I ordered a 3 piece luggage for $255 and a single luggage was shipped to me instead. In addition, the luggage was suppose to be white, but it's got dirty marks on it already. I contacted customer service via e-mail. Even though I got a automatic response that a response will be provided within 1 day, it has been 4 days and I have yet to hear back.
I tried to use 2 different credit cards and got a whole bunch of errors. The first time I tried to order from them, they sold out of the item and then sent me an email saying - sorry! I am officially never shopping here again

I have been contemplating buying some different things from Ideeli.com but after reading all of the reviews I am definitely not going to spend my money on a product that I am not certain I will ever receive. I find it unacceptable to have that many customers unsatisfied with your business.

Didn't refund me for a vendor who screwed up. Won't be coming back. Bought a fishing trip and they had a bunch of additional fees and cost for my boyfriend and I. Would have been enjoyable without that.
I was expecting the worse after reading these reviews. However, my experience was positive. My email to customer service was responded to within 24 hrs and a UPS return label sent shortly after. Their instructions were clear and I'm expecting them to follow through on the promised refund. Thanks, ideeli!

Works like a porn site. You get everything for free as soon as they have your credit card details. Why would anyone give yet another possibly insecure web site, their credit card details? Maybe when Google takes it over and payment is by Paypal, it will be worth a look. Right now, just another porn style site that will probably lose your details and send you, once again, to your bank for a new credit card.
Everytime I think I've found a decent groupon I end up calling the business directly and am offered a similar or even better deal going on at the time. This website is closer to the supermarket ads than a discount service. They just parrot what is being offered. I can never even seem to get someone on the phone to ask about it either. Just a ridiculous service!
Crappy cheap products, crappy delivery time, crappy customer service! Never again, Living Social better products & got it 2 days after I ordered it. Very disappointed in Groupon... deleting the app from my phone!
What I love about Groupon is the restaurant discounts (to those restaurants we frequent anyway). Also really like the concert venue offerings as we enjoy seeing live music. Come across some really amazing deals as the costs to go to these events keep going up.
Never ever order from Ideeli, no real customer service they advertise as having a Live Chat witch is pretty useless and of course customer service telephone line is a recording... so frustrations are endless...
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes, report it but using social media is a very effective way to get a companies attention. Spread the word, Groupon does not honor returns!
Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
