Walmart deliver service is an unorganized mess. I order 3 times and each no delivering. I call to see where my order was and was assured it would be delivered.The people could care less if you get your food no followed up or apology simple put They Suck!
I've used their delivery service quite often, and I don't think it's ever actually performed as they claim. Items are generally at least 3 days late, and my last order they lied about availability because nobody wanted to deliver a heavy item. After a week and a half they eventually canceled the order. Despite any savings on actual items purchased, the cost is far higher in the end because of the unreliability and dishonesty of this company. Time to pay more so I can actually get what I pay for I guess. See attached liar emails!
Great example of WM delivery services. Placed order for eve delivery. Order did not show up and status was changed to "delayed". They were kind enough to notify me 3 minutes before it was dropped on my porch, while raining, at 10:21am the following business day. I had to take off work to go home so my groceries did not sit in rain and then the 100+ degrees that followed. Then they offered me 5$ for their transgressions. I told them they could keep it.
Never will I buy from WM again. I have learned my lesson.
I was forced to click at least one star. Someone should fix that.
Baffled ex-customer.
I have been a Walmart+ customer for 1 year now. It was going well until the beginning of this year they started double charging me for all my orders and other charges that their customer service didn't know about coming from them started coming through on my credit card. The gas and regular shipped online orders are still fine, but I will not be using Walmart for any grocery purchases anymore.
I live outside Philadelphia by about an hour. I am in a fairly busy area and have excellent service from Walmart delivery. Every delivery driver is on time, gets all my items, and is very polite! Soo much better than Instacart. Also cheaper
Walmart Shipped wrong items had to return in store myself and then wait 5 days for money back on card. Re ordered call to make sure right items and still they messed up. Basically they're borrowing my money for a few days and wasting my time going in-store. Would buy if they actually carried product in-store. They are so worried about people stealing they make you order online. But the lack of leadership and value for employees causes these problems when being shipped.
Disgusting rotten carrots. Given to me via online pick up at walmart store pickup. This is walmarts way of getting rid of rotten or same day expiring foods. All my meats were same day expiring, very frowned upon. I hope i get sick so i can sue. Dont feed your kids this stuff who knows how else they handle things if that is what they do.
Placed a $841.96 pick up food order on the 13th. Only received a quarter of the order totalling $255.03... I immediately contacted the manager over the pick up department as well as store general manager, corporate, billing and engineering departments. Here we are 8 days later and everyone is still giving me the run around and no refund in sight. I literally just want to feed my kids...I have tried everything to get my money back with absolutely no luck. There has to be something I can do...
I swear, 3 out of 10 times does Walmart actually get my delivery right. Most times, they deliver to the wrong address because people don't read the street name and just look at the address number, so my other neighbor always gets my groceries. That's fair, I guess. But just earlier today I got someone else's order, and it looks like someone's kid isn't going to be having their birthday party because I got all the chips, soda, and plastic bowls and plates. Like, this is on both Walmart and the courier. Another example, every time I order strawberries, they are COVERED in fuzzy mold. Like, every time! Same with potatoes, they're always rotten in the bag. Last month, my order was nearly 5 hours late, and I had somewhere to be, which caused me to be late because I had to wait for my order to finally arrive. It's just ridiculous at this point. Their customer service is amazing and accommodating to me though, so for that I'll give them the extra star.
I placed an order for grocery delivery yesterday at 10 am. I received a message at 6:22 pm that it was delayed and they will let me know when the driver is on their way. I never heard anything again! Today, I requested to cancel the order from yesterday that was still pending with no notifications, and decided to attempt reordering at 10 am. The same. Exact. Thing. Happened. They do not answer their phones. The phone has been ringing for 5 minutes straight. Not to mention, they have cancelled my orders a couple times in the past with no reason why. I don't know why I even keep trying! Do not waste your time. More than upset.
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
