refund and I still haven't received it nor have any of my emails been answered.
I purchased the gravity defeyer shoes on 10/30/21. I took them as my only pair of shoes on a cruise. The construction under the big toe broke down and I was walking on my toe which had surgery. The shoe structure disintegrated, I walked on my big toe very painfully and had to buy new shoes when we returned on 12/ 31/21. I have written 2G defy and emailed them with Proof of purchase and have at this time, 03/12/22, not heard a word from them.
I had pain at the ball of my foot and heal with my ankles starting to hurt. I purchased two pairs of shoes and three different insoles, even went to a massage therapist just to have myfeet massaged, with no relief. I came across Gravity Defyer ad and went ahead and bought a pair. They came with three inserts which is unusual. I would say they are good quality. I could feel relief just doing the three day break in. My first day wearing all-day my feet felt so much better but I found out the hard way they are extremely slick on ice. My other shoes were not as slick as these. After wearing a few days they became loose because the swelling went down in my feet from the pain relief. All in all I probably will be buying another pair.
The shoes were super painful. They fit lengthwise, but they have too much room in the top of the shoe where my foot slid around and caused much more stress on my feet, legs, back, and hips. I tried to reach the company, but they wouldn't answer my calls or respond to my emails until after the money back guarantee expired. When you call the company, the phone number you are calling from pulls up your account. As soon as the call was answered, I was hung up on. The emails where I asked a refund were not responded to until over a month after I requested the refund. This company is horrible. After I did get in touch with someone, they argued with me and said they escalated my call, but then came back on and said the managers were in a meeting and would call me back. I never received a call.
I ordered a pair of shoes. I did not get a tracking number. The shoes did not come. When I emailed and asked them where the shoes were and why I didn't get a tracking number they told me the shoes were delivered. I told them I had them delivered to a business that was always open. They told me they would get back to me and did not. That was $100 dollars down the drain.
If you read my previous comment you will understand why I continue to say that I am totally disappointed with this company. Plus I just received a reply to my comment from gravity deftest asking me to call their customer service and say that I spoke to the person who replied for them. I was offered if I call that I could receive a discount on another product. Why would I even consider another product and spend more Money with you when I expressed my displeasure and because no one replied in a timely manner I was unable to return the product and as previously stated I donated them. I purchased a pair of Extora II for myself and another for my daughter. She liked her pair, but I didn't like mine. I sent them back promptly, following the return instructions to the letter. They acknowledged that they received the return, but first tried to get me to take a different pair of shoes instead of a refund. Then they started making me give them all of the same information that I had given them before, probably hoping to weasel out of giving me my money back!
Answer: Send them back using their label or a FedEx or Ups label. But keep proof and request the delivery company to send you proof they received it. I still have not received acknowledgement, a refund, or responses to 2 emails to customer service.
